MILITARY STATION, HEMPUR CELEBRATED ESM RALLY ON 24 FEB 2024

An Ex-servicemen (ESM) Rally was organised by Station Headquarters Hempur on 24 Feb 2024. The rally was attended by 400 Ex-servicemen, Veer Naris & Widows. The rally was organised to assist the veterans, Veer Naris & Widows in redressal of their grievances by providing them opportunity to interact with the representatives of Record offices of Bengal Engineers Group, Garhwal Rifles & Kumaon Regiment as well as of banks represented by State Bank of India & Punjab National Bank. In additions free medical & dental check up was also organised for those in need of medical care.
On behalf of Major General R Prem Raj, SM, VSM, GOC, Uttarakhand Sub Area, Brigadier Devender Kumar, Station Commander, Hempur Military Station conveyed his gratitude to all Veer Naris & veterans for their solemn & selfless service to the Nation. To honour their sacrifice, all Veer Naris & Widow were felicitated on the occasion. Colonel Sumit Sood, Colonel Veterans, HQ Uttarakhand Sub Area and Colonel Subod Shukla (Retd), District Military Welfare Officer, ZSB Rudrapur also attended the rally and interacted with the veterans.
The rally gave an opportunity to hundreds of our veterans, settled in remote areas to interact with serving personals and share their experiences. Arrangements for tea/ refreshments and lunch were also made for all the persons attending the rally.
मिलिट्री स्टेशन हेमपुर द्वारा पूर्व सैनिक रैली का भव्य आयोजन

24 फरवरी 2024 को स्टेशन मुख्यालय हेमपुर द्वारा एक पूर्व सैनिक (ईएसएम) रैली का आयोजन किया गया। रैली में 400 पूर्व सैनिकों और वीर नारियों ने भाग लिया। रैली का आयोजन पूर्व सैनिकों, वीर नारियों को बंगाल इंजीनियर्स ग्रुप, गढ़वाल राइफल्स और कुमाऊं रेजिमेंट के अभिलेख कार्यालयों के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ-साथ स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया और पंजाब नेशनल बैंक के प्रतिनिधित्व वाले बैंकों के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ बातचीत करने का अवसर प्रदान करके उनकी शिकायतों के निवारण में सहायता करने के लिए किया गया था। इसके अलावा, चिकित्सा देखभाल की आवश्यकता वाले लोगों के लिए मुफ्त चिकित्सा और दंत चिकित्सा जांच भी आयोजित की गई।
मेजर जनरल आर प्रेम राज, एसएम, वीएसएम, जीओसी, उत्तराखंड सब एरिया की ओर से, हेमपुर मिलिट्री स्टेशन के स्टेशन कमांडर ब्रिगेडियर देवेंद्र कुमार ने राष्ट्र के प्रति सच्ची और निस्वार्थ सेवा के लिए सभी वीर नारियों और पूर्व सैनिकों के प्रति आभार व्यक्त किया। उनके श्रम और बलिदान का सम्मान करने के लिए, इस अवसर पर सभी वीर नारियों को सम्मानित किया गया। कर्नल सुमित सूद, कर्नल वेटरन्स, मुख्यालय उत्तराखंड सब एरिया और कर्नल सुबोध शुक्ला (सेवानिवृत्त), जिला सैन्य कल्याण अधिकारी, रुद्रपुर भी रैली में शामिल हुए और पूर्व सैनिकों के साथ बातचीत की।
रैली ने दूरदराज के इलाकों में बसे हमारे सैकड़ों पूर्व सैनिकों को सेवारत सैन्यकर्मियों के साथ बातचीत करने और अपने अनुभव साझा करने का अवसर दिया। रैली में शामिल सभी के लिए अल्पाहार एवं दोपहर के भोजन की व्यवस्था भी की गई थी।
