राजस्थान के युवाओं के लिए देशसेवा का एक और सुनहरा अध्याय लिखने का अवसर सामने आया है। भारतीय सेना ने घोषणा की है कि राज्य की चौथी सेना भर्ती रैली (Army Recruitment Rally) का आयोजन 10 नवम्बर से 25 नवम्बर 2025 तक राजकीय शारीरिक शिक्षा महाविद्यालय, जोधपुर में किया जाएगा। यह रैली वर्ष 2025-26 के भर्ती सत्र के अंतर्गत आयोजित की जा रही है और इसमें राजस्थान के नौ जिलों — अजमेर, बाड़मेर, बालोतरा, जालौर, जैसलमेर, जोधपुर, नागौर, फलोदी और सिरोही — के अभ्यर्थी शामिल होंगे।
यह भर्ती रैली सेना भर्ती कार्यालय (Army Recruiting Office – ARO), जोधपुर द्वारा मुख्यालय भर्ती क्षेत्र, राजस्थान के तत्वावधान में आयोजित की जा रही है। इसका संचालन मुख्यालय दक्षिणी कमान और जोधपुर जिला प्रशासन के सहयोग से किया जाएगा। इस भर्ती के लिए कॉमन एंट्रेंस एग्जाम (CEE) 2025 में भाग लेने वाले अभ्यर्थियों में से चयनित उम्मीदवारों को विभिन्न श्रेणियों के लिए कॉल अप लेटर जारी किए गए हैं।
अग्निवीर योजना के अंतर्गत विभिन्न श्रेणियों में भर्ती
इस रैली में अभ्यर्थियों का चयन भारतीय सेना की अग्निवीर योजना (Agnipath Scheme) के अंतर्गत किया जाएगा। चयनित उम्मीदवारों को निम्न श्रेणियों में भर्ती के अवसर प्राप्त होंगे —
- अग्निवीर जनरल ड्यूटी (Agniveer General Duty)
- अग्निवीर तकनीकी (Agniveer Technical)
- अग्निवीर क्लर्क / स्टोर कीपर तकनीकी (Agniveer Clerk / Store Keeper Technical)
- अग्निवीर ट्रेड्समैन (8वीं पास एवं 10वीं पास)
इसके साथ ही महिला सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम के रूप में महिला सेना पुलिस (Agniveer General Duty – Women Military Police) के लिए विशेष भर्ती रैली भी आयोजित की जाएगी। यह रैली 24 और 25 नवम्बर 2025 को जोधपुर में आयोजित होगी। यह आयोजन भारतीय सेना में महिलाओं की बढ़ती भागीदारी और देश के रक्षा क्षेत्र में उनकी भूमिका को और सशक्त करने की दिशा में एक ऐतिहासिक कदम माना जा रहा है।
मुख्यालय भर्ती क्षेत्र, राजस्थान की पारदर्शिता पर विशेष बल
मुख्यालय भर्ती क्षेत्र, राजस्थान ने स्पष्ट किया है कि यह रैली निष्पक्ष, पारदर्शी और पूरी तरह से स्वचालित (Automated) चयन प्रक्रिया के तहत आयोजित की जा रही है। प्रत्येक अभ्यर्थी का चयन केवल योग्यता, प्रदर्शन और मेरिट के आधार पर किया जाएगा। किसी भी प्रकार की सिफारिश, धन लेन-देन या अनुचित साधनों का प्रयोग सख्त वर्जित है।
सेना भर्ती कार्यालय ने इस बात पर विशेष बल दिया है कि उम्मीदवारों को किसी भी दलाल या बिचौलिये के संपर्क में नहीं आना चाहिए। अक्सर देखा गया है कि कुछ असामाजिक तत्व या निजी प्रशिक्षण संस्थान उम्मीदवारों को भ्रमित कर “गारंटीड सिलेक्शन” का झांसा देते हैं। ऐसे मामलों से अभ्यर्थियों को सतर्क रहने की सलाह दी गई है।
लेफ्टिनेंट कर्नल निखिल धवन, जनसंपर्क अधिकारी (रक्षा), जयपुर ने बताया —
“भारतीय सेना की भर्ती प्रक्रिया पूरी तरह डिजिटल और पारदर्शी है। उम्मीदवारों को केवल अपनी मेहनत और योग्यता पर भरोसा रखना चाहिए। किसी भी दलाल के बहकावे में न आएं। चयन केवल प्रदर्शन और शारीरिक व मानसिक क्षमता के आधार पर ही होगा।”
प्रशासनिक तैयारी और सुरक्षा प्रबंध पूर्ण
जोधपुर प्रशासन ने सेना भर्ती कार्यालय के साथ मिलकर रैली के दौरान व्यवस्था और सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए व्यापक तैयारी की है।
भर्ती स्थल पर उम्मीदवारों के लिए आवास, चिकित्सा सहायता, जलापूर्ति, सुरक्षा व्यवस्था, प्राथमिक चिकित्सा केंद्र और शौचालय सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराई जा रही हैं।
प्रशासनिक सूत्रों के अनुसार, रैली में भाग लेने के लिए हजारों उम्मीदवारों के पहुंचने की संभावना है, जिसके मद्देनज़र भीड़ नियंत्रण, आवागमन और पार्किंग की विशेष व्यवस्थाएं भी की जा रही हैं।
पुलिस और जिला प्रशासन ने यह भी सुनिश्चित किया है कि किसी भी तरह की अफवाह या अनुचित गतिविधि को सख्ती से रोका जाए। सुरक्षा एजेंसियां और सेना के अधिकारी पूरे आयोजन की निगरानी करेंगे ताकि सभी अभ्यर्थियों को निष्पक्ष वातावरण मिल सके।
महिला भर्ती से बढ़ेगा ‘नारी शक्ति’ का गौरव
भारतीय सेना की इस भर्ती रैली की विशेषता यह है कि इसमें महिला अभ्यर्थियों के लिए भी भर्ती का आयोजन किया जा रहा है।
अग्निवीर सामान्य ड्यूटी (महिला सेना पुलिस) के लिए होने वाली यह भर्ती न केवल भारतीय सेना में महिलाओं की भूमिका को मजबूत करेगी बल्कि यह भारत के सामाजिक परिवर्तन की दिशा में भी एक बड़ा कदम है।
इस भर्ती के तहत चयनित महिला उम्मीदवारों को सेना पुलिस की भूमिका में शारीरिक प्रशिक्षण, आत्मरक्षा तकनीक, विधिक ज्ञान और सुरक्षा प्रबंधन जैसे विषयों पर विशेष प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा।
यह कदम प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के ‘नारी शक्ति को राष्ट्र शक्ति’ में बदलने के दृष्टिकोण को और मजबूत करता है।
अभ्यर्थियों को दी गई महत्वपूर्ण सलाह
सेना भर्ती कार्यालय, जोधपुर ने उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी है कि वे अपनी तैयारी को अंतिम रूप देने के साथ-साथ भर्ती स्थल पर निर्धारित दिशा-निर्देशों का पालन करें।
उम्मीदवारों को अपने साथ निम्न दस्तावेज़ लाने होंगे —
- एडमिट कार्ड
- शैक्षणिक योग्यता प्रमाणपत्र
- जन्म प्रमाण पत्र
- फोटो पहचान पत्र (आधार कार्ड / पैन कार्ड)
- पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो
सभी उम्मीदवारों को यह भी हिदायत दी गई है कि वे भर्ती प्रक्रिया के दौरान किसी भी प्रकार की अनियमितता या अनुचित व्यवहार की सूचना तुरंत सेना अधिकारियों को दें।
अग्निवीर योजना: युवाओं में अनुशासन और देशभक्ति का संचार

Fourth Army Recruitment Rally of Rajasthan State to Commence at Jodhpur from November 10, 2025
A Major Opportunity for Youth to Join the Indian Army Under the Agniveer Scheme

The Indian Army has officially announced the commencement of the fourth Army Recruitment Rally of the Recruiting Zone, Rajasthan, scheduled to take place from 10 November to 25 November 2025 at the Rajkiya Sharirik Shiksha Mahavidyalaya Ground, Jodhpur. This rally, being organised by the Army Recruiting Office (ARO), Jodhpur, will cover nine districts of the state — Ajmer, Barmer, Balotra, Jalore, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Nagaur, Phalodi, and Sirohi.
According to the official release issued by Lt Col Nikhil Dhawan, PRO Defence Rajasthan, this recruitment drive forms a key part of the Army’s annual recruitment calendar for the year 2025–26, aimed at inducting highly motivated and disciplined youth into the Indian Army under various categories of the Agniveer recruitment scheme.
Categories and Schedule
The rally will witness participation from candidates shortlisted through the Common Entrance Exam (CEE) 2025. These candidates have received official call letters for multiple categories, including:
- Agniveer (General Duty)
- Agniveer (Technical)
- Agniveer (Clerk/Store Keeper Technical)
- Agniveer (Tradesmen – 8th Pass and 10th Pass)
Additionally, a special Zonal Recruitment Rally for Agniveer (General Duty) – Women Military Police is also scheduled to be held on 24 and 25 November 2025. This inclusion highlights the Army’s continued emphasis on gender inclusivity and women’s empowerment within the ranks of India’s armed forces.
Transparent, Merit-Based Recruitment System
The Headquarters Recruiting Zone, Rajasthan, under the aegis of the Headquarters Southern Command and the Civil Administration of Jodhpur, has reaffirmed its commitment to a fair, transparent, and fully automated selection process. Officials emphasized that recruitment will be conducted purely on the basis of merit, with no room for malpractice, favoritism, or external influence.
The entire process — from physical and medical examinations to document verification — is designed to ensure equal opportunity for all eligible candidates. The Army has taken several measures to enhance transparency, including the use of digital registration, biometric verification, and computer-based examination systems that eliminate human interference.
Strict Warning Against Fraud and Touts
Authorities have issued a strict advisory for all aspirants to remain vigilant and not fall prey to touts, brokers, or fraudulent training academies claiming to offer “guaranteed selection.” The official statement makes it clear that no third party has any role in the recruitment process and that selection is determined solely by merit and performance.
Candidates have been cautioned not to hand over their educational or identity documents to any private individuals, local agents, or unauthorized institutions. Instead, they are instructed to submit their documents directly to the official recruiting staff, only when formally requested and as per the official notification.
Lt Col Nikhil Dhawan further reiterated,
“The Indian Army’s recruitment system is fully transparent and technologically driven. We urge all aspiring candidates to stay away from touts and rely only on official sources of information such as the Join Indian Army website. The Army has zero tolerance for corruption or unfair practices in recruitment.”

The upcoming Jodhpur rally is expected to attract thousands of young aspirants from across western Rajasthan.
