सीमावर्ती सड़क अवसंरचना को सशक्त बनाने की दिशा में बड़ा कदम
देश की रणनीतिक और सीमावर्ती सड़क अवसंरचना को अधिक प्रभावी, समयबद्ध और गुणवत्ता-युक्त बनाने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल करते हुए रक्षा मंत्री श्री राजनाथ सिंह ने 23 दिसंबर 2025 को नई दिल्ली स्थित साउथ ब्लॉक में ‘सड़क अवसंरचना परियोजनाओं के लिए विस्तृत परियोजना रिपोर्ट (डीपीआर) तैयार करने पर मार्गदर्शिका’ का विमोचन किया। यह मार्गदर्शिका सीमा सड़क संगठन (BRO) द्वारा तैयार की गई है, जो देश के सबसे दुर्गम, संवेदनशील और चुनौतीपूर्ण भौगोलिक क्षेत्रों में राजमार्गों और सामरिक सड़कों के निर्माण एवं रखरखाव की जिम्मेदारी निभाता है। इस दस्तावेज़ को जारी किया जाना भारत की सीमा अवसंरचना को संस्थागत रूप से मजबूत करने की दिशा में एक निर्णायक कदम माना जा रहा है।
