Rajasthan’s Second Army Recruitment Rally Concludes Successfully in Sikar, Youth Participation Surges Above 90 Percent

Organized by the Recruiting Office (Headquarters), Jaipur, the rally was held at the Zila Stadium in Sikar between 25 August and 16 September, and catered to aspirants from Jaipur, Sikar, and Didwana-Kuchaman districts.

देशभक्ति और संकल्प से भरे राजस्थान के युवाओं ने एक बार फिर यह साबित किया कि सेवा और समर्पण उनके स्वभाव का हिस्सा है। भारतीय सेना की भर्ती कार्यालय (मुख्यालय) जयपुर द्वारा आयोजित दूसरी प्रमुख भर्ती रैली का सफल आयोजन 25 अगस्त से 16 सितम्बर तक जिला स्टेडियम सीकर में किया गया। यह रैली जयपुर, सीकर और डीडवाना-कुचामन जिलों के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए आयोजित हुई थी।
लगातार भारी वर्षा और प्रतिकूल मौसम की कठिनाइयों के बावजूद युवाओं ने अभूतपूर्व उत्साह दिखाया। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि उपस्थिति 90 प्रतिशत से भी अधिक रही, जो इस बात का प्रमाण है कि राजस्थान के युवा न केवल रोजगार बल्कि देशसेवा की भावना से भी प्रेरित होकर भर्ती रैलियों में हिस्सा लेते हैं।
कठिनाइयों को पार कर युवाओं ने दिखाई देशभक्ति
सीकर रैली केवल संख्या का खेल नहीं रही, बल्कि यह अनुशासन, जोश और देशभक्ति का सजीव उदाहरण बनी। कई अभ्यर्थी अपने गांवों से लंबी दूरी तय कर सुबह-सुबह मैदान में पहुंचे। बारिश से भीगे और कीचड़ से घिरे हालात में भी युवाओं ने कतारों में खड़े होकर अपनी बारी का इंतज़ार किया। उनके लिए यह रैली सिर्फ शारीरिक और लिखित परीक्षा पास करने का अवसर नहीं, बल्कि वर्दी पहनने का सपना और परिवार के गर्व का क्षण था।
मुख्यालय भर्ती क्षेत्र जयपुर के अधिकारियों ने कहा— “राजस्थान के युवाओं की विशेषता उनके देशभक्ति और जोश में झलकती है। प्रतिकूल मौसम के बावजूद जिस तरह उन्होंने भागीदारी की, वह उनकी दृढ़ निष्ठा और समर्पण का प्रमाण है।”
सख़्त इंतज़ाम: ड्रग टेस्ट और दलाल-विरोधी अभियान
भर्ती प्रक्रिया को निष्पक्ष और पारदर्शी बनाने के लिए इस बार कड़े कदम उठाए गए। शारीरिक परीक्षण में अनुचित साधनों का प्रयोग रोकने के लिए उम्मीदवारों का ड्रग टेस्ट किया गया। अधिकारियों के अनुसार, यह आवश्यक था ताकि सेना की चयन प्रक्रिया की विश्वसनीयता बनी रहे और केवल योग्य व ईमानदार उम्मीदवार ही आगे बढ़ें।
साथ ही दलालों और धोखेबाज़ तत्वों पर भी सख़्त नज़र रखी गई। पहले कई बार भोले-भाले उम्मीदवारों को लालच और झूठे वादों में फंसाया जाता रहा है। इस बार सेना ने प्रशासन के साथ मिलकर कड़ा दलाली-विरोधी ढांचा खड़ा किया। मैदान में पोस्टर और घोषणाओं के ज़रिए चेतावनी दी गई, वहीं सुरक्षा और खुफिया कर्मियों ने हर संदिग्ध गतिविधि पर नज़र रखी।
इन उपायों के चलते भर्ती रैली पूरी तरह से पारदर्शी और निष्पक्ष वातावरण में सम्पन्न हुई।
नागरिक प्रशासन का अहम योगदान
सीकर रैली की सफलता में नागरिक प्रशासन की भूमिका भी अहम रही। बड़ी संख्या में उम्मीदवारों और उनके परिजनों के आगमन को देखते हुए ठहरने, स्वच्छता और स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के लिए अस्थायी व्यवस्थाएं की गईं। भीड़ प्रबंधन से लेकर चिकित्सा सहायता और यातायात नियंत्रण तक, हर क्षेत्र में प्रशासन ने सेना के साथ सक्रिय सहयोग दिया।
मुख्यालय भर्ती क्षेत्र, जयपुर ने इस सहयोग की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि प्रशासन की सक्रियता और संवेदनशीलता ने रैली की सफलता सुनिश्चित की।
पहले चरण की भर्ती प्रक्रिया पूरी
सीकर भर्ती रैली के साथ ही भर्ती वर्ष 2025-26 के पहले चरण की प्रक्रिया पूरी हो गई है। इससे पहले अलवर में भी इसी तरह की भर्ती रैली आयोजित की गई थी। दोनों रैलियों ने मिलकर हजारों युवाओं को सेना में शामिल होने का अवसर दिया है।
पहले चरण की भर्ती का अंतिम परिणाम घोषित होने के बाद चयनित उम्मीदवारों को संबंधित रेजिमेंटल केन्द्रों में भेजा जाएगा, जहां वे प्रशिक्षण लेकर भारतीय सेना के अनुशासित सिपाही बनेंगे।
राजस्थान और सेना का गहरा रिश्ता
राजस्थान सदियों से शौर्य और बलिदान की धरती माना जाता है। राजपूताना राइफल्स से लेकर अन्य कई रेजिमेंटों तक, यहां के युवाओं ने पीढ़ी दर पीढ़ी सेना को अपनी सेवाएं दी हैं। यही कारण है कि भर्ती रैलियां यहां सिर्फ प्रशासनिक आयोजन नहीं बल्कि सामाजिक और सांस्कृतिक गर्व का विषय भी बन जाती हैं।
अनेक परिवारों के लिए सेना में भर्ती होना केवल नौकरी का अवसर नहीं बल्कि पूर्वजों की परंपरा को आगे बढ़ाने का माध्यम है। गांव-गांव में आज भी दादाओं और पिताओं की वीरगाथाएं सुनाई जाती हैं और युवा उन्हीं कहानियों से प्रेरणा पाते हैं।
आने वाले समय की झलक
पहले चरण की सफल समाप्ति के साथ ही अब सेना आगामी चरणों की तैयारी कर रही है। बदलते समय में सेना को केवल शारीरिक रूप से मज़बूत ही नहीं, बल्कि अनुशासित और तकनीकी रूप से दक्ष युवाओं की ज़रूरत है।
जयपुर, सीकर और डीडवाना-कुचामन के युवाओं के लिए यह रैली केवल चयन प्रक्रिया नहीं थी, बल्कि एक परीक्षा थी—सहनशक्ति, धैर्य और सपनों की। सफल उम्मीदवार आगे कड़े प्रशिक्षण से गुजरेंगे और देश की सीमाओं की रक्षा करने के लिए तैयार होंगे—चाहे वह लद्दाख की बर्फीली चोटियां हों, उत्तर-पूर्व के जंगल हों या राजस्थान का तपता रेगिस्तान।
कुचामन के पास के एक गाँव से आए एक युवा अभ्यर्थी ने कहा—“बचपन से सपना था कि फौज में भर्ती होकर वर्दी पहनूँ। मौसम कैसा भी हो, इस रैली को मिस नहीं कर सकता था। सेना मेरे लिए नौकरी नहीं, मेरा गौरव है।”

अलवर और सीकर की रैलियों ने यह साबित कर दिया कि चुनौतियों के बावजूद देश के युवाओं का जोश और जज़्बा अडिग है। राजस्थान में जोश से भरी उपस्थिति यह दर्शाती है कि युवाओं के लिए सेना केवल रोजगार का विकल्प नहीं, बल्कि तिरंगे की सेवा करने का अवसर है।
