भारत की राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा से जुड़े एक गंभीर मामले में ने पाकिस्तान की खुफिया एजेंसी के लिए जासूसी करने के आरोप में एक व्यक्ति को गिरफ्तार किया है। यह गिरफ्तारी 10 मार्च 2026 को की गई और इसे भारतीय सुरक्षा एजेंसियों के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण काउंटर-इंटेलिजेंस सफलता माना जा रहा है। जांच एजेंसियों के अनुसार आरोपी पाकिस्तान स्थित खुफिया एजेंसी के संपर्क में था और भारत से जुड़ी रणनीतिक और सैन्य दृष्टि से संवेदनशील जानकारी साझा कर रहा था। यह मामला इस बात को उजागर करता है कि किस प्रकार विदेशी खुफिया एजेंसियां भारतीय रक्षा प्रतिष्ठानों और सैन्य कर्मियों को निशाना बनाकर जासूसी नेटवर्क खड़ा करने का प्रयास करती रहती हैं। सुरक्षा एजेंसियों के अनुसार इस पूरे मामले का खुलासा गहन खुफिया निगरानी, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक सर्विलांस और भौतिक जांच के बाद हुआ।

खुफिया इनपुट के बाद शुरू हुई गहन निगरानी

सूत्रों के अनुसार उत्तर प्रदेश एटीएस को पिछले कुछ समय से यह सूचना मिल रही थी कि उत्तर प्रदेश का एक व्यक्ति पाकिस्तान आधारित एजेंटों के संपर्क में आकर भारत से संबंधित संवेदनशील सूचनाएं साझा कर रहा है। इस सूचना को गंभीरता से लेते हुए एटीएस ने एक विस्तृत जांच अभियान शुरू किया। जांच के दौरान इलेक्ट्रॉनिक निगरानी, डिजिटल ट्रैकिंग और भौतिक सर्विलांस के माध्यम से संदिग्ध गतिविधियों पर नजर रखी गई। धीरे-धीरे जांच एजेंसियों को यह संकेत मिलने लगे कि आरोपी लगातार पाकिस्तान स्थित एजेंटों के संपर्क में है और उसके डिजिटल संचार के माध्यम से कई संदिग्ध गतिविधियां सामने आ रही हैं। जांच के दौरान प्राप्त साक्ष्यों ने इस बात की पुष्टि की कि यह मामला साधारण संपर्क से कहीं अधिक गंभीर है और इसमें जासूसी से जुड़े तत्व मौजूद हैं।

आरोपी की पहचान: भारतीय नौसेना से जुड़ा व्यक्ति

जांच के दौरान जिस व्यक्ति का नाम सामने आया वह उर्फ लकी है, जिसकी उम्र लगभग 24 वर्ष बताई जा रही है। वह उत्तर प्रदेश के जिले के कागारोल थाना क्षेत्र के ग्राम चीतपुर का निवासी है। जांच एजेंसियों के अनुसार आदर्श कुमार भारतीय नौसेना से जुड़ा हुआ था और उसकी तैनाती के के अंतर्गत में थी। रक्षा प्रतिष्ठान से जुड़ा होने के कारण उसे नौसेना के वातावरण और कुछ संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों तक पहुंच प्राप्त थी। जांच एजेंसियों का मानना है कि इसी पहुंच का दुरुपयोग करते हुए उसने विदेशी खुफिया एजेंसी के एजेंटों को जानकारी उपलब्ध कराई।

युद्धपोतों और सैन्य परिसंपत्तियों की तस्वीरें साझा करने का आरोप

जांच में सामने आया कि आरोपी ने कथित रूप से भारतीय नौसेना के रणनीतिक महत्व वाले युद्धपोतों और अन्य सैन्य परिसंपत्तियों की तस्वीरें पाकिस्तान स्थित एजेंटों को भेजीं। सुरक्षा एजेंसियों के अनुसार इस प्रकार की तस्वीरें और सूचनाएं किसी भी विदेशी खुफिया एजेंसी के लिए अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण हो सकती हैं, क्योंकि इनके माध्यम से सैन्य तैनाती, तकनीकी संरचना और ऑपरेशनल गतिविधियों के बारे में महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी प्राप्त की जा सकती है। यही कारण है कि जांच एजेंसियों ने इस मामले को राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा के दृष्टिकोण से अत्यंत गंभीर माना है और इसके हर पहलू की विस्तृत जांच की जा रही है।

जांच के दौरान यह भी सामने आया कि आरोपी ने पाकिस्तान स्थित एजेंटों के साथ आर्थिक लेनदेन भी किया था। एटीएस के अनुसार आदर्श कुमार ने अपने बैंक खाते के माध्यम से पाकिस्तान आधारित संपर्कों को धनराशि भेजी थी। वित्तीय लेनदेन के रिकॉर्ड और डिजिटल साक्ष्यों ने जांच एजेंसियों को इस नेटवर्क की पुष्टि करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई। ऐसे मामलों में वित्तीय ट्रांजैक्शन अक्सर जासूसी गतिविधियों के महत्वपूर्ण सबूत माने जाते हैं क्योंकि इनके माध्यम से एजेंट और उसके हैंडलर के बीच संबंधों की पुष्टि होती है।

गिरफ्तारी और न्यायिक अभिरक्षा
