In a significant step towards fulfilling the aspirations of thousands of young Indians looking to serve the nation, the first Army Recruitment Rally of Rajasthan for the year 2025-26 is set to begin from 05 August 2025 at Raj Rishi Government College, Alwar. This crucial rally is being organised by Army Recruiting Office (ARO) Alwar, in coordination with Headquarters Recruiting Zone (HQ RZ), Jaipur, Headquarters South Western Command, and the Civil Administration of Alwar.
The rally will continue till 20 August 2025 and will cover candidates from Alwar, Khairthal-Tijara, Bharatpur, Deeg, Dholpur and Kotputli-Behror districts. According to official sources, approximately 7,500 candidates who appeared in the Common Entrance Exam (CEE) 2025 have been shortlisted based on their merit and have received call-up letters to participate in this rally.
The categories open for recruitment include:
- Agniveer (General Duty)
- Agniveer (Technical)
- Agniveer (Clerk/Store Keeper Technical)
- Agniveer Tradesman (10th Pass and 8th Pass)
🔹 Opportunity to Join the Nation’s Defence Force
With the country’s defence preparedness and youth engagement a top priority for the government and armed forces, this recruitment rally is expected to provide a significant platform for rural and urban youth alike. Many candidates come from agricultural or economically backward families, and the Indian Army continues to be seen not only as a path to employment but also as a source of honour, discipline, and national pride.
An officer from Headquarters Recruiting Zone, Jaipur emphasized that the selection process is entirely fair, transparent, and technologically automated, leaving no room for manipulation or malpractice. Only candidates who meet the set physical, educational, and medical standards will qualify.
🔹 Warning Against Touts and Frauds
The Army has issued a strict advisory to all participants and their families. Candidates have been clearly instructed not to engage with touts or agents and not to hand over original documents to any private training academy or individual. The only time a candidate should submit their documents is directly to the official recruiting staff, and that too only when formally asked to, as per the official procedure.
The Army’s recruitment setup has over the years transformed from manual paperwork to a digitally secure environment. Biometric attendance, automated entry systems, and live CCTV monitoring are now part of the standard operating procedure to maintain high standards of transparency.

In a further move towards transparency, the Indian Army has encouraged all candidates to stay updated only through official channels. The Agnipath Scheme has seen a resurgent push in recent years, and the Indian Army is committed to ensuring the participation of Rajasthan’s youth under the Agniveer initiative. The scheme not only trains individuals in military discipline and skills but also prepares them for post-army civilian roles with structured exit pathways and financial benefits.
🔹 Security Arrangements and Administrative Support
The local civil administration in Alwar, in collaboration with police authorities and the military, has been making elaborate arrangements to ensure the smooth conduct of the rally. Traffic diversions, accommodation for candidates, drinking water, and first aid facilities are being arranged around the Raj Rishi College campus.
The district administration has also launched a public awareness drive to warn families against fraudsters who might mislead candidates under the guise of providing “assured selection.”
🔹 More Rallies Planned in Coming Months
After the Alwar rally, further recruitment events under the 2025–26 calendar are expected to be held in Jodhpur, Jhunjhunu, Bikaner, and Jaipur zones in phased manner. With a total estimated turnout of over 30,000 youth expected across Rajasthan over the next 6 months, this is one of the most extensive recruitment campaigns in the state post-COVID era.

राजस्थान के हजारों युवाओं के लिए भारतीय सेना में भर्ती का सपना साकार करने का समय आ गया है। वर्ष 2025-26 की प्रथम सेना भर्ती रैली 05 अगस्त 2025 से राज ऋषि कॉलेज, अलवर में आयोजित की जा रही है। यह भर्ती रैली सेना भर्ती कार्यालय (ARO) अलवर, मुख्यालय भर्ती क्षेत्र (HQ RZ), जयपुर, मुख्यालय दक्षिण पश्चिमी कमान, और अलवर जिला प्रशासन के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में की जा रही है।
यह रैली 20 अगस्त 2025 तक चलेगी और इसमें अलवर, खैरथल-तिजारा, भरतपुर, डीग, धौलपुर और कोटपुतली-बहरोड़ जिलों के उम्मीदवार भाग लेंगे। अधिकारियों के अनुसार लगभग 7500 उम्मीदवारों को कॉमन एंट्रेंस एग्जाम (CEE) 2025 में प्रदर्शन के आधार पर बुलाया गया है।
रैली में निम्नलिखित श्रेणियों के लिए भर्ती की जाएगी –
- अग्निवीर (जनरल ड्यूटी)
- अग्निवीर (टेक्निकल)
- अग्निवीर (क्लर्क / स्टोर कीपर टेक्निकल)
- अग्निवीर ट्रेड्समैन (10वीं और 8वीं पास)
🔹 राष्ट्रसेवा का गौरवशाली अवसर
सेना भर्ती रैली न केवल रोजगार का साधन है, बल्कि गांवों व कस्बों के युवाओं को राष्ट्र सेवा और अनुशासित जीवन का गौरव देती है। ग्रामीण परिवेश से आने वाले अधिकांश उम्मीदवारों के लिए यह सेना में शामिल होने का सुनहरा अवसर है।
मुख्यालय भर्ती क्षेत्र, जयपुर के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी ने बताया कि चयन प्रक्रिया पूरी तरह निष्पक्ष, पारदर्शी और तकनीकी रूप से स्वचालित है। चयन केवल योग्यता के आधार पर होगा, और इसमें किसी प्रकार की सिफारिश या बाहरी हस्तक्षेप की कोई गुंजाइश नहीं है।
🔹 दलालों और धोखाधड़ी से सावधान रहने की चेतावनी
सेना ने स्पष्ट रूप से उम्मीदवारों और उनके परिजनों को चेतावनी दी है कि वे किसी भी दलाल या निजी संस्था से संपर्क न करें, और अपने मूल दस्तावेज किसी को न सौंपें। दस्तावेज केवल तभी जमा करवाएं जब भर्ती स्टाफ द्वारा आधिकारिक रूप से मांगे जाएं।
भर्ती प्रक्रिया में अब आधुनिक तकनीकों जैसे बायोमैट्रिक हाजिरी, सीसीटीवी निगरानी और डिजिटल रिकॉर्डिंग का उपयोग किया जा रहा है जिससे पारदर्शिता बनी रहती है।

अभ्यर्थियों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे किसी भी भ्रम या अफवाह से बचें और केवल भारतीय सेना की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट (www.joinindianarmy.nic.in) या सेना भर्ती कार्यालय, अलवर से संपर्क करें।
अग्निपथ योजना के अंतर्गत भर्ती को लेकर इस वर्ष एक विशेष अभियान चलाया जा रहा है जिसमें चयनित युवाओं को सेना में सेवा देने के साथ-साथ भविष्य में नागरिक जीवन के लिए भी सशक्त बनाया जाएगा।
🔹 सुरक्षा व सुविधा व्यवस्था पुख्ता
अलवर जिला प्रशासन ने भर्ती स्थल और आसपास के क्षेत्रों में यातायात, चिकित्सा, पेयजल, आवास और सुरक्षा की पुख्ता व्यवस्था की है। अभ्यर्थियों के लिए शिविरों में तंबू, पंखा और प्राथमिक उपचार की सुविधा उपलब्ध रहेगी।
🔹 आने वाले महीनों में अन्य जिलों में भी रैलियाँ
अलवर के बाद जोधपुर, झुंझुनूं, बीकानेर और जयपुर जिलों में भी चरणबद्ध रूप से सेना भर्ती रैलियाँ आयोजित की जाएंगी। अनुमान है कि पूरे राजस्थान में कुल मिलाकर 30,000 से अधिक युवा इस भर्ती प्रक्रिया में हिस्सा लेंगे।
