Following the search and seizure, the ANTF team arrested the accused identified as Ranveer Singh, son of Sumer Singh, aged 45 years, a resident of Kitasar Bhatiyan village.

एएनटीएफ टीम को विश्वसनीय खुफिया सूचना प्राप्त हुई कि चूरू जिले के लाछड़सर गांव में एक व्यक्ति अपने खेत में बनी ढाणी के सामने, लाछड़सर से बलरामपुरा जाने वाली मुरड़िया रोड के पास खड़ा है। सूचना में बताया गया कि उसके पास भारी मात्रा में अवैध अफीम है और वह इसे किसी व्यक्ति को सप्लाई करने की तैयारी में है।
सूचना को गंभीरता से लेते हुए एएनटीएफ टीम ने तुरंत कार्रवाई शुरू की। खुफिया इनपुट की पुष्टि होने के बाद टीम ने बिना समय गंवाए मौके पर पहुंचकर निगरानी शुरू की। जैसे ही टीम ने बताए गए स्थान पर एक संदिग्ध व्यक्ति को खड़ा देखा, उसे रोकने का प्रयास किया गया। पुलिस की मौजूदगी देखते ही वह व्यक्ति तेजी से भागने लगा, लेकिन एएनटीएफ टीम ने तत्परता दिखाते हुए घेराबंदी कर उसे धर दबोचा।
आरोपी की तलाशी लेने पर उसके कब्जे से एक किलोग्राम अवैध मादक पदार्थ अफीम बरामद हुई। इतनी बड़ी मात्रा में अफीम की बरामदगी इस बात का संकेत है कि आरोपी केवल व्यक्तिगत उपयोग के लिए नहीं, बल्कि संगठित तरीके से सप्लाई चेन का हिस्सा बनकर काम कर रहा था।
गिरफ्तार आरोपी श्रवण कुमार की पहचान और पृष्ठभूमि
इस कार्रवाई में गिरफ्तार आरोपी की पहचान श्रवण कुमार पुत्र मांगीलाल, उम्र 45 वर्ष, निवासी लाछड़सर के रूप में हुई। प्रारंभिक जांच में यह संभावना जताई जा रही है कि आरोपी लंबे समय से क्षेत्र में सक्रिय था और नशे की सप्लाई के लिए ग्रामीण मार्गों और खेतों का इस्तेमाल करता था ताकि संदेह से बचा जा सके।
एक किलोग्राम अफीम की बरामदगी कानूनी दृष्टि से अत्यंत गंभीर मानी जाती है और इसके तहत आरोपी पर कड़े प्रावधानों के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है। दोष सिद्ध होने पर उसे कठोर सजा का सामना करना पड़ सकता है।
कीतासर भाटीयान स्थित श्री करणी होटल में चल रहा था नशे का कारोबार
दूसरी महत्वपूर्ण कार्रवाई में एएनटीएफ टीम को सूचना मिली कि कीतासर भाटीयान गांव स्थित श्री करणी होटल में अवैध मादक पदार्थों की बिक्री की जा रही है। सूचना के अनुसार होटल की आड़ में अफीम, डोडा चूरा और अवैध शराब का कारोबार संचालित किया जा रहा था।
सूचना के आधार पर एएनटीएफ टीम ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए होटल परिसर में दबिश दी। वहां पहुंचने पर होटल के काउंटर के पास खड़ा एक व्यक्ति टीम को देखकर घबरा गया। उसके हावभाव और गतिविधियां संदिग्ध प्रतीत होने पर होटल की गहन तलाशी ली गई।
तलाशी के दौरान होटल से 23.83 ग्राम अवैध अफीम, 92 ग्राम डोडा चूरा और अवैध शराब बरामद हुई। इससे स्पष्ट हो गया कि होटल केवल खान-पान की जगह नहीं, बल्कि नशे के अवैध व्यापार का केंद्र बना हुआ था।
रणवीर सिंह गिरफ्तार, होटल से चल रहा था बहुआयामी अवैध कारोबार
इस कार्रवाई में गिरफ्तार आरोपी की पहचान रणवीर सिंह पुत्र सुमेर सिंह, उम्र 45 वर्ष, निवासी कीतासर भाटीयान के रूप में हुई। जांच एजेंसियों को संदेह है कि आरोपी अपने होटल के माध्यम से स्थानीय स्तर पर नशे के पदार्थों की बिक्री कर रहा था।
अफीम और डोडा चूरा के साथ अवैध शराब की बरामदगी यह दर्शाती है कि आरोपी एक साथ कई अवैध गतिविधियों में शामिल था और संभवतः आसपास के क्षेत्रों में नशे की आपूर्ति का स्थानीय केंद्र बन चुका था।
