BSF Golfers Tournament Kicks Off in Bikaner — 84 Officers from Across India Participate in Prestigious Two-Day Championship

The event, organized under the aegis of the BSF Bikaner Sector Headquarters, has drawn 84 participating officers from various BSF headquarters, sectors, and frontiers nationwide. Garg, Inspector General (Rajasthan Frontier); Dr. Atul Fulzele, IPS, Inspector General; Mr. Maninder Pratap Singh Panwar, IPS, Inspector General (IGICT); Mr. Harilal, Inspector General; Mr. Alok Kumar, Inspector General; and Dr. Ashish Kumar, Inspector General (Medical Services).
In addition to these senior officials, nearly 20 Deputy Inspectors General (DIGs) and numerous other senior officers have joined the competition, making it one of the largest BSF golfing gatherings in recent years. The tournament, with its blend of sports and military precision, highlights BSF’s unique culture of discipline and sportsmanship that extends beyond its operational excellence at the borders.

The BSF Golf Ground at Bikaner Camp, one of the most aesthetically maintained sports facilities in the region, has been specially enhanced for this year’s event. Lush green fairways, manicured landscapes, and modern golfing infrastructure have been prepared meticulously to host the championship.

“A total of 84 BSF officers who are trained golfers are participating in this prestigious event. राजस्थान की सुनहरी रेत और सशस्त्र बलों की समृद्ध सैन्य संस्कृति के बीच, सीमा सुरक्षा बल (BSF) ने एक बार फिर अपने सर्वश्रेष्ठ अधिकारियों और खेल प्रेमियों को एकत्रित किया। इस साल का वार्षिक BSF गोल्फर्स टूर्नामेंट बीकानेर कैंप स्थित सुंदर BSF गोल्फ कोर्स में आयोजित किया गया। इस टूर्नामेंट का उद्घाटन उत्साहपूर्ण माहौल के बीच हुआ और यह दो दिवसीय प्रतियोगिता, मैत्रीपूर्ण मुकाबले और खेल भावना की शुरुआत का प्रतीक बनी।

“इस प्रतिष्ठित टूर्नामेंट में कुल 84 BSF अधिकारी जो प्रशिक्षित गोल्फ खिलाड़ी हैं भाग ले रहे हैं। यह टूर्नामेंट राष्ट्रीय स्तर की BSF गोल्फ टीम के गठन के लिए भी एक मंच प्रदान करेगा। BSF हमेशा से ही खेलों को प्रोत्साहित करता रहा है — चाहे वह फुटबॉल हो या एथलेटिक्स — क्योंकि ये अनुशासन, टीम वर्क और शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य को बढ़ावा देते हैं।”
