The Crown Ceremony 2025: SR Production Hosts Grand Celebration of Women Empowerment in Jaipur

In a magnificent display of honor, recognition, and celebration of women empowerment, SR Production organized “The Crown Ceremony – 2025” at the elegant Laxmi Niwas Kafila Lounge, New Sanganer Road, Jaipur. The event brought together achievers, dignitaries, and cultural icons under one roof, aiming to recognize and honor women who have been making an outstanding contribution towards social progress, leadership, and empowerment.
The ceremony began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by Civil Lines MLA and senior journalist Gopal Sharma, along with International Human Rights & Social Justice Organization’s National Executive President, Brajesh Pathak, who graced the event as Chief Guests. Their presence not only lent prestige to the program but also underlined the importance of recognizing women as equal stakeholders in India’s journey of progress.
The event was spearheaded by Shimpy Randhawa, Founder and Chairperson of SR Production, who shared her vision behind the initiative. “Through The Crown Ceremony, we want to create a platform for talented women who inspire society with their courage, achievements, and dedication. Recognizing them is not only a matter of honor but also a motivation for countless others to come forward, shine, and achieve their dreams. Women must be self-defended, self-driven, and fearless in pursuing their aspirations,” she said.
As part of the ceremony, 51 distinguished personalities from across different walks of life were presented with the “Crown Award”, comprising a certificate of honor and a memento. These awards symbolized recognition of their contributions to society and their efforts to uplift others around them.
The event saw participation from several eminent guests including Jitendra Bhardwaj, Yashwant Tanwar, Vijendra Singh, Gajendra Looniwal, and Rajendra Saini as special guests. Each lauded the initiative, highlighting that honoring women achievers is not just a social responsibility but an essential step towards strengthening the very fabric of society.
The management of the grand event was skillfully handled by Kulwant Singh Shekhawat, Founder of IBCC Healing, whose meticulous planning ensured that the program flowed seamlessly. The dedication and teamwork of the SR Production team, including Tina Sharma and Kuldeep Kaur, added to the success of the evening.
The ceremony was not merely an award function but also a reminder of how far women have come in breaking stereotypes and asserting their rightful place in society. The glittering evening ended with applause, cultural performances, and a reaffirmed pledge to continue celebrating women achievers every year.

राजधानी जयपुर के न्यू सांगानेर रोड स्थित लक्ष्मी निवास काफिला लॉन्ज के सभागार में एस.आर. प्रोडक्शन द्वारा “द क्राउन सेरेमनी-2025” का भव्य आयोजन हुआ। इस समारोह का उद्देश्य महिला सशक्तिकरण के क्षेत्र में उल्लेखनीय योगदान देने वाली विभूतियों को सम्मानित करना और उन्हें एक विशेष मंच उपलब्ध कराना था।
कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ दीप प्रज्वलन के साथ हुआ जिसे सिविल लाइन विधायक व वरिष्ठ पत्रकार गोपाल शर्मा और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार सामाजिक न्याय संगठन के राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष ब्रजेश पाठक ने किया। उनकी उपस्थिति ने कार्यक्रम की गरिमा को और बढ़ा दिया।
समारोह की मुख्य आयोजक और एस.आर. प्रोडक्शन की संस्थापक एवं चेयरपर्सन शिम्पी रंधावा ने कहा –
“द क्राउन सेरेमनी का उद्देश्य समाज की प्रतिभाशाली महिलाओं को मंच प्रदान करना है। यह सम्मान न केवल उनके योगदान को मान्यता देता है, बल्कि हजारों महिलाओं के लिए प्रेरणा बनता है। महिलाएं आत्मनिर्भर, आत्मरक्षित और अपने सपनों को पूरा करने में निडर बनें – यही हमारा संदेश है।”
समारोह में 51 ख्यातिलब्ध विभूतियों को “द क्राउन अवॉर्ड” से सम्मानित किया गया। उन्हें सम्मान पत्र और स्मृति चिन्ह प्रदान किए गए। यह सम्मान उनके सामाजिक योगदान और महिला सशक्तिकरण में निभाई गई अहम भूमिका की सराहना का प्रतीक था।
कार्यक्रम में विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में जितेंद्र भारद्वाज, यशवंत तंवर, विजेंद्र सिंह, गजेन्द्र लूनीवाल और राजेंद्र सैनी उपस्थित रहे। सभी ने इस आयोजन की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि समाज की वास्तविक प्रगति तभी संभव है जब महिलाओं को उनका उचित सम्मान और अवसर मिल सके।
इस भव्य आयोजन का प्रबंधन आईबीसीसी हीलिंग के संस्थापक कुलवंत सिंह शेखावत ने किया। वहीं, टीना शर्मा और कुलदीप कौर सहित एस.आर. प्रोडक्शन टीम का सहयोग इस कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने में महत्वपूर्ण रहा।
समारोह का समापन तालियों की गड़गड़ाहट, सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियों और इस संकल्प के साथ हुआ कि हर वर्ष समाज की प्रेरणादायी महिलाओं को इसी प्रकार सम्मानित किया जाएगा।
