According to intelligence sources, Khalistani extremist organisations operating from abroad, in coordination with Bangladesh-based terror outfits, are suspected to be planning disruptive activities aimed at undermining India’s internal security and creating panic during the high-profile national celebrations of January 26. The alert highlights serious concerns over the growing nexus between radical handlers, cross-border terror networks, and organised criminal gangs operating within India.
Security agencies have intensified surveillance, counter-intelligence operations and ground-level monitoring to prevent any untoward incident during Republic Day, a time when the national capital and other strategic locations remain under heightened threat due to large public gatherings, VVIP movement and international attention.
Republic Day Under Threat: Intelligence Inputs Flag Possible Terror Plots
Republic Day is one of India’s most significant national events, symbolising the country’s democratic strength, unity and sovereignty. Every year, Delhi becomes the focal point of celebrations, hosting the grand parade, cultural displays and the presence of foreign dignitaries. Similarly, India has faced multiple terror challenges linked to regional and international extremist groups. These experiences have shaped the country’s current counter-terror framework, emphasising intelligence-led policing, community engagement, and swift operational response.

गणतंत्र दिवस से पहले देश की खुफिया एजेंसियों ने एक गंभीर सुरक्षा अलर्ट जारी किया है, जिसमें चेतावनी दी गई है कि खालिस्तानी आतंकी संगठन और बांग्लादेश स्थित आतंकवादी गुट दिल्ली समेत देश के कई प्रमुख शहरों को निशाना बनाने की कोशिश कर सकते हैं। खुफिया सूत्रों के अनुसार, ये संगठन भारत की आंतरिक सुरक्षा को नुकसान पहुंचाने, दहशत फैलाने और राष्ट्रीय पर्व के दौरान किसी बड़ी साजिश को अंजाम देने की फिराक में हैं। इस अलर्ट के बाद केंद्र और राज्य सुरक्षा एजेंसियों को हाई अलर्ट पर रखा गया है और कई स्तरों पर सुरक्षा इंतज़ाम कड़े कर दिए गए हैं।
गणतंत्र दिवस बना आतंकी संगठनों का संभावित निशाना
26 जनवरी को होने वाला गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह देश की लोकतांत्रिक ताकत, एकता और संप्रभुता का प्रतीक है। इस दिन दिल्ली में भव्य परेड, सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम और विदेशी मेहमानों की मौजूदगी होती है, जिससे पूरी दुनिया की नजर भारत पर रहती है। यही वजह है कि आतंकी संगठन इस मौके को अपनी नापाक साजिशों के लिए इस्तेमाल करने की कोशिश करते हैं।
खुफिया एजेंसियों के मुताबिक, खालिस्तानी आतंकी संगठन और बांग्लादेश आधारित कट्टरपंथी गुट इस दौरान हमले, तोड़फोड़ या किसी बड़ी घटना को अंजाम देकर देश में अस्थिरता फैलाना चाहते हैं। खतरा सिर्फ दिल्ली तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि उत्तर भारत के कई बड़े शहरों पर भी मंडरा रहा है।
विदेश से संचालित खालिस्तानी नेटवर्क फिर सक्रिय
अलर्ट में यह भी बताया गया है कि कनाडा, ब्रिटेन और यूरोप के कुछ हिस्सों से संचालित खालिस्तानी नेटवर्क एक बार फिर भारत विरोधी गतिविधियों को हवा दे रहे हैं। 1990 के दशक के बाद पंजाब में खालिस्तानी आतंकवाद कमजोर पड़ गया था, लेकिन हाल के वर्षों में यह नेटवर्क सोशल मीडिया, फंडिंग चैनलों और आपराधिक गिरोहों के जरिए फिर सक्रिय हो रहे हैं।
ये विदेशी हैंडलर भारत में सीधे घुसपैठ करने की बजाय स्थानीय अपराधियों का इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं, ताकि वे पर्दे के पीछे रहकर अपनी साजिशों को अंजाम दे सकें। इससे इनकी पहचान और कार्रवाई करना और भी मुश्किल हो जाता है।
बांग्लादेश आधारित आतंकी संगठनों की बढ़ती गतिविधियां
खालिस्तानी संगठनों के साथ-साथ बांग्लादेश स्थित आतंकी गुटों की गतिविधियों पर भी खुफिया एजेंसियों की नजर है। इन संगठनों पर भारत के खिलाफ कट्टरपंथी विचारधारा फैलाने और सीमापार साजिशें रचने का आरोप रहा है।
सूत्रों के अनुसार, ये गुट अब अपने नेटवर्क को पूर्वी भारत तक सीमित न रखकर उत्तर भारत तक फैलाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं। इनका मकसद देश के भीतर अस्थिरता पैदा करना और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को चुनौती देना है।
गैंगस्टर बन रहे हैं आतंकियों के ‘फुट सोल्जर’
इस अलर्ट का सबसे चिंताजनक पहलू यह है कि पंजाब के गैंगस्टर अब खालिस्तानी और कट्टरपंथी संगठनों के लिए “फुट सोल्जर” की भूमिका निभा रहे हैं। खुफिया रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, ये अपराधी गिरोह जबरन वसूली, हथियारों की तस्करी, हत्या और ड्रग्स जैसे अपराधों में पहले से सक्रिय हैं।
अब इनका इस्तेमाल आतंकी संगठन अपने एजेंडे को आगे बढ़ाने, डर फैलाने और साजिशों को अंजाम देने के लिए कर रहे हैं। इससे संगठित अपराध और आतंकवाद के बीच खतरनाक गठजोड़ बनता जा रहा है।
उत्तर भारत में फैल रहा है गैंगस्टर-आतंकी नेटवर्क
खुफिया अलर्ट में बताया गया है कि ये गैंगस्टर नेटवर्क अब केवल पंजाब तक सीमित नहीं हैं। ये हरियाणा, दिल्ली-एनसीआर, उत्तर प्रदेश और राजस्थान में भी सक्रिय हैं और धीरे-धीरे खालिस्तानी आतंकी तत्वों से अपने संबंध मजबूत कर रहे हैं।
इन राज्यों में ये गिरोह हथियारों की तस्करी, रंगदारी, सुपारी किलिंग और नशे के कारोबार में शामिल हैं। आशंका है कि इन अवैध गतिविधियों से मिलने वाला पैसा आतंकी साजिशों में इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है।
भीड़-भाड़ वाले इलाकों और सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर खतरा
आतंकी संगठन आमतौर पर ऐसे स्थानों को निशाना बनाते हैं जहां ज्यादा भीड़ होती है और जहां से ज्यादा से ज्यादा ध्यान खींचा जा सके। गणतंत्र दिवस के दौरान दिल्ली समेत कई शहरों में बड़े पैमाने पर कार्यक्रम होते हैं, वीवीआईपी मूवमेंट रहता है और सुरक्षा बलों की तैनाती रहती है।
इसके बावजूद, किसी भी छोटी घटना का मनोवैज्ञानिक और राजनीतिक असर बड़ा हो सकता है। इसी को देखते हुए रेलवे स्टेशन, एयरपोर्ट, मेट्रो स्टेशन, मॉल, बाजार और सरकारी इमारतों की सुरक्षा बढ़ा दी गई है।
सुरक्षा एजेंसियों के बीच मजबूत समन्वय
अलर्ट के बाद इंटेलिजेंस ब्यूरो (IB), रॉ (RAW), एनआईए (NIA), राज्य पुलिस और केंद्रीय अर्धसैनिक बलों के बीच समन्वय और तेज कर दिया गया है। संदिग्ध गतिविधियों पर नजर रखने, फंडिंग चैनलों को ट्रैक करने और संभावित साजिशों को समय रहते नाकाम करने पर खास जोर दिया जा रहा है।
राज्य सरकारों को भी निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि वे गणतंत्र दिवस कार्यक्रमों की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की समीक्षा करें और किसी भी आपात स्थिति से निपटने के लिए तैयार रहें।
सोशल मीडिया और साइबर निगरानी तेज
आज के दौर में आतंकी संगठन सोशल मीडिया और एन्क्रिप्टेड ऐप्स के जरिए अपने नेटवर्क को मजबूत करते हैं। खालिस्तानी और कट्टरपंथी संगठन ऑनलाइन प्रचार, नफरत फैलाने और युवाओं को गुमराह करने की कोशिश करते हैं।
गणतंत्र दिवस से पहले साइबर एजेंसियां इन प्लेटफॉर्म्स पर कड़ी नजर रख रही हैं। किसी भी संदिग्ध पोस्ट, वीडियो या संदेश पर तुरंत कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
पुराने अनुभवों से सबक
भारत ने 1980 और 1990 के दशक में खालिस्तानी आतंकवाद का दौर देखा है, जब पंजाब में हिंसा अपने चरम पर थी। उस समय मजबूत खुफिया नेटवर्क, पुलिस कार्रवाई और जनता के सहयोग से हालात पर काबू पाया गया था।
आज भी सुरक्षा एजेंसियां उसी अनुभव का इस्तेमाल कर नई चुनौतियों से निपटने की तैयारी कर रही हैं।
जनता की भूमिका भी अहम
सुरक्षा एजेंसियों के साथ-साथ आम नागरिकों की सतर्कता भी बेहद जरूरी है। किसी भी संदिग्ध गतिविधि, लावारिस वस्तु या अजनबी व्यवहार की जानकारी तुरंत पुलिस को देना जरूरी है। अफवाहों से बचना और केवल आधिकारिक सूचनाओं पर भरोसा करना भी सुरक्षा के लिए अहम है।
गणतंत्र दिवस से पहले मजबूत सुरक्षा कवच
खालिस्तानी और बांग्लादेशी आतंकी संगठनों से जुड़ा यह अलर्ट दिखाता है कि भारत की आंतरिक सुरक्षा चुनौतियां लगातार बदल रही हैं। अपराधी गिरोहों और आतंकी नेटवर्क के गठजोड़ से खतरा और जटिल हो गया है।
