भारतीय सेना ने एक बार फिर यह साबित किया कि उसकी पहचान केवल सीमाओं की रक्षा तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि वह समाज के हर वर्ग के साथ खड़ी रहने वाली संवेदनशील शक्ति भी है। दीपावली के पावन अवसर पर भारतीय सेना ने बीकानेर स्थित ‘सेवा आश्रम’, जो मानसिक रूप से चुनौतीग्रस्त बच्चों के लिए एक आवासीय संस्था है, का दौरा किया। यह पहल न केवल उत्सव का हिस्सा थी बल्कि समाज के सबसे संवेदनशील वर्ग तक खुशियों की रोशनी पहुँचाने का एक मानवीय प्रयास भी था।

समारोह के अंत में सभी बच्चों, देखभाल करने वालों और सैनिकों ने मिलकर एक सामूहिक फोटोग्राफ खिंचवाया — एक ऐसी तस्वीर जिसमें वर्दी, मासूमियत और मानवता का संगम दिखाई दिया।
