3rd Batch of Agniveervayu Passed Out From Air Force Station Jalahalli
The event at Air Force Station Jalahalli not only celebrated the achievements of these young air warriors but also demonstrated the ongoing commitment of the Indian Air Force to fostering a dynamic and skilled force ready to serve the nation.
On August 2, 2024, Air Force Station Jalahalli was the proud host of the passing-out parade for the 3rd batch of Agniveervayu trainees, following their successful completion of specialized training across various sub-streams. The event showcased the discipline and rigor instilled in the new air warriors, with a total of 1900 Agniveervayu, including 146 women, graduating from the program.
The parade was reviewed by Air Vice Marshal RV Ramkishore, VSM, Senior Officer-in-charge Administration of Training Command, IAF. His presence underscored the importance of the Agniveervayu initiative within the Indian Air Force’s strategic training efforts.
This batch’s successful completion of training highlights the effectiveness of the Agniveervayu scheme in integrating young talent into the military structure, equipped with the skills necessary to support the operational demands of the Indian Air Force. The inclusion of a significant number of women trainees also marks a progressive step towards greater gender diversity within the armed forces.
