Bikaner. In view of the increasing cases of suicide, a seminar will be organized by Rotary Club Aadya, Rotary Club Marudhara and Bikaner Police on March 6 at 1:30 pm at RNB Global University. The chief guest of the seminar will be Inspector General of Police Omprakash Paswan. While the main speaker will be Dr. Gaurav Bissa. Besides, Dr. Kanhaiya Kachhawa will also be there.
