Acting on precise intelligence inputs and under the strategic direction of IG , the enforcement teams successfully apprehended two accused individuals and recovered a substantial quantity of MD drugs valued at approximately ₹10 lakh in the illegal market.
The operation unfolded near the vicinity of on Nal Road, a location that has recently come under surveillance due to suspected illicit activities. The timely intervention not only prevented the distribution of narcotics but also highlighted the growing concern of drug circulation in semi-urban academic zones.
Precision Planning and Swift Execution: How the Operation Unfolded
According to official sources, the ANTF team led by in-charge had been tracking suspicious movements in the area for several days. The intelligence suggested that a consignment of MD drugs—commonly known as party drugs—was being transported for local distribution.
Late at night, acting on a tip-off, the police laid a strategic trap along Nal Road. As the suspects arrived in a suspicious vehicle, the team swiftly surrounded and intercepted them. Upon searching the vehicle and the accused, officials recovered approximately 100 grams of MD drugs, which are known for their high potency and rising demand among youth.
Unregistered Vehicle Raises Serious Questions
One of the most alarming aspects of the operation was the seizure of an unregistered car being used by the accused. The absence of a number plate suggests a deliberate attempt to evade law enforcement and raises the possibility of a larger organized network operating behind the scenes.

राजस्थान के में नशे के खिलाफ चल रही मुहिम के तहत एंटी नारकोटिक्स टास्क फोर्स (ANTF) और मुक्तप्रसाद थाना पुलिस ने एक बड़ी सफलता हासिल की है। आईजी के निर्देशन में हुई इस संयुक्त कार्रवाई में दो आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है और करीब 10 लाख रुपये की एमडी ड्रग्स बरामद की गई है। इस कार्यवाही को ए एन टी एफ आई जी श्री विकास कुमार के निर्देशन में ए एन टी एफ बीकानेर प्रभारी महेंद्र दत्त शर्मा ने अंजाम दिया।
यह कार्रवाई के पास नाल रोड पर की गई, जहां हाल के दिनों में संदिग्ध गतिविधियों की सूचना मिल रही थी। पुलिस की इस कार्रवाई ने न केवल एक बड़ी खेप को बाजार में पहुंचने से रोका, बल्कि शहर में फैल रहे नशे के नेटवर्क की गंभीरता को भी उजागर किया।
गुप्त सूचना से लेकर गिरफ्तारी तक: ऑपरेशन की पूरी कहानी
एएनटीएफ प्रभारी के नेतृत्व में टीम पिछले कई दिनों से इस गिरोह पर नजर रखे हुए थी। सूचना मिली थी कि एमडी ड्रग्स की खेप शहर में सप्लाई के लिए लाई जा रही है।
रात के समय पुलिस ने नाल रोड पर जाल बिछाया और जैसे ही संदिग्ध वाहन वहां पहुंचा, टीम ने तुरंत घेराबंदी कर दी। तलाशी के दौरान आरोपियों के पास से करीब 100 ग्राम एमडी ड्रग्स बरामद की गई, जो युवाओं के बीच तेजी से फैल रही है।
बिना नंबर की गाड़ी: बड़े नेटवर्क की आशंका
इस कार्रवाई में एक बिना नंबर की कार भी जब्त की गई है, जो इस पूरे मामले को और गंभीर बनाती है। बिना रजिस्ट्रेशन की गाड़ी का इस्तेमाल यह दर्शाता है कि आरोपी कानून से बचने के लिए सुनियोजित तरीके अपना रहे थे।
पुलिस अब इस वाहन के मालिक और इसके इस्तेमाल के पीछे के नेटवर्क की जांच कर रही है, जिससे बड़े गिरोह के खुलासे की संभावना है।

मुक्तप्रसाद थाना पुलिस ने बताया कि गिरफ्तार आरोपियों से पूछताछ जारी है और उनसे जुड़े अन्य लोगों की पहचान की जा रही है। पुलिस मोबाइल डेटा, कॉल रिकॉर्ड और वित्तीय लेन-देन की भी जांच कर रही है।
