Terror Infrastructure Revives Along IB–LoC: Indian Army Issues Stern Warning to Pakistan

India’s Army Chief, General Upendra Dwivedi, has delivered a firm and unambiguous warning to Pakistan, revealing that the terror network along the Line of Control (LoC) and the International Border (IB) is once again being revived. According to the Army Chief, eight terrorist camps remain active in Pakistan-occupied territory, with two newly rebuilt camps located opposite the Bikaner and Sri Ganganagar sectors along the International Border. General Dwivedi made it clear that Operation Sindoor is ongoing and that any hostile move by Pakistan will invite a devastating and decisive response from the Indian Armed Forces. His remarks underline India’s zero-tolerance policy towards cross-border terrorism and reaffirm the Army’s readiness to neutralize any threat to national security.
Two Terror Camps Rebuilt Near Bikaner–Sri Ganganagar Sector
The Army Chief disclosed that Pakistan has reactivated two terrorist camps close to the International Border, directly opposite the Bikaner and Sri Ganganagar regions of Rajasthan. These camps, according to intelligence assessments, are being used to train and prepare militants for infiltration into Indian territory. In addition to these, six other camps remain active along the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir. General Dwivedi emphasized that Pakistan continues its long-standing strategy of using terrorism as a state-sponsored tool against India. However, he assured that Indian intelligence agencies and security forces are closely monitoring every movement across the border, ensuring that no infiltration attempt goes unnoticed.
Operation Sindoor Continues With Full Military Strength
General Dwivedi reaffirmed that Operation Sindoor is still in effect and remains a cornerstone of India’s counter-terrorism strategy. The operation focuses on eliminating terrorist threats, disrupting infiltration routes, and dismantling terror infrastructure along India’s northern frontiers. The Army Chief made it clear that India’s response to any provocation will be swift, precise, and overwhelming. He warned Pakistan against misadventure, stating that any hostile action would be met with “certain destruction.” This strong language reflects India’s evolving military doctrine, which prioritizes proactive deterrence and rapid retaliation against cross-border terrorism.
31 Terrorists Eliminated in 2025, Majority Pakistani Nationals
Highlighting the Army’s operational success, General Dwivedi revealed that 31 terrorists were neutralized in 2025 alone. Strikingly, nearly 65 percent of those killed were Pakistani nationals, reinforcing India’s long-held claim that terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir is largely driven by foreign elements. These figures demonstrate the effectiveness of India’s counter-terrorism operations and the Army’s commitment to safeguarding the nation’s borders. The Army Chief noted that while the northern front remains largely stable, continuous vigilance is essential to prevent any resurgence of militant activity.
Jammu and Kashmir Situation Sensitive but Under Control
Addressing concerns about security in Jammu and Kashmir, General Dwivedi stated that the region remains sensitive but firmly under control. The Indian Army, along with other security agencies, continues to maintain a strong presence to prevent terrorist infiltration and maintain law and order. He reassured citizens that the situation is being managed with professionalism and precision. According to him, while Pakistan attempts to destabilize the region through proxy warfare, India’s security forces remain fully prepared to counter every challenge.
Public Sentiment and Media Role During Operation Sindoor
General Dwivedi also spoke about the national mood during Operation Sindoor, noting a surge in patriotic sentiment across the country. He acknowledged the strong support shown by citizens toward the Armed Forces but also pointed out instances of excessive media enthusiasm. The Army Chief stressed the importance of responsible reporting, especially during sensitive military operations, to avoid the spread of misinformation or unnecessary panic. He emphasized that national security is a shared responsibility, requiring coordination between the military, the government, the media, and the public.
Emergency Procurement Powers Given to Corps Commanders
In a major operational shift, the Indian Army has granted emergency procurement powers to Corps Commanders for the first time. This allows senior field commanders to quickly acquire essential equipment, weapons, and logistics during critical situations without lengthy bureaucratic procedures. General Dwivedi described this move as a game-changer for battlefield preparedness, enabling faster decision-making and improved combat readiness. This reform ensures that frontline units can respond more effectively to emerging threats along the border.
Major Restructuring of the Indian Army Underway
The Army Chief highlighted the ongoing restructuring process aimed at transforming the Indian Army into a more agile, technologically advanced, and combat-ready force. New formations such as the Rudra Brigade, Bhairav Battalion, Shaktibaan Regiment, and Agni Platoon have been created to enhance rapid response and high-intensity combat capabilities. These units are designed to operate in diverse terrains and conflict scenarios, ensuring India’s military remains future-ready.
Commitment to Theatre Command System
General Dwivedi reiterated the Army’s strong commitment to the theatre command system, a structural reform aimed at integrating the Army, Navy, and Air Force under unified regional commands. This transformation is expected to improve joint operational efficiency, strategic coordination, and rapid deployment during conflicts. The Indian Army, he said, has been supportive of this vision from the very beginning, recognizing its importance in modern warfare.
Final Warning to Pakistan: Any Provocation Will Be Crushed
Concluding his address, General Upendra Dwivedi sent a clear and uncompromising message to Pakistan. He assured Indian citizens that the Army remains alert, capable, and fully committed to defending the nation. Any act of aggression, infiltration, or terrorist support from across the border will be met with a stronger and more decisive response than ever before. The Indian Army, he said, stands prepared not only to protect India’s borders but also to eliminate every threat to the country’s sovereignty.

भारतीय सेना प्रमुख जनरल उपेंद्र द्विवेदी ने पाकिस्तान को कड़े शब्दों में चेतावनी देते हुए कहा है कि नियंत्रण रेखा (LoC) और इंटरनेशनल बॉर्डर (IB) के पास आतंकी ढांचा एक बार फिर सक्रिय किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने खुलासा किया कि कुल आठ आतंकी कैंप अब भी मौजूद हैं, जिनमें से दो कैंप राजस्थान के बीकानेर और श्रीगंगानगर सेक्टर के सामने इंटरनेशनल बॉर्डर के पास दोबारा तैयार कर दिए गए हैं। आर्मी चीफ ने साफ कहा कि ऑपरेशन सिंदूर पूरी ताकत के साथ जारी है और पाकिस्तान की ओर से किसी भी तरह की हरकत का जवाब “तबाही” के रूप में दिया जाएगा।
बीकानेर–श्रीगंगानगर के सामने दो आतंकी कैंप फिर से तैयार
जनरल उपेंद्र द्विवेदी ने बताया कि पाकिस्तान एक बार फिर भारत विरोधी आतंकी ढांचे को खड़ा करने में जुटा है। खुफिया एजेंसियों की जानकारी के अनुसार, इंटरनेशनल बॉर्डर के पास बीकानेर और श्रीगंगानगर सेक्टर के सामने दो आतंकी कैंप दोबारा रिबिल्ड किए गए हैं। इन कैंपों का इस्तेमाल आतंकियों को ट्रेनिंग देने, घुसपैठ की तैयारी कराने और हथियारों की सप्लाई के लिए किया जा रहा है। इसके अलावा, छह आतंकी कैंप अब भी नियंत्रण रेखा के पास सक्रिय हैं, जो भारत की सुरक्षा के लिए एक गंभीर खतरा बने हुए हैं।
ऑपरेशन सिंदूर पूरी ताकत के साथ जारी
आर्मी चीफ ने स्पष्ट किया कि ऑपरेशन सिंदूर अब भी पूरी मजबूती से चल रहा है। इस ऑपरेशन का उद्देश्य आतंकी नेटवर्क को खत्म करना, घुसपैठ के रास्तों को बंद करना और सीमा पार से होने वाली किसी भी साजिश को नाकाम करना है। उन्होंने कहा कि भारतीय सेना हर मोर्चे पर पूरी तरह तैयार है और पाकिस्तान की किसी भी नापाक हरकत का जवाब सटीक, तेज और निर्णायक होगा। उनके शब्दों में, “अगर उधर से कुछ हुआ, तो इधर से तबाही तय है।”
2025 में 31 आतंकी ढेर, 65% पाकिस्तानी नागरिक
जनरल द्विवेदी ने बताया कि वर्ष 2025 में भारतीय सुरक्षा बलों ने कुल 31 आतंकियों को मार गिराया, जिनमें से लगभग 65 प्रतिशत आतंकी पाकिस्तानी नागरिक थे। यह आंकड़ा इस बात की पुष्टि करता है कि जम्मू-कश्मीर में आतंकवाद को पाकिस्तान से लगातार समर्थन मिल रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि नॉर्दन फ्रंट पर स्थिति फिलहाल स्थिर है, लेकिन खतरा पूरी तरह खत्म नहीं हुआ है, इसलिए लगातार निगरानी बेहद जरूरी है।
जम्मू-कश्मीर में हालात संवेदनशील, लेकिन पूरी तरह नियंत्रण में
सेना प्रमुख ने कहा कि जम्मू-कश्मीर में सुरक्षा स्थिति संवेदनशील जरूर है, लेकिन भारतीय सेना और अन्य सुरक्षा एजेंसियों के नियंत्रण में है। सीमा पार से आतंकी घुसपैठ की कोशिशें लगातार जारी हैं, लेकिन हर प्रयास को नाकाम किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने देशवासियों को भरोसा दिलाया कि सेना हर चुनौती से निपटने के लिए पूरी तरह तैयार है और किसी भी कीमत पर देश की सुरक्षा से समझौता नहीं किया जाएगा।
ऑपरेशन सिंदूर के दौरान दिखी देशभक्ति, मीडिया में अति उत्साह भी
जनरल द्विवेदी ने कहा कि ऑपरेशन सिंदूर के दौरान देशभर में जबरदस्त देशभक्ति का माहौल देखने को मिला। लोगों ने सेना के प्रति अपना समर्थन खुलकर दिखाया। हालांकि, उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि कुछ मामलों में मीडिया में जरूरत से ज्यादा उत्साह देखने को मिला, जिससे संवेदनशील जानकारियों के लीक होने का खतरा बना। उन्होंने जिम्मेदार रिपोर्टिंग की जरूरत पर जोर दिया।
कोर कमांडरों को मिली इमरजेंसी प्रोक्योरमेंट पावर
सेना प्रमुख ने बताया कि पहली बार कोर कमांडरों को इमरजेंसी प्रोक्योरमेंट पावर दी गई है। इसका मतलब यह है कि अब फील्ड कमांडर जरूरत पड़ने पर बिना लंबी प्रशासनिक प्रक्रिया के तुरंत जरूरी हथियार, उपकरण और संसाधन खरीद सकते हैं। इससे सेना की युद्ध तैयारियों को और मजबूती मिलेगी और किसी भी आपात स्थिति में तेजी से प्रतिक्रिया दी जा सकेगी।
सेना में बड़ा रीस्ट्रक्चरिंग अभियान जारी
जनरल उपेंद्र द्विवेदी ने बताया कि भारतीय सेना खुद को भविष्य की चुनौतियों के लिए तैयार करने के लिए बड़े स्तर पर रीस्ट्रक्चरिंग कर रही है। रूद्र ब्रिगेड, भैरव बटालियन, शक्तिबाण रेजिमेंट और अग्नि प्लाटून जैसे नए फॉर्मेशन बनाए गए हैं। इन यूनिट्स को तेजी से कार्रवाई करने, हाई-इंटेंसिटी ऑपरेशन और आधुनिक युद्ध के लिए तैयार किया गया है।
थिएटराइजेशन को लेकर सेना पूरी तरह प्रतिबद्ध
सेना प्रमुख ने कहा कि थिएटर कमांड सिस्टम को लेकर भारतीय सेना शुरू से ही प्रतिबद्ध रही है। इस व्यवस्था के तहत थलसेना, नौसेना और वायुसेना को एकीकृत कमांड के तहत लाया जाएगा, जिससे युद्ध के समय बेहतर तालमेल और तेज फैसले लिए जा सकें। यह बदलाव भारत की सैन्य शक्ति को और मजबूत करेगा।
पाकिस्तान को अंतिम चेतावनी – हर हरकत का करारा जवाब
अपने संबोधन के अंत में जनरल उपेंद्र द्विवेदी ने पाकिस्तान को अंतिम और स्पष्ट चेतावनी दी। उन्होंने कहा कि भारतीय सेना हर हाल में राष्ट्र की सुरक्षा के लिए सजग, सबल और संकल्पबद्ध है। अगर पाकिस्तान की ओर से कोई भी दुस्साहस किया गया, तो जवाब पहले से कहीं ज्यादा सख्त, तेज और निर्णायक होगा। भारतीय सेना न सिर्फ देश की सीमाओं की रक्षा करेगी, बल्कि हर आतंकी खतरे को जड़ से खत्म करने के लिए पूरी तरह तैयार है।
