The event gained added prestige with the presence of Chief Guest Brigadier Nanda Kumar K, SC, from the Golden Katar Division, whose arrival marked the formal commencement of the celebrations. Accompanying him was Mr Pratap Singh, District Collector, Jaisalmer, symbolising the close synergy between the Armed Forces and civil administration in border regions like Jaisalmer. The traditional Lamp Lighting Ceremony, performed with solemnity and grace, set the tone for the programme, invoking wisdom, knowledge and collective responsibility. The Pre-Primary and Primary Wing students captivated the audience with a series of vibrant performances presented under the sub-theme ‘Reclaiming Our Future – A Journey’. Through melodious musical presentations, colourful thematic dances and thoughtfully designed skits on environmental awareness, the youngest students demonstrated remarkable confidence and stage presence. Each performance conveyed powerful messages about sustainability, harmony with nature, and the responsibility of the next generation in safeguarding the planet. The innocence, enthusiasm and discipline displayed by the children left a lasting impression, drawing warm applause from parents and dignitaries alike.
Honouring Excellence Across Academics, Sports and Co-Curricular Fields
One of the most significant moments of the celebration was the Prize Distribution Ceremony, where outstanding students were honoured for their achievements in academics, sports and co-curricular activities. Chief Guest Brigadier Nanda Kumar K personally felicitated the achievers, acknowledging not only their success but also the discipline and perseverance behind it. Principal Mr Himanshu Seth presented the Annual Report, offering a comprehensive overview of the school’s academic progress, co-curricular achievements and institutional milestones over the year. The report reflected consistent academic performance, enhanced student participation in competitive events and the school’s continued emphasis on character-building and leadership training. आर्मी पब्लिक स्कूल (एपीएस) जैसलमेर ने 18 और 19 दिसंबर 2025 को अपने प्रतिष्ठित दो दिवसीय वार्षिक समारोह का भव्य और सफल आयोजन कर एक बार फिर यह सिद्ध कर दिया कि यह संस्थान केवल शिक्षा का केंद्र नहीं, बल्कि राष्ट्र निर्माण की प्रयोगशाला है। ‘हमारा भविष्य पुनः प्राप्त करें – कार्पे डिएम’ विषय पर आधारित इस समारोह ने विद्यार्थियों के सर्वांगीण विकास, सांस्कृतिक चेतना, सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व और अनुशासन को केंद्र में रखा। सीमावर्ती जैसलमेर जैसे संवेदनशील क्षेत्र में आयोजित यह आयोजन अभिभावकों, शिक्षकों, सैन्य अधिकारियों, प्रशासनिक प्रतिनिधियों और स्थानीय गणमान्य व्यक्तियों के लिए प्रेरणास्रोत बनकर उभरा।

नन्हे विद्यार्थियों ने प्रस्तुत की ‘भविष्य की यात्रा’
प्री-प्राइमरी और प्राइमरी विंग के विद्यार्थियों ने ‘हमारा भविष्य पुनः प्राप्त करें – एक यात्रा’ उप-विषय के अंतर्गत अपनी प्रस्तुतियों से दर्शकों का मन मोह लिया। संगीतमय कार्यक्रमों, रंग-बिरंगे नृत्य प्रदर्शनों और पर्यावरण संरक्षण पर आधारित नाटिकाओं के माध्यम से बच्चों ने यह संदेश दिया कि भविष्य की जिम्मेदारी आज के छोटे कंधों पर है। मंच पर बच्चों का आत्मविश्वास, अनुशासन और भाव-अभिव्यक्ति यह दर्शा रही थी कि एपीएस जैसलमेर प्रारंभिक स्तर से ही विद्यार्थियों में मंचीय कौशल और सामाजिक चेतना विकसित कर रहा है।

समारोह के दूसरे चरण में वरिष्ठ विद्यार्थियों ने ‘हमारा भविष्य पुनः प्राप्त करें – यात्रा जारी है’ विषय को केंद्र में रखकर प्रभावशाली प्रस्तुतियां दीं। ताइक्वांडो प्रदर्शन ने शारीरिक फिटनेस, आत्म-संयम और मानसिक दृढ़ता को प्रदर्शित किया, जबकि हिंदी और अंग्रेजी नाट्य प्रस्तुतियों ने समाज में व्याप्त चुनौतियों, मूल्यों के क्षरण और युवाओं की भूमिका पर गहरी सोच प्रस्तुत की। समापन नृत्य ने एकजुटता, साहस और सकारात्मक बदलाव के संदेश के साथ पूरे आयोजन को भावनात्मक ऊंचाई प्रदान की।
प्राचार्य का वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन: उपलब्धियों का विस्तृत लेखा-जोखा
