Bihar on High Alert: Three Pakistani JeM Terrorists Entered via Nepal, Police Issues Sketches and Passport Details

Security agencies in Bihar have gone on maximum alert after intelligence inputs revealed that three Pakistani terrorists linked to the proscribed terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) infiltrated India via the Nepal border and are now hiding somewhere in the state.
According to top intelligence sources, the three have been identified as:
- Hasnain Ali, resident of Rawalpindi, Pakistan
- Adil Hussain, resident of Umarkot, Pakistan
- Mohammad Usman, resident of Bahawalpur, Pakistan
All three are said to have reached Kathmandu, Nepal in the second week of August, where they stayed briefly before crossing the porous Indo-Nepal border through Motihari sector in Bihar a few days ago.
Assembly Elections in Focus
The timing of this infiltration has triggered major concern as Bihar is headed for crucial Assembly Elections later this year. The presence of Pakistani terrorists in the state is being seen as a deliberate attempt to create unrest, disturb communal harmony and possibly target political or election-related gatherings.
Police Action and Rewards Announced
Bihar Police, after receiving confirmed inputs, has declared a statewide high alert. The Motihari Police have announced a cash reward of ₹50,000 on each of the three terrorists for anyone providing credible information leading to their arrest.
In a rare move, police have also made public the passport copies of these suspects along with their sketches, urging citizens to be vigilant.
“Anyone spotting these men should immediately inform the nearest police station. Strict confidentiality will be maintained and reward money will be given to the informer,” a senior police officer said.
Rising Concern of Nepal Route
The infiltration once again highlights the Nepal corridor, often exploited by Pakistan-backed terror groups like JeM, Lashkar-e-Taiba and ISI networks. The open border makes it easier for infiltrators to merge with the population and quietly move into Indian states like Bihar, UP and West Bengal.
Security experts warn that such infiltrations are not only aimed at terror strikes but also at spreading sleeper cells, establishing local contacts, and creating an atmosphere of fear ahead of elections.
Security Intensified Across State
Following the alert, additional security forces have been deployed at key installations, railway stations, bus stands and crowded marketplaces across Bihar. Police have been ordered to conduct door-to-door verifications in sensitive districts adjoining the Nepal border.
The Special Task Force (STF), Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) and central intelligence agencies are jointly monitoring the situation.
Bihar DGP has appealed to the public:
“Be alert. Share these sketches with others. Do not approach these men directly but inform the police immediately. Together, we can prevent any possible terror attempt.”

बिहार में अलर्ट: नेपाल के रास्ते घुसे जैश-ए-मोहम्मद के 3 पाकिस्तानी आतंकी, पुलिस ने जारी किए पासपोर्ट और स्केच

बिहार पुलिस और खुफिया एजेंसियां अलर्ट पर हैं। इनपुट्स के अनुसार पाकिस्तान समर्थित आतंकी संगठन जैश-ए-मोहम्मद (JeM) के तीन आतंकी नेपाल की सीमा से होते हुए बिहार में दाखिल हो चुके हैं।
पाकिस्तानी आतंकियों की पहचान इस प्रकार हुई है:
- हसनैन अली, निवासी रावलपिंडी, पाकिस्तान
- आदिल हुसैन, निवासी उमरकोट, पाकिस्तान
- मोहम्मद उस्मान, निवासी बहावलपुर, पाकिस्तान
जानकारी के मुताबिक ये तीनों आतंकी अगस्त के दूसरे सप्ताह में नेपाल की राजधानी काठमांडू पहुंचे, जहाँ से कुछ दिनों बाद मोतीहारी सेक्टर से भारत में दाखिल हुए।
विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले सुरक्षा चुनौती
बिहार में इस साल के अंत में होने वाले विधानसभा चुनावों से पहले आतंकियों का घुसपैठ करना सुरक्षा एजेंसियों के लिए बड़ी चुनौती बन गया है। आशंका है कि यह आतंकी चुनावी माहौल में गड़बड़ी फैलाने, भीड़भाड़ वाले स्थानों को निशाना बनाने और साम्प्रदायिक माहौल बिगाड़ने की साजिश रच सकते हैं।
पुलिस ने घोषित किया इनाम
बिहार पुलिस ने पूरे राज्य में हाई अलर्ट जारी कर दिया है। मोतीहारी पुलिस ने इन तीनों आतंकियों पर 50-50 हज़ार रुपये का इनाम घोषित किया है।
पुलिस ने इनके पासपोर्ट की कॉपी और स्केच सार्वजनिक कर दिए हैं। लोगों से अपील की गई है कि यदि कहीं भी ये आतंकी दिखें तो तुरंत नजदीकी थाने में सूचना दें।
नेपाल बॉर्डर बना आसान रास्ता
यह घुसपैठ एक बार फिर नेपाल मार्ग की गंभीरता को उजागर करती है, जिसे पाकिस्तान की खुफिया एजेंसी आईएसआई और आतंकी संगठन अक्सर भारत में प्रवेश के लिए इस्तेमाल करते हैं। बिहार, उत्तर प्रदेश और पश्चिम बंगाल जैसे राज्य इस मार्ग से सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित रहते हैं।
बढ़ाई गई सुरक्षा
राज्यभर के रेलवे स्टेशन, बस स्टैंड, धार्मिक स्थल और भीड़भाड़ वाले इलाकों में सुरक्षा बढ़ा दी गई है। स्थानीय पुलिस को घर-घर सत्यापन करने और संदिग्ध गतिविधियों पर नजर रखने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
बिहार डीजीपी ने जनता से अपील की:
“आप सभी सतर्क रहें। इन आतंकियों के स्केच को ज्यादा से ज्यादा साझा करें। खुद संपर्क में न आएं, बल्कि तुरंत पुलिस को सूचना दें। आपकी सूचना गुप्त रखी जाएगी और इनाम भी दिया जाएगा।”
