एनएच-11 पर अतिक्रमण हटाने के आदेश, कब्जाधारियों को 7 दिन का अल्टीमेटम

बीकानेर – जिला कलेक्टर बीकानेर द्वारा ग्राम पंचायत नालबड़ी में किए गए निरीक्षण के दौरान राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग (एनएच)-11 के दोनों ओर अतिक्रमण पाया गया। इस संबंध में कलेक्टर महोदया के निर्देशानुसार व मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी, जिला परिषद, बीकानेर के आदेश क्रमांक जिपबी/जांच/2024/1207 दिनांक 07.03.2025 के तहत प्रशासन ने अतिक्रमण हटाने की कार्यवाही शुरू करने का निर्णय लिया है।

ग्राम पंचायत नालबड़ी द्वारा जारी आम सूचना नोटिस के अनुसार, एनएच-11 के सेंटर से 100 फुट दोनों ओर फैले अतिक्रमण, विशेष रूप से एयरफोर्स व पुलिस थाने के सामने स्थित व्यावसायिक और आवासीय कब्जाधारियों को सात दिनों के भीतर स्वयं अतिक्रमण हटाने का निर्देश दिया गया है। यदि निर्धारित अवधि में अतिक्रमण नहीं हटाया जाता, तो प्रशासन द्वारा नियमानुसार हटाने की कार्यवाही की जाएगी।

प्रशासन उठाएगा सख्त कदम

ग्राम पंचायत ने स्पष्ट किया है कि प्रशासन द्वारा अतिक्रमण हटाने की प्रक्रिया में जेसीबी, ट्रैक्टर-ट्रॉली व अन्य संसाधनों पर जो भी खर्च आएगा, वह कब्जाधारियों से वसूला जाएगा। इस कार्यवाही की पूरी जिम्मेदारी संबंधित अतिक्रमणधारियों की होगी।

स्थानीय निवासियों को नोटिस जारी

ग्राम पंचायत नालबड़ी ने सार्वजनिक नोटिस जारी कर स्थानीय निवासियों और दुकानदारों से निर्देशों का पालन करने और स्वेच्छा से अतिक्रमण हटाने का आग्रह किया है। प्रशासन का कहना है कि यदि लोग खुद अतिक्रमण हटाते हैं तो अनावश्यक कानूनी कार्रवाई से बचा जा सकता है।

अतिक्रमण हटाने को लेकर बढ़ी हलचल

इस नोटिस के जारी होने के बाद स्थानीय लोगों में हलचल मच गई है। कई व्यापारियों और रहवासियों ने प्रशासन से समय सीमा बढ़ाने की मांग की है, जबकि कुछ लोगों ने प्रशासन की कार्यवाही का समर्थन किया है।

प्रशासन ने स्पष्ट किया है कि यदि सात दिनों के भीतर अतिक्रमण नहीं हटाया गया, तो इसे जबरन हटाने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी जाएगी।

Encroachment Removal Order on NH-11, 7-Day Ultimatum to Occupants

Bikaner – During an inspection conducted by the District Collector of Bikaner in Gram Panchayat Nalbadi, encroachments were found on both sides of National Highway (NH)-11. Following the orders of the Collector and as per the directive (Order No. JPB/Inquiry/2024/1207 dated 07.03.2025) of the Chief Executive Officer, District Council, Bikaner, the administration has decided to take strict action against illegal encroachments.

According to the public notice issued by Gram Panchayat Nalbadi, occupants of commercial and residential properties encroaching within 100 feet from the center of NH-11, especially in front of the Air Force and Police Station, are required to remove their encroachments within seven days. Failure to comply will result in legal action by the administration.

Strict Measures by Administration

The Panchayat has stated that if the administration undertakes the removal process, the cost incurred on JCBs, tractors, and other machinery will be recovered from the encroachers. The entire responsibility for the expenses will lie with the encroachers.

Public Notice to Local Residents

The Gram Panchayat has urged local residents and shopkeepers to voluntarily remove their encroachments to avoid legal complications. The administration has emphasized that compliance with this notice will help prevent unnecessary legal action.

Reaction Among Local Residents

The notice has caused a stir among the local residents, with some requesting an extension of the deadline, while others have supported the administration’s move.

The authorities have made it clear that if the encroachments are not removed within the given timeframe, forceful eviction will be carried out.
