Jaipur, April 14:
On the occasion of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Jayanti, the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of Rajasthan, organized a prestigious state-level ceremony at the Rajasthan International Centre, Jaipur. The event served as a platform to honor individuals who have made exceptional contributions in the field of social service, aligning with the values and vision of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.
Among the distinguished awardees was Jaipur-based social worker Dr. Anupama Soni, who was honored for her tireless efforts towards public welfare and women’s empowerment. In recognition of her significant contributions, she was presented with a cash prize of ₹51,000 and a certificate of appreciation. Dr. Soni has dedicated several years to creating impactful change at the grassroots level, focusing on the upliftment of marginalized communities, especially women.
Her initiatives have included awareness campaigns on women’s rights, skill development workshops, health and hygiene education, and support for women facing domestic violence. Her inspiring leadership has helped transform the lives of numerous families in urban and rural Rajasthan. Her recognition at a state-level forum marks an important milestone in her journey of service.
Also recognized during the ceremony was Mr. Kuldeep Pawar from Pali district, who received a cash award of ₹1,00,000 and a certificate of recognition for his remarkable contributions to social service. His commitment to community welfare, especially in tribal and backward regions, has earned him accolades across the state.
The grand event was graced by the presence of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Rajasthan Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma as the Chief Guest. Deputy Chief Minister Shri Premchand Bairwa and Minister for Social Justice and Empowerment Shri Avinash Gehlot attended as special guests. Numerous dignitaries, social workers, departmental officers, and members of the public were present at the gathering.
The celebration not only paid tribute to the ideology and legacy of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar but also served as a platform to acknowledge and uplift those who are selflessly serving society. The award ceremony symbolized the state government’s commitment to promoting social justice and recognizing grassroots changemakers.
डॉ. अनुपमा सोनी को अंबेडकर जयंती पर जनकल्याण और महिला सशक्तिकरण के उत्कृष्ट कार्यों के लिए सम्मानित किया गया

डॉ. भीमराव अंबेडकर जयंती के उपलक्ष्य में राजस्थान सरकार के सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग द्वारा राजस्थान इंटरनेशनल सेंटर, जयपुर में राज्य स्तरीय भव्य समारोह का आयोजन किया गया। यह कार्यक्रम समाज सेवा में उल्लेखनीय योगदान देने वाले व्यक्तियों को सम्मानित करने और डॉ. अंबेडकर की विचारधारा को जन-जन तक पहुँचाने का उद्देश्य लेकर आयोजित किया गया।
इस गरिमामयी समारोह में जयपुर की प्रख्यात समाजसेवी डॉ. अनुपमा सोनी को जनकल्याण और महिला सशक्तिकरण के क्षेत्र में उनके अनुकरणीय कार्यों के लिए ₹51,000 की नगद राशि और प्रशस्ति पत्र प्रदान कर सम्मानित किया गया। डॉ. सोनी पिछले कई वर्षों से वंचित वर्गों, विशेषकर महिलाओं के जीवन में सकारात्मक परिवर्तन लाने के लिए सतत प्रयासरत हैं।
उन्होंने महिलाओं के अधिकारों पर जनजागरण अभियान, आत्मनिर्भरता के लिए कौशल विकास कार्यशालाएं, स्वास्थ्य एवं स्वच्छता से संबंधित जागरूकता कार्यक्रम, और घरेलू हिंसा से पीड़ित महिलाओं को परामर्श व सहायता प्रदान करने जैसे अनेक जनोपयोगी कार्य किए हैं। उनके नेतृत्व में समाज के अनेक परिवारों के जीवन में बदलाव आया है। यह सम्मान उनके अथक प्रयासों और समर्पित सेवा का राज्य स्तरीय प्रमाण है।
इसी समारोह में पाली जिले के कुलदीप पवार जी को भी समाज सेवा के क्षेत्र में विशिष्ट योगदान के लिए ₹1,00,000 की राशि और प्रशस्ति पत्र प्रदान कर सम्मानित किया गया। उन्होंने जनजातीय और पिछड़े क्षेत्रों में सामाजिक बदलाव हेतु प्रशंसनीय कार्य किए हैं, जिन्हें राज्यभर में सराहा गया है।
इस भव्य आयोजन में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में राजस्थान के मुख्यमंत्री श्री भजनलाल शर्मा, विशिष्ट अतिथि उपमुख्यमंत्री श्री प्रेमचंद बेरवा, तथा सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता मंत्री श्री अविनाश गहलोत की गरिमामयी उपस्थिति रही। इस अवसर पर कई गणमान्य अतिथि, समाजसेवी, विभागीय अधिकारी और आमजन उपस्थित थे।
