Bharat Institute of Engineering and Technology organized, under the guidance and patronage of Shri. Ch. Venugopal Reddy a one week FDP on “Telemedicine 6.0: Advancing Faculty Proficiency through AI, ML, and 6G” sponsored by AICTE Atal and Learning Academy
One week FDP is being organised from 11th Dec to 16th Dec by Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering of Bharat Institute of Engineering and Technology on “Telemedicine 6.0: Advancing Faculty Proficiency through AI, ML, and 6G” sponsored by AICTE Atal and Learning Academy.
This Faculty Development program aims to empower faculty members with the knowledge, skills, and expertise required to effectively leverage the latest advancements in AI, machine learning (ML), and 6G technology within the field of telemedicine. With the evolution of latest technology in AI ML Telemedicine is the remote delivery of healthcare services over the telecommunications infrastructure. Telehealth allows healthcare providers to evaluate, diagnose, inform and treat patients without an in-person visit.

By the end of the program, participants will be equipped to integrate these cutting-edge technologies into their teaching, research, and practical applications, thereby enhancing the quality of telemedicine education and practice. Faculty members will develop a strong understanding of the core concepts, capabilities, and potential applications of AI, ML, and 6G in the telemedicine domain. They will be able to articulate the benefits and challenges associated with these technologies.

In this FDP program the invited resource persons are expertise in their field from IIT ‘s , IIIT’s and industry. The resource person are Dr Abhinav Kumar from IIT Hyderabad, Dr Debasis Das from IIT Jodhpur, Dr Ashok Das , Dr Anil Kumar Vuppala from IIIT Hyderabad, Dr Aneesh Chivukala from BITS Pilani Hyderabad and Mr T Vidyasagar from TCS . In this FDP program a visit to Atal Incubation Center is also scheduled.

The Program is being organised under the guidance of Honorable Chairman of Bharat Institutions Ch Venugopal Reddy, Director G Kumaraswamy Rao, Convener Dr Papiya Dutta , CoConvener Dr Satyabrata Singha and Dr Subhajit Aich.
