“समय ही सेवा, सेवा ही संपदा” – टाइम बैंक ऑफ इंडिया की उपयोगिता पर जागरूकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित

बीकानेर, 17 अप्रैल 2025 – जय नारायण व्यास कॉलोनी स्थित सीनियर सिटीजन मनोरंजन केन्द्र में आज एक विशेष सभा का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें टाइम बैंक ऑफ इंडिया की अवधारणा, उद्देश्य और उपयोगिता पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई। कार्यक्रम का संचालन रोटरी क्लब के पूर्व अध्यक्ष श्री सुनील गुप्ता ने किया और मुख्य वक्ता के रूप में टाइम बैंक ऑफ इंडिया बीकानेर चैप्टर के एडमिन श्री श्याम सुन्दर सुथार उपस्थित रहे।

श्री सुथार ने कहा कि “आज के भौतिकतावादी युग में जहाँ हर सेवा का मूल्य पैसे से आँका जाता है, ऐसे समय में टाइम बैंक ऑफ इंडिया एक ऐसी पहल है जो ‘सेवा के बदले सेवा’ की संकल्पना को जीवंत करती है। यह बैंक न तो धन का लेन-देन करता है, न ही किसी प्रकार की सदस्यता या सेवा शुल्क लेता है। यह पूरी तरह निःशुल्क, स्वैच्छिक और मानवता की भावना पर आधारित है।”

टाइम बैंक ऑफ इंडिया एक पंजीकृत राष्ट्रीय संस्था है, जो समाज में सेवा की भावना को बढ़ावा देती है। इसके अंतर्गत जब कोई व्यक्ति किसी की मदद करता है, तो वह अपने खाते में ‘समय क्रेडिट’ अर्जित करता है, जिसे भविष्य में अपनी आवश्यकता पड़ने पर सेवा के रूप में पुनः उपयोग किया जा सकता है। यह अवधारणा विशेष रूप से वरिष्ठ नागरिकों, युवाओं, स्वयंसेवी संस्थाओं और सेवाभावी संगठनों के लिए लाभकारी है।

उन्होंने सीनियर सिटीजन मनोरंजन केन्द्र की स्थापना हेतु श्री अविनाश गोयल जी को विशेष धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया और केन्द्र के सभी सदस्यों से टाइम बैंक से जुड़ने का आग्रह किया।

सभा में उपस्थित वरिष्ठ नागरिकों और अन्य सदस्यों ने इस अनूठी अवधारणा की सराहना की और इसे सामाजिक बदलाव की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम बताया।

“Time is Service, and Service is Wealth” – Seminar Held to Promote the Concept of Time Bank of India

Bikaner, April 17, 2025 – A special awareness session on the Time Bank of India was organized today at the Senior Citizen Recreation Centre located in Jai Narayan Vyas Colony, Bikaner. The session was conducted by Mr. Sunil Gupta, former president of the Rotary Club, while the keynote address was delivered by Mr. Shyam Sundar Suthar, Admin of the Bikaner Chapter of Time Bank of India.

Mr. Suthar elaborated on the unique concept of the Time Bank, stating, “In today’s commercialized world where every service is monetized, the Time Bank of India promotes a noble idea of ‘service in exchange for service’ without any financial transactions. There are no membership or service fees—only the exchange of your valuable time in a voluntary and compassionate manner.”

Time Bank of India is a registered national-level initiative that values time as a currency and aims to build a stronger, service-oriented society. When someone helps another, they earn ‘Time Credits’, which can later be used to avail services when needed. This concept is especially useful for senior citizens, youth, volunteers, and humanitarian organizations.
