India to Host UN Troop Contributing Countries’ Chiefs’ Conclave in New Delhi: A Global Platform for Peacekeeping Dialogue and Partnership

In a historic step that underlines India’s enduring commitment to global peace and its leadership role in United Nations peacekeeping, the Indian Army is set to host the United Nations Troop Contributing Countries’ (UNTCC) Chiefs’ Conclave in New Delhi from 14 to 16 October 2025. The landmark event will bring together senior military leadership from 32 nations that form the backbone of UN peacekeeping operations across the world.
Delegations from around the globe will begin arriving in the Indian capital on 13 October 2025, marking the commencement of one of the most significant multilateral military engagements hosted by India in recent years.

नई दिल्ली | अक्टूबर 2025 —
भारत एक बार फिर वैश्विक शांति के मंच पर नेतृत्वकारी भूमिका निभाने जा रहा है। भारतीय सेना 14 से 16 अक्टूबर 2025 तक नई दिल्ली में संयुक्त राष्ट्र शांति मिशन में सैनिक भेजने वाले देशों (UN Troop Contributing Countries – UNTCC) के सेनाध्यक्षों का सम्मेलन आयोजित करेगी। यह ऐतिहासिक आयोजन 32 देशों के शीर्ष सैन्य नेतृत्व को एक साथ लाएगा, जो दुनिया भर में संयुक्त राष्ट्र शांति अभियानों की रीढ़ हैं।
प्रतिनिधिमंडल 13 अक्टूबर को नई दिल्ली पहुंचेंगे, जिसके बाद तीन दिवसीय इस वैश्विक सम्मेलन का औपचारिक उद्घाटन होगा। यह आयोजन न केवल भारत की कूटनीतिक और सामरिक प्रतिष्ठा को और मजबूत करेगा, बल्कि विश्व शांति के प्रति उसकी अटूट प्रतिबद्धता का भी प्रतीक बनेगा।
वैश्विक शांति के लिए साझा मंच

ये देश भले ही भौगोलिक और सांस्कृतिक रूप से विविध हों, लेकिन इन सभी को जोड़ने वाला सूत्र है — विश्व शांति के लिए साझा संकल्प।
संयुक्त राष्ट्र शांति अभियानों में भारत की भूमिका
भारत का संयुक्त राष्ट्र शांति अभियानों से जुड़ाव 1950 के दशक में कोरिया में पहली तैनाती से शुरू हुआ। तब से अब तक भारत ने 50 से अधिक मिशनों में 2.5 लाख से ज्यादा सैनिक भेजे हैं — जो किसी भी देश की सबसे बड़ी भागीदारी में से एक है।
भारतीय शांति सैनिकों ने कांगो, सूडान, लेबनान, सोमालिया, रवांडा, सिएरा लियोन और गोलान हाइट्स जैसे संघर्षग्रस्त क्षेत्रों में अपनी निष्ठा और साहस से वैश्विक समुदाय का सम्मान अर्जित किया है।
भारत ने महिला सैनिकों की भागीदारी में भी अग्रणी भूमिका निभाई। 2007 में भारत ने पहली ऑल-वुमन फॉर्म्ड पुलिस यूनिट (FPU) लाइबेरिया भेजकर इतिहास रचा, जिसने शांति अभियानों में महिला सशक्तिकरण की मिसाल कायम की।
सम्मेलन का एजेंडा: रणनीति से सामंजस्य तक
सम्मेलन में निम्न प्रमुख विषयों पर विचार-विमर्श होगा —
