जोधपुर की युवा प्रतिभा इशिता माथुर ने अपनी मेहनत, लगन और अटूट संकल्प के बल पर प्रतिष्ठित कंपनी सेक्रेटरी (सीएस) परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण कर एक बड़ी उपलब्धि हासिल की है। इस सफलता ने न केवल उनके माता-पिता सीमा भुवन माथुर और भुवन माथुर का सिर गर्व से ऊँचा किया है, बल्कि पूरे जोधपुर शहर का नाम भी रोशन किया है।

कंपनी सेक्रेटरी की परीक्षा, इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ कंपनी सेक्रेट्रीज़ ऑफ इंडिया (ICSI) द्वारा आयोजित की जाती है, और यह देश की सबसे कठिन पेशेवर परीक्षाओं में गिनी जाती है। चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंसी की तरह ही, इसमें गहन अध्ययन, विशेषज्ञता और लगातार मेहनत की आवश्यकता होती है। वर्तमान में भारत में लगभग 73,000 कंपनी सेक्रेटरी हैं, जिनमें से केवल 12,000 सक्रिय रूप से प्रैक्टिस कर रहे हैं। यह तथ्य इस पेशे की विशिष्टता और महत्व को दर्शाता है।
