अलवर में अग्निवीर भर्ती ठगी गिरोह का पर्दाफाश: मिलिट्री इंटेलिजेंस और पुलिस की संयुक्त कार्रवाई, दो आरोपी गिरफ्तार

अलवर/जयपुर | अगस्त 2025 — राजस्थान के अलवर जिले में अग्निवीर भर्ती प्रक्रिया के दौरान उम्मीदवारों को फर्जीवाड़े के जाल में फंसाकर लाखों रुपये ऐंठने वाले गिरोह का पर्दाफाश हुआ है। इस गिरोह का खुलासा किसी सामान्य जांच से नहीं, बल्कि मिलिट्री इंटेलिजेंस (MI), सीआईडी (विशेष शाखा) और जिला पुलिस की संयुक्त कार्रवाई से हुआ। इस मामले ने एक बार फिर साबित किया है कि सैन्य खुफिया एजेंसियां न केवल देश की सीमाओं की सुरक्षा करती हैं बल्कि आंतरिक स्तर पर युवाओं को गुमराह करने वाले और सेना की प्रतिष्ठा को कलंकित करने वाले तत्वों को भी बेनकाब करने में अहम भूमिका निभाती हैं।

भर्ती प्रक्रिया को बनाया निशाना

मुख्यालय जिला अलवर के आर.आर. कॉलेज मैदान में 5 अगस्त से 22 अगस्त 2025 तक अग्निवीर भर्ती का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। इसमें अलवर, कोटपूतली-बहरोड़, खैरथल-तिजारा और भरतपुर जिलों के हजारों उम्मीदवार हिस्सा ले रहे हैं। इस दौरान गिरोह सक्रिय हुआ और युवाओं को भरोसा दिलाने लगा कि उनके पास “ऊपर तक पहचान” है और मेडिकल अथवा फिजिकल टेस्ट में असफल हुए उम्मीदवारों को पैसे लेकर पास करवा सकते हैं।

परिवादी की रिपोर्ट से खुला राज़

14 अगस्त को अरावली विहार थाने में दर्ज रिपोर्ट ने इस मामले को उजागर किया। एक अभ्यर्थी ने बताया कि उसका परिचय अलावड़ा निवासी जुनैद खान से हुआ था। जुनैद ने दावा किया कि वह उसके मेडिकल में पॉइंट हटवाकर पास करवा देगा, लेकिन इसके बदले 1 लाख रुपये की मांग की। अभ्यर्थी ने 50,000 रुपये नकद दे दिए, जबकि बाकी काम होने के बाद देने तय हुए। लेकिन 13 अगस्त को जब वह लंबाई टेस्ट में अनफिट करार दे दिया गया, तब अभ्यर्थी ने पैसे वापस मांगे। जुनैद ने पैसे लौटाने से इंकार किया और टालमटोल करने लगा।

यहां से मामला मिलिट्री इंटेलिजेंस और सीआईडी के हाथ लगा। दोनों एजेंसियों ने पुलिस के साथ समन्वय कर आरोपियों की तलाश शुरू की।

मिलिट्री इंटेलिजेंस की निर्णायक भूमिका

मिलिट्री इंटेलिजेंस को जानकारी मिली थी कि भर्ती के नाम पर बड़े पैमाने पर ठगी की जा रही है और सेना की साख को चोट पहुंचाने की कोशिश हो रही है। MI की फील्ड यूनिट ने सीआईडी और पुलिस टीम को विशेष इनपुट दिए। इसके बाद अलवर, जुरहैरा, सीकरी और रामगढ़ में दबिश दी गई और आखिरकार दो मुख्य आरोपियों — जुनैद खान और सुनील कुमार — को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया।

पूछताछ में पता चला कि जुनैद संजय नगर, अलवर में “NSG” नाम से एक कोचिंग अकादमी और पीजी हाउस चलाता था। वहीं, वह फौजी पहचान का झांसा देकर युवाओं को अपने जाल में फंसाता था। उसके साथी सुनील कुमार और अन्य सहयोगी विष्णु फौजी व रतिराम बैसला भी खुद को सेना से जुड़ा दिखाकर भरोसा दिलाते और पैसे वसूलते थे।

गिरफ्तार आरोपी

1. जुनैद खान, पुत्र दलखां, उम्र 25 वर्ष, निवासी अलावड़ा थाना रामगढ़, जिला अलवर।
2. सुनील कुमार, पुत्र जगदीश, उम्र 46 वर्ष, निवासी पाई थाना जुरहैरा, जिला डीग (भरतपुर), हाल निवासी चरणसिंह कॉलोनी, होडल (हरियाणा)।

भविष्य में और खुलासे की संभावना

पुलिस और खुफिया एजेंसियों को उम्मीद है कि पूछताछ में गिरोह के अन्य सदस्यों और नेटवर्क की पूरी जानकारी सामने आएगी। माना जा रहा है कि यह गिरोह अब तक कई युवाओं को चूना लगा चुका है। यह कार्रवाई न केवल ठगी के शिकार अभ्यर्थियों को न्याय दिलाने का काम करेगी बल्कि भविष्य में सेना भर्ती जैसी संवेदनशील प्रक्रियाओं को और अधिक पारदर्शी और सुरक्षित बनाएगी।

Fake Agniveer Recruitment Racket Busted in Alwar: Military Intelligence Leads Joint Operation, Two Arrested

Alwar/Jaipur | August 2025 — In a major breakthrough, Military Intelligence (MI), along with Rajasthan Police and CID (Special Branch), busted a fraudulent racket exploiting the ongoing Agniveer recruitment rally at Alwar. The racket targeted vulnerable youth by promising them recruitment into the Army in exchange for hefty bribes.

This case highlights the central role played by Military Intelligence — not just in safeguarding borders but also in protecting the integrity of the Army’s recruitment process from internal threats and fraudsters.

Recruitment Rally Targeted

The Agniveer recruitment rally, being held at R.R. College Ground, Alwar from 5 to 22 August 2025, witnessed participation from thousands of candidates from Alwar, Kotputli-Behror, Khairthal-Tijara, and Bharatpur districts. Amid this, a racket emerged promising failed candidates a “second chance” by using alleged high-level connections in the Army’s recruitment chain.

The Complaint that Triggered the Operation

On 14 August, a candidate reported at Aravali Vihar Police Station that he had been cheated. According to him, Junaid Khan, a resident of Alawda, approached him and offered to get his medical “point issue” removed for a fee of ₹1 lakh. The candidate paid ₹50,000 upfront on 10 August, with the rest to be paid later. However, on 13 August, the candidate was declared unfit in the height test. When he demanded his money back, Junaid refused.

This complaint was forwarded to Military Intelligence and CID, who immediately took charge.

Military Intelligence Takes the Lead

Acting on specific intelligence inputs, Military Intelligence tracked the suspects and coordinated with Rajasthan Police to conduct raids in Alwar, Jurhera, Sikri, and Ramgarh. The operation culminated in the arrest of two prime accused: Junaid Khan (25) and Sunil Kumar (46).

Investigations revealed that Junaid operated a coaching academy and PG facility under the name “NSG” in Sanjay Nagar, Alwar. He, along with accomplices Sunil, Vishnu, and Ratiram Bainsla, lured candidates by posing as Army insiders or using fake connections with Army officers.

Arrested Accused

1. Junaid Khan, 25, son of Dalkhan, resident of Alawda, Ramgarh, Alwar.
2. Sunil Kumar, 46, son of Jagdish, resident of Pai, Jurhera, Deeg (Bharatpur), currently living in Hodal, Haryana.

Future Investigations

Authorities believe this is just the tip of the iceberg. The network might have duped several other candidates in the past. With MI and CID leading the interrogation, more arrests and revelations are expected.

This case once again underlines the indispensable role of Military Intelligence in safeguarding not just national security but also the sanctity of recruitment into the Indian Armed Forces.
