This program was organized by ‘Shabdakshar’ under the guidance of National President Ravi Pratap Singh. This program was presided over by Dr. Manisha Dahiya, Principal cum General Secretary of the World Constitution Parliament.

Well-known litterateur Jyoti Narayan was present from Hyderabad as a special guest in the program. Renowned folk songwriter Sunita Saini ‘Guddi’ from Karnataka joined as the chief guest, and Seema Singh ‘Swastika’ from Assam as the chief guest.
