Link to a Syrian-Turkish Border Handler

A foreign handler located at the Syrian-Turkish border,
referred to by them as their “Amir” or commander.

दिवाली पर बड़ा धमाका करने की साजिश नाकाम: दिल्ली पुलिस स्पेशल सेल ने ISIS मॉड्यूल का भंडाफोड़ किया, दो आतंकी गिरफ्तार

देश की राजधानी दिल्ली को एक बड़े आतंकी हमले से बचा लिया गया है। दिल्ली पुलिस की स्पेशल सेल ने ISIS से प्रेरित एक खतरनाक मॉड्यूल को ध्वस्त कर दिया है और दो संदिग्ध आतंकियों को गिरफ्तार किया है, जो दिवाली से ठीक पहले भारी भीड़भाड़ वाले इलाकों में IED ब्लास्ट की साजिश रच रहे थे। यह कार्रवाई आतंकवाद के खिलाफ देश की सुरक्षा एजेंसियों की सतर्कता और प्रभावी इंटेलिजेंस का बड़ा प्रमाण है।
अतिरिक्त पुलिस आयुक्त (स्पेशल सेल) प्रमोद कुमार कुशवाहा के मुताबिक, इस मॉड्यूल के दो सदस्य — 20 वर्षीय अदनान खान उर्फ अबू मुहारिब (दिल्ली निवासी) और 21 वर्षीय अदनान खान (भोपाल निवासी) को 16 और 18 अक्टूबर 2025 को गिरफ्तार किया गया। दोनों युवाओं का नाम भले ही एक जैसा हो, मगर पहचान अलग है और दोनों ISIS की हिंसक विचारधारा से गहराई से प्रभावित थे।
दिल्ली में बड़ा ब्लास्ट: भीड़भाड़ वाले इलाकों को बनाया था निशाना
दोनों आतंकियों ने दक्षिणी दिल्ली के एक बड़े मॉल और एक सार्वजनिक पार्क को टारगेट किया था, ताकि त्योहारों की भीड़ में अधिक से अधिक निर्दोष लोगों को निशाना बनाया जा सके। इनके पास से जो सामग्री जब्त की गई है, वह इस साजिश की गंभीरता को साफ दर्शाती है।
कब्ज़े से बरामद:
• टाइमर डिवाइस (IED तैयार करने के लिए) • ISIS का झंडा • कट्टरपंथी साहित्य • लैपटॉप, पेन ड्राइव और अन्य डिजिटल सबूत • संदिग्ध चैट ग्रुप की एन्क्रिप्टेड बातचीत
जांच में पता चला है कि ये दोनों एक सीक्रेट ग्रुप में आतंक से जुड़ी जानकारियों का आदान-प्रदान कर रहे थे और निर्देश प्राप्त कर रहे थे।
सीरियन बॉर्डर पर बैठे हैंडलर से जुड़े थे दोनों आतंकी
विशेष सेल के अनुसार दोनों आदनान एक विदेशी सीरियन-तुर्की बॉर्डर पर बैठे ISIS हैंडलर के संपर्क में थे, जिसे वे अपना “अमीर” मानते थे। वह हैंडलर ही इन्हें टारगेट, प्लान और हमले के समय के बारे में निर्देश दे रहा था। यह भारत पर ISIS की लगातार साइबर-जिहाद गतिविधि का बड़ा संकेत है।
भोपाल वाले आतंकी का पुराना आपराधिक रिकॉर्ड भी सामने आया
गिरफ्तार भोपाल निवासी आदनान खान पहले भी कट्टरपंथ से जुड़े एक अन्य केस में पकड़ा जा चुका था। यह जानकारी सुरक्षा एजेंसियों के लिए चिंता का विषय है कि जेल या पूछताछ के बाद भी ऐसे लोग फिर से आतंकी संगठनों से जुड़ जाते हैं।
ज्ञानवापी सर्वे में शामिल उच्च अधिकारी को धमकी देने से भी था कनेक्शन
इस मॉड्यूल से जुड़े एक अन्य आरोपी ने कथित तौर पर UP के ADG रैंक के अधिकारी को धमकी दी थी, जिन्होंने ग्यानवापी मस्जिद सर्वे के आदेश दिए थे। यह घटना साफ करती है कि यह नेटवर्क सिर्फ हमला ही नहीं, बल्कि धार्मिक और सामरिक विवादों को भड़काने की भी योजना बना रहा था।
दिल्ली में हाई अलर्ट — त्योहारों में सुरक्षा कड़ी
स्पेशल सेल की इस कार्रवाई के बाद दिल्ली पुलिस और केंद्रीय एजेंसियों ने राजधानी में सुरक्षा काफी बढ़ा दी है।

स्पेशल सेल की त्वरित कार्रवाई ने राजधानी को दहलाने की एक भयावह साजिश को विफल कर दिया है। मगर सुरक्षा एजेंसियां मानती हैं कि यह मॉड्यूल सिर्फ बर्फ की नोक है और आगे कई परतें अभी शेष हैं जिन्हें उजागर करना जरूरी है।
भारत की सुरक्षा एजेंसियों की चौकसी और नागरिकों की सतर्कता ही ऐसे हमलों को रोकने की सबसे बड़ी कुंजी है।
