Kalvari Submarine Escape Training Facility “Vinetra” Commissioned in Visakhapatnam
Visakhapatnam : In a landmark development for India’s naval capabilities, the Kalvari Submarine Escape Training Facility, named Vinetra, was officially commissioned today by Vice Admiral Rajesh Pendharkar, the Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Eastern Naval Command, at INS Satavahana in Visakhapatnam.
