जयपुर जेल में बंदियों के लिए नई पहल: वूमेन्स एम्पावरमेंट एंड वेलफेयर सोसाइटी ने भेंट किया एलईडी टीवी, मनोरंजन के साथ जागरूकता और पुनर्वास को मिलेगा नया आयाम
बंदियों को समाज की मुख्यधारा से जोड़ने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम
जयपुर। समाज सेवा, महिला सशक्तिकरण और जनकल्याण के क्षेत्र में सक्रिय वूमेन्स एम्पावरमेंट एंड वेलफेयर सोसाइटी, जयपुर ने एक सराहनीय पहल करते हुए जेल में निरुद्ध बंदियों के लिए एलईडी टीवी भेंट किया है। यह पहल केवल मनोरंजन तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि इसका उद्देश्य बंदियों को देश-दुनिया की ताजा घटनाओं, सामाजिक गतिविधियों, शैक्षणिक कार्यक्रमों और प्रेरणादायक सामग्री से जोड़कर उनके मानसिक, सामाजिक और नैतिक विकास को प्रोत्साहित करना भी है। इस कदम को जेल सुधार और बंदियों के पुनर्वास की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण प्रयास माना जा रहा है।
सूचना और ज्ञान के माध्यम से सकारात्मक परिवर्तन का प्रयास
संस्था की अध्यक्षा श्रीमती सुशीला सारस्वत ने बताया कि वर्तमान समय सूचना और प्रौद्योगिकी का युग है, जहां सही जानकारी और जागरूकता व्यक्ति के जीवन में सकारात्मक बदलाव लाने की क्षमता रखती है। जेल में रह रहे बंदियों के लिए बाहरी दुनिया की जानकारी तक पहुंच सीमित होती है, ऐसे में एलईडी टीवी उनके लिए समाज और राष्ट्र की गतिविधियों से जुड़े रहने का एक महत्वपूर्ण माध्यम बनेगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि बंदी भी समाज का अभिन्न अंग हैं और उन्हें सकारात्मक सोच, आत्मविश्वास तथा नई दिशा देने के लिए ऐसे संसाधनों की आवश्यकता होती है। समाचार चैनलों, शैक्षणिक कार्यक्रमों, सरकारी योजनाओं, सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियों और प्रेरणादायक कार्यक्रमों के माध्यम से बंदियों को न केवल नई जानकारी मिलेगी बल्कि वे अपने भविष्य को लेकर भी सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण विकसित कर सकेंगे।
मनोरंजन के साथ मानसिक और सामाजिक विकास का माध्यम बनेगा एलईडी टीवी
जेल प्रशासन और सामाजिक संगठनों का मानना है कि बंदियों के पुनर्वास में मानसिक स्वास्थ्य और सकारात्मक वातावरण की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका होती है। एलईडी टीवी के माध्यम से बंदियों को मनोरंजन के साथ-साथ ज्ञानवर्धक और प्रेरणादायक कार्यक्रम देखने का अवसर मिलेगा।
विशेषज्ञों के अनुसार, ऐसी सुविधाएं बंदियों के तनाव को कम करने, उनके व्यवहार में सकारात्मक परिवर्तन लाने तथा उन्हें समाज की मुख्यधारा में पुनः स्थापित करने में सहायक सिद्ध होती हैं। राष्ट्रीय और अंतरराष्ट्रीय समाचारों के साथ-साथ सामाजिक जागरूकता कार्यक्रमों की जानकारी बंदियों के दृष्टिकोण को व्यापक बनाने में मदद करेगी।

श्रीमती सुशीला सारस्वत ने कहा कि जेल केवल दंड का स्थान नहीं बल्कि सुधार और पुनर्वास का केंद्र भी है। यदि बंदियों को सकारात्मक वातावरण, शिक्षा और जानकारी उपलब्ध कराई जाए तो वे समाज में बेहतर नागरिक के रूप में पुनः स्थापित हो सकते हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि एलईडी टीवी के माध्यम से बंदियों को विकास कार्यों, सरकारी योजनाओं, रोजगार संबंधी जानकारियों और सामाजिक परिवर्तनों की जानकारी मिलेगी। यह उनके पुनर्वास की प्रक्रिया को मजबूत बनाने के साथ-साथ उन्हें समाज की मुख्यधारा से पुनः जोड़ने में भी सहायक होगा।
समाजसेवियों और सहयोगियों की भूमिका रही महत्वपूर्ण
यह जनहितकारी कार्य जिला संयोजक श्रीमती सरिता मीना, श्री दीपक छींपा एवं श्री अनुज व्यास के विशेष सहयोग से संपन्न हुआ। साथ ही पूर्व प्रदेश मंत्री भाजपा एवं वर्तमान कार्यकारिणी सदस्य भाजपा श्री रंजीत सिंह सोडाला की प्रेरणा और मार्गदर्शन भी इस पहल में महत्वपूर्ण रहा।

Jaipur: In a noteworthy step towards social welfare and prisoner rehabilitation, the Women’s Empowerment & Welfare Society, Jaipur, has donated an LED television for inmates lodged in a local prison. The initiative aims not only to provide entertainment but also to enhance awareness, education, and social engagement among prisoners by connecting them with current affairs, educational content, government initiatives, cultural programs, and inspirational broadcasts.
The organization believes that access to information plays a crucial role in shaping an individual’s outlook and can become a powerful tool for personal transformation. Speaking on the occasion, Society President Mrs. Sushila Saraswat stated that in the modern era of information and technology, access to knowledge can significantly influence an individual’s development and future prospects. Prison inmates often remain isolated from mainstream social developments, making such initiatives essential for their mental and intellectual growth.
She emphasized that prisoners are also an integral part of society and deserve opportunities that encourage positive thinking, self-confidence, and personal improvement.
