Celebration of Devotion and Dance: Agrawal Samaj Chetna Samiti Hosts Grand Khatu Shyam Sandhya with Dandiya Festivities

Bikaner – The festive spirit of Navratri resonated deeply within the Agrawal community as the Agrawal Samaj Chetna Samiti organized a vibrant cultural evening that combined spiritual devotion, community bonding, and the joyous rhythms of Dandiya. The event, held on Friday at the Khatu Shyam Sandhya, brought together hundreds of families and community members for a night filled with devotional music, traditional dance, and rich fellowship.

The evening commenced with the soulful kirtan presented by the Shri Shyam Mitra Mandal Karni Nagar, which enveloped the venue in divine serenity. The devotional renditions dedicated to Lord Shyam created a spiritual atmosphere, reminding everyone of the cultural values and faith that bind the Agrawal community together. Following the devotional segment, devotees were served prasadam consisting of churma and kheer, symbolizing the tradition of sharing blessings and collective joy.

Dr. Vijay Shri, head of the Women’s Cell of the committee, shared that the devotional proceedings soon transitioned into a vibrant cultural celebration, as the sound of dandiya sticks echoed across the hall, transforming the venue into a hub of dance, laughter, and colorful energy.

Women Take the Lead with Graceful Performances

The program’s formal inauguration was marked by a dazzling group presentation from women members including Vijay Shri, Shikha, Pooja, Aradhana, Ritu, Preeti, Jyoti, Rachna, Seema, Shweta, and Monika. Their synchronized steps and graceful movements set the tone for the evening, captivating the audience and encouraging others to join in. The performance was a tribute to the spirit of Navratri, blending elegance with energy.

As the evening progressed, not just women but men and children also took part in the dandiya celebrations with equal enthusiasm, highlighting the inclusiveness of the event. The rhythm of the music and the clatter of sticks created a sense of unity as participants danced together irrespective of age or gender.

Recognition and Awards Add Sparkle

Adding to the festivity, the organizers introduced a series of awards to honor the enthusiasm and creativity of participants. In the women’s category, Dr. Preeti Gupta was awarded Best Jewelry, Mrs. Shikha Gupta won Best Dress, while the Best Dance award went jointly to Deepa Agrawal and Shweta Gupta for their electrifying performances.

Children too received recognition for their lively participation. Young Nishika was awarded Best Dance for her spirited moves, while little Maithili received the Best Dress award, bringing smiles to the audience and motivating the younger generation to connect with cultural traditions.

The judging panel for these awards comprised eminent personalities including Professor Kalpana Khandelwal, Mrs. Isha Gupta, and Mrs. Chhavi Gupta. Their fair and encouraging evaluation was appreciated by all, and the committee expressed gratitude by presenting them with mementos at the conclusion of the program.

अग्रवाल समाज चेतना समिति में भक्ति और उल्लास का संगम, डांडिया की धूम

बीकानेर – नवरात्रि के पावन अवसर पर अग्रवाल समाज चेतना समिति द्वारा आयोजित खाटू श्याम संध्या ने पूरे समाज को भक्ति और उत्सव के रंग में रंग दिया। शुक्रवार को हुए इस भव्य आयोजन में भजन-कीर्तन, प्रसाद वितरण और डांडिया की उमंग ने कार्यक्रम को अविस्मरणीय बना दिया।

कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ श्री श्याम मित्र मंडल करनी नगर द्वारा प्रस्तुत भक्ति कीर्तन से हुआ। श्याम भजनों की स्वर लहरियों ने पूरे परिसर को भक्ति-भाव से सराबोर कर दिया। इसके बाद श्रद्धालुओं को चूरमा और खीर का प्रसाद वितरित किया गया, जिससे वातावरण में सामूहिक आनंद की अनुभूति हुई।

महिला प्रकोष्ठ प्रभारी डॉ. विजयश्री ने बताया कि भक्ति संध्या के बाद डांडिया का सिलसिला शुरू हुआ और पूरा भवन डांडिया की गूंज से खनक उठा।

नारी शक्ति की शानदार प्रस्तुति

कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत महिला शक्ति की मनमोहक प्रस्तुति से हुई, जिसमें विजयश्री, शिखा, पूजा, आराधना, ऋतु, प्रीति, ज्योति, रचना, सीमा, श्वेता और मोनिका ने सामूहिक प्रस्तुति दी। उनके नृत्य की ताल और ऊर्जा ने माहौल को और जीवंत बना दिया। इसके बाद सभी महिलाएं और पुरुष भी डांडिया में शामिल हुए और सामूहिक उत्साह का नजारा देखने को मिला।

पुरस्कारों से बढ़ा उत्साह

आयोजन में प्रतिभागियों को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए विभिन्न श्रेणियों में पुरस्कार भी दिए गए। महिलाओं में बेस्ट ज्वैलरी का पुरस्कार डॉ. प्रीति गुप्ता को, बेस्ट ड्रेस श्रीमती शिखा गुप्ता को और बेस्ट डांस का पुरस्कार दीपा अग्रवाल एवं श्वेता गुप्ता को संयुक्त रूप से मिला।

बच्चों में निशिका को बेस्ट डांस और मैथिली को बेस्ट ड्रेस का पुरस्कार दिया गया।

निर्णायक मंडल में प्रोफेसर कल्पना खंडेलवाल, श्रीमती ईशा गुप्ता और श्रीमती छवि गुप्ता रहीं। समिति की ओर से उन्हें स्मृति चिन्ह भेंट कर सम्मानित किया गया।
