Blood for the Brave, Hope for the Nation: Amogh Division’s Humanitarian Mission Sets Benchmark in Voluntary Service
JAIPUR | T.I.N. NETWORK – In a remarkable demonstration of patriotism beyond the battlefield, the Amogh Healers of the Amogh Division under the Sapta Shakti Command have yet again displayed their unwavering dedication to the ideals of selfless service, humanity, and nation-building. Organising a large-scale Voluntary Blood Donation Camp, the troops reaffirmed that the Indian Army’s strength lies not just in arms and ammunition, but also in compassion, community service, and commitment to civilian welfare.
Held under the motto “Donate Blood, Save Lives, For the Nation”, the event witnessed the participation of a large number of officers, junior commissioned officers, and jawans. The soldiers did not just donate blood; they offered hope — to trauma victims, thalassemia patients, accident survivors, and many others across India whose lives depend on regular transfusions.
This humanitarian initiative was meticulously coordinated by medical officers of the division who ensured all health protocols, screening procedures, and storage standards were upheld. The blood collected during the drive has been handed over to local military and civil hospitals, significantly augmenting emergency response readiness and public health support systems in the region.
Senior officers present during the event lauded the spirit of voluntary participation. “While safeguarding national security remains our foremost responsibility, humanitarian service is our sacred duty. This blood donation camp reflects the ethical core of our forces – service before self,” stated a senior officer from Amogh Division.
The Healing Arm of the Indian Army
Nicknamed the Amogh Healers, the medical wing of Amogh Division has long been active in outreach efforts, including medical camps in remote villages, first aid training drives, blood donation events, and pandemic-time relief operations. This recent blood donation camp further consolidates their role as first responders not just in conflict zones, but in humanitarian crises as well.
The initiative also dovetails with the Indian Army’s broader effort to connect with civilians through Op Sadbhavana initiatives and bridge the gap between the military and civil society.
Doctors from military hospitals who were part of the logistics and technical teams remarked on the significance of the donations. “In an era where blood banks often run short, these efforts fill critical gaps. Every unit of blood donated here will give someone another shot at life,” said one attending surgeon.
Strength Beyond Warfare
The success of this blood donation camp also signals a shift in the perception of the Indian Army — as warriors with empathy. Such events generate goodwill among civilians and inspire the youth to look at the armed forces as not just a fighting force, but a humanitarian one. Importantly, it sets an example for other government bodies, schools, universities, and civil society groups to replicate such efforts.
As the sun set on a fulfilling day of contribution, what remained was not fatigue but pride – the pride of saving lives without firing a shot. For the Amogh Division, this was not just a blood donation drive; it was a reaffirmation of their creed — service to the motherland, in war and in peace.

जयपुर | टी.आई.एन. नेटवर्क — भारतीय सेना का असली बल केवल हथियारों में नहीं, बल्कि उसके सैनिकों की सेवा भावना, मानवीय मूल्यों और राष्ट्रनिर्माण के प्रति समर्पण में भी निहित है। इसी भावना को जीवंत करते हुए, सप्त शक्ति कमांड के अंतर्गत आने वाली अमोघ डिवीजन के अमोघ हीलर्स ने एक स्वैच्छिक रक्तदान शिविर का आयोजन किया।
इस शिविर का उद्देश्य था — “Donate Blood, Save Lives, For the Nation” — और इसने सैनिकों की देश सेवा को एक नए रूप में प्रस्तुत किया, जहाँ युद्धभूमि के योद्धा ज़रूरतमंदों के लिए जीवनदाता बन गए।
इस शिविर में बड़ी संख्या में अफसरों, जेसीओ और जवानों ने भाग लिया। दान किया गया रक्त अब स्थानीय सैन्य अस्पतालों और नागरिक चिकित्सालयों में ज़रूरतमंदों की जान बचाने के लिए काम में लाया जाएगा। आयोजन के दौरान सभी स्वास्थ्य और सुरक्षा मानकों का पूर्णतः पालन किया गया, जिसमें स्क्रीनिंग, रक्त संग्रहण, और ठंडा रखाव शामिल था।
सेवा का दूसरा स्वरूप
इस कार्यक्रम की सफलता ने भारतीय सेना के सेवा परमो धर्म: सिद्धांत को और सशक्त बनाया। “हम राष्ट्र की सुरक्षा तो करते ही हैं, लेकिन मानवता की रक्षा करना भी हमारा कर्तव्य है,” यह बात एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी ने कही, जिन्होंने शिविर के आयोजन में सक्रिय भूमिका निभाई।
अमोघ हीलर्स पहले भी ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में स्वास्थ्य शिविर, कोविड राहत कार्य, और आपातकालीन स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के संचालन में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा चुके हैं। उनका यह मानवीय पक्ष आम जनता के बीच सेना के प्रति विश्वास और अपनापन बढ़ाने का काम करता है।
नागरिक-मिलिट्री समरसता का प्रतीक
इस रक्तदान अभियान ने यह साबित कर दिया कि सेना केवल युद्ध के समय काम में नहीं आती, बल्कि शांति काल में भी समाज की सेवा में अग्रणी भूमिका निभाती है।
इस अवसर पर चिकित्सकों ने कहा, “एक यूनिट रक्त कई लोगों की ज़िंदगी बचा सकता है। आज हमारे सैनिकों ने यह सुनिश्चित किया है कि ज़रूरत पड़ने पर किसी को रक्त की कमी के कारण अपनी जान न गंवानी पड़े।”
सेना – जनसेवा में अग्रणी
इस शिविर की सफलता ने समाज को यह संदेश दिया कि जब भारत के सैनिक रक्तदान करते हैं, तो वे न केवल शारीरिक रूप से बल्कि भावनात्मक रूप से भी देश की रक्षा करते हैं।
सेना के इस सेवा भाव ने आम लोगों को प्रेरित किया और यह संदेश दिया कि राष्ट्रसेवा केवल सीमा पर ही नहीं होती, बल्कि रक्त की एक बूंद देकर भी की जा सकती है।
