Colonels of the Indian Army have successfully completed the Higher Defence Orientation Course at the College of Defence Management (CDM) in preparation for their Higher Command Courses abroad. The comprehensive program provided participants with in-depth knowledge and skills in Strategic Management, Financial Management, Research Methodology, and Decision Sciences.
The College of Defence Management, established in December 1970 as the Institute of Defence Management, is a premier Indian defense service training institution located in Secunderabad, Telangana. Sponsored by the Ministry of Defence, CDM is the only exclusive college in Asia dedicated to defense management training for the Armed Forces.
