Bikaner. A two-day workshop was organized on Sunday by the English Department of the Dungar College, Bikaner. In-charge and organizing secretary of the language laboratory, Dr. Sonu Shiva told that in this two-day workshop, there was an in-depth discussion on the nuances of writing and filming stories and practical information was also given to the students.
Dr. Sonu said that in the workshop, Shri Arvind Jodha, a renowned photographer and documentary maker of Arvind Studio of Jaipur and associated with UNICEF, presented detailed information while interacting with the students and faculty members continuously. Mr. Jodha has given live information about the art of writing stories and the art of filming through pictures. Several short films were also shown to the students on the occasion.
On this occasion Principal Dr. GP Singh said that with this type of program students would be able to get the latest information about photography and filming. He exhorted the students to participate in such programs as much as possible. On this occasion, Rukta General Secretary Dr. Vijay Ari, Dr. Narendra Nath and Dr. Avinash Jodha also expressed his views. Shri Sampat Bhadu presented detailed information of the program while conducting effective operations. On this occasion Dr. Divya Joshi, Dr. Shashikant Acharya, Dr. Manish Maharishi, Smt. Poonam Charan, other faculty members and students were also present.
