Major Joint Operation by Military Intelligence and CID in Bikaner; Suspected Bangladeshi Woman Detained, Documents Under Verification
Bikaner, August 28, 2026: Security and intelligence agencies carried out a significant joint operation in Bikaner, resulting in the detention of a suspected Bangladeshi woman. The operation was conducted jointly by Military Intelligence and CID Bikaner Zone. According to preliminary information, the woman, approximately 27 years old, has been identified as Neela, wife of Saiphumulla, reportedly a resident of Jorsher, Post Office Saldanga, Bangladesh. Security agencies had raised concerns regarding her presence in India and the status of her documents. Following the joint operation, she was detained and is currently at Vyas Colony Police Station in Bikaner, where questioning and verification of her identity and documents are underway.
Joint Operation by Military Intelligence and CID
According to the information available, the joint team of Military Intelligence and CID Bikaner carried out the operation at around 4:10 PM on August 27, 2026. The team detained the suspected woman from a dera located near Tulsi Dharnia School in the Ashok Nagar area of Bikaner. During the operation, the agencies conducted preliminary verification of her identity and documents relating to her stay in India.
The operation is considered significant from a security perspective as it involves a foreign national who had reportedly been staying in India for an extended period and whose documentation is now under scrutiny. Preliminary information indicates that the documents available with the woman were reportedly incomplete or raised questions. 27-Year-Old Woman Identified as Neela
According to preliminary questioning and the information available to the agencies, the detained woman has been identified as Neela, wife of Saiphumulla. Her reported address is Jorsher, Post Office Saldanga, Bangladesh. Security agencies are now working to verify her identity, the address provided by her, the circumstances of her arrival in India and the duration of her stay.
Preliminary information suggests that the woman had been staying in India for approximately eight months. Investigators are now examining how she entered India, where she stayed during this period, whom she came into contact with and how she eventually reached Bikaner.
Alleged Involvement in Prostitution Also Under Investigation
According to information being examined by the security agencies, the woman is also allegedly linked to prostitution-related activities. At this stage, the information forms part of the ongoing investigation, and agencies are examining the circumstances and extent of her alleged involvement.
Investigators are also attempting to determine whether she was allegedly involved in such activities independently or whether there was a wider network or other individuals associated with her activities. बीकानेर, 28 अगस्त 2026: बीकानेर में सुरक्षा और खुफिया एजेंसियों ने एक महत्वपूर्ण संयुक्त कार्रवाई करते हुए एक संदिग्ध बांग्लादेशी महिला को हिरासत में लिया है। यह कार्रवाई मिलिट्री इंटेलिजेंस और CID बीकानेर जोन की संयुक्त टीम द्वारा की गई। प्रारंभिक जानकारी के अनुसार करीब 27 वर्षीय महिला की पहचान नीला, पत्नी सैफुमुल्ला, निवासी जोरशेर, पोस्ट ऑफिस सालदांगा, बांग्लादेश के रूप में हुई है। सुरक्षा एजेंसियों को महिला के भारत में रहने और उसके दस्तावेजों को लेकर संदेह था, जिसके बाद संयुक्त टीम ने कार्रवाई करते हुए उसे हिरासत में लिया। महिला को फिलहाल व्यास कॉलोनी थाना, बीकानेर में रखा गया है, जहां उससे पूछताछ और उसके दस्तावेजों से जुड़ी जानकारी की जांच की जा रही है।
मिलिट्री इंटेलिजेंस और CID की संयुक्त कार्रवाई
मिली जानकारी के अनुसार 27 अगस्त 2026 को करीब शाम 4 बजकर 10 मिनट पर मिलिट्री इंटेलिजेंस और CID बीकानेर की संयुक्त टीम ने कार्रवाई को अंजाम दिया। टीम ने बीकानेर के अशोक नगर क्षेत्र में तुलसी धारणिया स्कूल के पास स्थित एक डेरे से संदिग्ध महिला को हिरासत में लिया। सुरक्षा एजेंसियों की संयुक्त कार्रवाई के दौरान महिला की पहचान और उसके भारत में रहने से संबंधित दस्तावेजों की जांच की गई।
यह कार्रवाई सुरक्षा एजेंसियों के स्तर पर महत्वपूर्ण मानी जा रही है, क्योंकि मामला एक विदेशी नागरिक के भारत में कथित रूप से लंबे समय से रहने और उसके दस्तावेजों की स्थिति से जुड़ा हुआ है। प्रारंभिक जानकारी में महिला के पास मौजूद दस्तावेजों को अधूरा या संदिग्ध बताया गया है। हालांकि दस्तावेजों की वास्तविक स्थिति और भारत में उसके प्रवेश तथा रहने की वैधता की पुष्टि संबंधित जांच एजेंसियों द्वारा की जा रही है।
27 वर्षीय बांग्लादेशी महिला की पहचान नीला के रूप में
प्रारंभिक पूछताछ और उपलब्ध जानकारी के अनुसार हिरासत में ली गई महिला की पहचान नीला पत्नी सैफुमुल्ला के रूप में हुई है। उसका कथित पता जोरशेर, पोस्ट ऑफिस सालदांगा, बांग्लादेश बताया गया है। सुरक्षा एजेंसियां अब उसके बताए गए पते, पहचान, भारत आने के कारण और यहां रहने की अवधि से संबंधित जानकारी का सत्यापन कर रही हैं।
प्रारंभिक जानकारी के मुताबिक महिला पिछले करीब आठ महीने से भारत में रह रही थी। अब जांच एजेंसियां यह पता लगाने में जुटी हैं कि वह भारत में किस माध्यम से दाखिल हुई, किन लोगों के संपर्क में रही और बीकानेर पहुंचने के बाद उसका नेटवर्क या संपर्क किन लोगों से रहा।
देह व्यापार में कथित संलिप्तता की भी जांच
सुरक्षा एजेंसियों के अनुसार महिला के खिलाफ कथित रूप से देह व्यापार में संलिप्त होने से जुड़ी जानकारी भी सामने आई है। प्रारंभिक स्तर पर यह जानकारी जांच का हिस्सा है और एजेंसियां इस पहलू की भी पड़ताल कर रही हैं। जांच एजेंसियां यह पता लगाने का प्रयास कर रही हैं कि महिला अकेले इस गतिविधि में शामिल थी या इसके पीछे कोई संगठित नेटवर्क काम कर रहा है।
यदि पूछताछ और जांच में किसी संगठित नेटवर्क या अन्य व्यक्तियों की भूमिका सामने आती है, तो एजेंसियां उसके आधार पर आगे की कार्रवाई कर सकती हैं। फिलहाल इस संबंध में जांच जारी है और महिला से पूछताछ के बाद ही पूरे मामले की तस्वीर स्पष्ट होने की उम्मीद है।
आठ महीने से भारत में रहने की जानकारी, प्रवेश की जांच
प्रारंभिक जानकारी में सामने आया है कि संदिग्ध महिला करीब आठ महीने से भारत में रह रही थी। इतने लंबे समय तक भारत में रहने के दौरान उसने किन स्थानों पर समय बिताया, किन लोगों के संपर्क में रही और बीकानेर में वह किसके माध्यम से पहुंची, इसकी जांच की जा रही है।
सुरक्षा एजेंसियों के लिए सबसे महत्वपूर्ण पहलुओं में से एक महिला के भारत में प्रवेश का सत्यापन है। उसके पास वैध यात्रा दस्तावेज थे या नहीं, भारत में प्रवेश किस मार्ग से हुआ और उसके पास मौजूद दस्तावेजों की वैधता क्या है—इन सभी बिंदुओं की जांच की जा रही है। एजेंसियां उसके मोबाइल फोन, संपर्कों और अन्य उपलब्ध जानकारी के आधार पर भी उसकी गतिविधियों की कड़ियों को जोड़ सकती हैं।
दस्तावेज अधूरे होने की बात, पहचान सत्यापन पर जोर
प्रारंभिक जानकारी के अनुसार महिला के दस्तावेज अधूरे बताए जा रहे हैं। इसी कारण उसके पहचान संबंधी दस्तावेजों और भारत में रहने की वैधता को लेकर सुरक्षा एजेंसियों ने जांच शुरू की है। विदेशी नागरिकों से जुड़े मामलों में पहचान और दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन महत्वपूर्ण होता है, इसलिए एजेंसियां महिला द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए गए दस्तावेजों और उसके बताए गए पते की पुष्टि करने में जुटी हैं।
जांच के दौरान बांग्लादेश में बताए गए उसके स्थायी पते की भी पुष्टि की जा सकती है। साथ ही यह भी देखा जाएगा कि उसके पास भारत में रहने के लिए आवश्यक अनुमति या वैध दस्तावेज मौजूद हैं या नहीं।
व्यास कॉलोनी थाना पुलिस की मौजूदगी में पूछताछ
संयुक्त कार्रवाई के बाद महिला को व्यास कॉलोनी थाना, बीकानेर लाया गया। फिलहाल वह थाना परिसर में है और उससे संबंधित जांच एवं पूछताछ की प्रक्रिया आगे बढ़ाई जा रही है। सुरक्षा एजेंसियां उसके दस्तावेजों, पहचान और भारत में रहने की परिस्थितियों की जानकारी जुटा रही हैं।
मामला विदेशी नागरिक से जुड़ा होने के कारण जांच एजेंसियां विभिन्न पहलुओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए आगे की कार्रवाई कर रही हैं। महिला की पहचान, उसके भारत में प्रवेश, बीकानेर में उसके ठिकाने और उसके संपर्कों की जांच के बाद ही यह स्पष्ट हो पाएगा कि मामला केवल अवैध रूप से रहने तक सीमित है या इसके पीछे कोई बड़ा नेटवर्क भी सक्रिय था।
सुरक्षा एजेंसियां खंगाल रही हैं संपर्क और नेटवर्क
मामले की संवेदनशीलता को देखते हुए जांच एजेंसियों का ध्यान महिला के संपर्कों और पिछले कुछ महीनों की गतिविधियों पर भी है। करीब आठ महीने तक भारत में रहने के दौरान वह किन लोगों के साथ रही, उसका आर्थिक स्रोत क्या था और बीकानेर में उसका संपर्क किन व्यक्तियों से हुआ—ये सभी सवाल जांच का हिस्सा बन सकते हैं।
देह व्यापार में कथित संलिप्तता की जानकारी को देखते हुए एजेंसियां यह भी पता लगाने का प्रयास कर सकती हैं कि क्या महिला को किसी नेटवर्क के माध्यम से भारत लाया गया था या उसने यहां किसी संगठित समूह के साथ संपर्क स्थापित किया था। हालांकि इन पहलुओं की पुष्टि विस्तृत जांच के बाद ही हो सकेगी।
बीकानेर में सुरक्षा एजेंसियों की सतर्कता फिर सामने आई
बीकानेर अंतरराष्ट्रीय सीमा के नजदीक स्थित एक महत्वपूर्ण रणनीतिक जिला है और यहां सुरक्षा एजेंसियां सीमा सुरक्षा तथा आंतरिक सुरक्षा से जुड़े मामलों पर लगातार नजर रखती हैं। ऐसे में मिलिट्री इंटेलिजेंस और CID की संयुक्त कार्रवाई को सुरक्षा तंत्र की सतर्कता से जोड़कर देखा जा रहा है।
विशेष रूप से विदेशी नागरिकों की संदिग्ध गतिविधियों, पहचान और दस्तावेजों से जुड़े मामलों में विभिन्न एजेंसियों के बीच समन्वय महत्वपूर्ण होता है। इस कार्रवाई में भी मिलिट्री इंटेलिजेंस और CID बीकानेर जोन के बीच संयुक्त समन्वय के बाद महिला को हिरासत में लिया गया।
अब जांच के बाद सामने आएगी पूरे मामले की तस्वीर
फिलहाल महिला से पूछताछ जारी है और जांच एजेंसियां उसके दस्तावेजों तथा पहचान की पुष्टि करने में जुटी हैं। उसके भारत में प्रवेश, करीब आठ महीने से यहां रहने, बीकानेर में उसके ठिकाने और कथित देह व्यापार से जुड़े आरोपों की अलग-अलग स्तर पर जांच की जा रही है।
जांच के दौरान यदि उसके दस्तावेज अवैध पाए जाते हैं या भारत में उसके प्रवेश और रहने से संबंधित नियमों का उल्लंघन सामने आता है, तो संबंधित कानूनी प्रावधानों के तहत कार्रवाई की जा सकती है। वहीं यदि जांच में किसी अन्य व्यक्ति या नेटवर्क की भूमिका सामने आती है, तो मामले का दायरा और बढ़ सकता है।
फिलहाल महिला व्यास कॉलोनी थाना, बीकानेर में है और सुरक्षा एवं जांच एजेंसियां मामले के सभी पहलुओं की पड़ताल कर रही हैं।
