ऑपरेशन नीलकंठ: नाल थाना क्षेत्र में 52.27 ग्राम संदिग्ध एमडी जब्त, दो आरोपी गिरफ्तार
बीकानेर, 30 सितंबर 2026। नशे के खिलाफ बीकानेर पुलिस की ओर से चलाए जा रहे ‘ऑपरेशन नीलकंठ’ के तहत नाल थाना पुलिस और जिला विशेष टीम (DST) ने संयुक्त कार्रवाई करते हुए 52.27 ग्राम संदिग्ध एमडी जब्त की है। पुलिस ने मामले में दो आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया है। कार्रवाई पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री मृदुल कच्छावा के निर्देशन में की गई।
करमीसर में देर रात पुलिस की दबिश
पुलिस के अनुसार, डीएसटी प्रभारी श्री सुरेंद्र पचार और नाल थानाधिकारी श्री विकास बिश्नोई के नेतृत्व में पुलिस टीम ने 29 सितंबर की देर रात करमीसर स्थित गेमनापीर रोड पर कार्रवाई की। टीम ने तेरह मंजिला भवन की बेसमेंट पार्किंग में दबिश दी, जहां दो संदिग्ध व्यक्तियों के कब्जे से 52.27 ग्राम संदिग्ध एमडी बरामद की गई।
दो आरोपियों को मौके से गिरफ्तार किया
कार्रवाई के दौरान पुलिस ने पवन कुमार पुत्र बुलाकी दास, निवासी आचार्यों का चौक, बीकानेर तथा नितेश पुरोहित पुत्र राजकुमार, निवासी भट्टों का चौक, बीकानेर को गिरफ्तार किया। पुलिस ने मादक पदार्थ के परिवहन में कथित रूप से प्रयुक्त एक्टिवा स्कूटी को भी जब्त किया है।
एनडीपीएस एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज
पुलिस ने इस संबंध में नाल थाना में एफआईआर दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। मामले में एनडीपीएस एक्ट की धारा 8/22, 25 और 29 तथा बीएनएस की धारा 112(2) के तहत कार्रवाई की गई है। पुलिस अब जब्त पदार्थ के स्रोत, उसकी आपूर्ति करने वाले लोगों और आरोपियों के संभावित नेटवर्क की जांच कर रही है।
एमडी सप्लाई नेटवर्क की कड़ियां खंगाल रही पुलिस
जांच का मुख्य फोकस यह पता लगाने पर है कि संदिग्ध एमडी आरोपियों तक कहां से पहुंची और इसे आगे किन लोगों तक पहुंचाया जाना था। पुलिस मामले से जुड़े अन्य संभावित व्यक्तियों की भूमिका की भी जांच कर रही है। अधिकारियों के अनुसार, जांच के दौरान सामने आने वाले तथ्यों के आधार पर आगे और कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।
डीएसटी के एएसआई रामकरण की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका
इस संयुक्त कार्रवाई में डीएसटी के एएसआई रामकरण की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रही। नाल थाना पुलिस और डीएसटी की संयुक्त टीम द्वारा की गई इस कार्रवाई को बीकानेर में नशे के खिलाफ चलाए जा रहे अभियान के तहत महत्वपूर्ण कार्रवाई माना जा रहा है। पुलिस का अभियान आगे भी जारी रहने की बात कही गई है।

Operation Neelkanth: 52.27 Grams of Suspected MD Seized in Nal Police Station Area, Two Arrested in Bikaner
BIKANER, September 30, 2026: In a major crackdown on suspected narcotics trafficking under ‘Operation Neelkanth’, Nal Police Station and the District Special Team (DST) conducted a joint operation in Bikaner and seized 52.27 grams of suspected MD. Two individuals were arrested during the operation, which was carried out under the direction of Bikaner Superintendent of Police Mridul Kachhawa.
Joint Police Operation Launched Against Narcotics
Acting on intelligence and as part of the ongoing anti-drug campaign, a joint team of the Nal Police Station and the District Special Team moved into action late on September 29. The operation was conducted under the leadership of DST in-charge Surendra Pachar and Nal Police Station SHO Vikas Bishnoi. The police team conducted a raid at the basement parking area of a thirteen-storey building located on Gemanapir Road in Karmisar.
52.27 Grams of Suspected MD Recovered
During the late-night operation, police reportedly recovered 52.27 grams of suspected MD from the possession of two individuals. The seizure was made during the search conducted at the basement parking area. The suspected narcotic substance has been taken into police custody for further investigation and legal proceedings.
Two Bikaner Residents Arrested
The two individuals arrested in connection with the seizure have been identified as Pawan Kumar, son of Bulaki Das, a resident of Acharyon Ka Chowk, Bikaner, and Nitesh Purohit, son of Rajkumar, a resident of Bhatton Ka Chowk, Bikaner. Police also seized an Activa scooter allegedly used for transportation of the suspected narcotic substance.
Case Registered Under NDPS Act and BNS
Following the seizure and arrests, police registered an FIR at Nal Police Station and initiated an investigation. The case has been registered under Sections 8/22, 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act, along with Section 112(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). Investigators are now examining the circumstances surrounding the possession and alleged transportation of the suspected narcotic substance.
Investigation Focuses on the Supply Chain
The investigation is now focused on determining the source of the suspected MD and identifying individuals allegedly involved in its supply and distribution. Police are also examining the possible role of other persons connected with the arrested suspects. Investigators are expected to analyse the circumstances of the seizure and the suspected transportation route as part of efforts to establish the wider supply chain.
DST ASI Ramkaran Played Key Role in the Operation
According to police, DST Assistant Sub-Inspector Ramkaran played an important role in the successful operation. The joint action by Nal Police and the District Special Team forms part of the ongoing Operation Neelkanth, under which police are taking action against suspected narcotics-related activities in the Bikaner district.
Police Continue Probe Into Wider Network
With two arrests and the seizure of 52.27 grams of suspected MD, investigators are now working to establish whether the seized substance was intended for further distribution and whether additional individuals were involved. Further action will depend on the findings of the ongoing investigation.
