श्रीगंगानगर, राजस्थान: श्रीगंगानगर के रावला बॉर्डर क्षेत्र में पुलिस की सतर्कता से नशीले पदार्थों की तस्करी की एक बड़ी कोशिश नाकाम होने की जानकारी सामने आई है। 14 KND क्षेत्र में पुलिस के महत्वपूर्ण इनपुट के बाद शुरू हुए सर्च ऑपरेशन में करीब 5 किलो 600 ग्राम हेरोइन और 500 ग्राम अफीम बरामद हुई है। बरामद नशीले पदार्थों की अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार में कीमत करीब 30 करोड़ रुपये बताई जा रही है। इस पूरे ऑपरेशन की शुरुआत पुलिस के स्तर पर मिले एक अहम इनपुट से हुई। उपलब्ध जानकारी के अनुसार कांस्टेबल ओमप्रकाश ने संदिग्ध नशीले पदार्थों की गतिविधि को लेकर महत्वपूर्ण सूचना दी। इसके बाद थानाधिकारी बलवंत कुमार और पुलिस टीम सक्रिय हुई और 14 KND क्षेत्र में सर्च अभियान शुरू किया गया। बाद में मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए CID और अन्य संबंधित एजेंसियां भी कार्रवाई में शामिल हुईं। आगे चलकर सूचना BSF की G Branch तक पहुंची, जिसके बाद BSF और अन्य सुरक्षा एजेंसियों को भी अलर्ट किया गया। खेत से मिले संदिग्ध पैकेट रस्सी से बंधे बताए जा रहे हैं, जिससे इनके पाकिस्तान की तरफ से ड्रोन के जरिए भारतीय क्षेत्र में गिराए जाने की आशंका की जांच की जा रही है।

इस पूरे ऑपरेशन की सबसे पहली और महत्वपूर्ण कड़ी पुलिस का इनपुट रहा। उपलब्ध जानकारी के मुताबिक कांस्टेबल ओमप्रकाश ने क्षेत्र में संदिग्ध नशीले पदार्थों की गतिविधि को लेकर महत्वपूर्ण सूचना दी। सीमा क्षेत्र में किसी भी तरह की संदिग्ध गतिविधि की सूचना मिलना बेहद गंभीर माना जाता है, क्योंकि ऐसी गतिविधि के पीछे स्थानीय तस्करों से लेकर सीमा पार सक्रिय नेटवर्क तक की भूमिका हो सकती है। पुलिस ने इस सूचना को गंभीरता से लिया और मामले की पुष्टि तथा संदिग्ध स्थान की तलाश के लिए टीम को सक्रिय किया। इसी शुरुआती सूचना ने आगे चलकर एक बड़े ऑपरेशन का रूप लिया और करोड़ों रुपये की अनुमानित कीमत वाली नशीले पदार्थों की खेप सुरक्षा एजेंसियों के हाथ लगी।
थानाधिकारी बलवंत कुमार की टीम ने शुरू किया सर्च ऑपरेशन
कांस्टेबल ओमप्रकाश से मिले इनपुट के बाद थानाधिकारी बलवंत कुमार और उनकी पुलिस टीम ने कार्रवाई शुरू की। पुलिस ने संदिग्ध क्षेत्र में तलाशी अभियान चलाया और संभावित स्थानों की जांच की। सर्च के दौरान पुलिस टीम की नजर एक कृषि क्षेत्र पर गई, जहां संदिग्ध पैकेट मिलने की जानकारी सामने आई। पैकेटों को कब्जे में लेकर उनकी जांच की गई। इसके बाद बड़ी मात्रा में हेरोइन और अफीम बरामद होने की जानकारी सामने आई। इस बरामदगी ने पूरे मामले को एक बड़े नारकोटिक्स ऑपरेशन में बदल दिया।
CID और स्थानीय एजेंसियां भी ऑपरेशन में शामिल
बरामदगी की गंभीरता सामने आने के बाद कार्रवाई का दायरा और बढ़ गया। CID और अन्य संबंधित एजेंसियां भी मामले की जांच और सर्च ऑपरेशन में शामिल हुईं। अब जांच सिर्फ बरामद खेप तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि यह पता लगाने की कोशिश की जा रही है कि इतनी बड़ी मात्रा में नशीले पदार्थों को यहां तक किस नेटवर्क ने पहुंचाया। साथ ही यह भी पता लगाया जा रहा है कि खेप को कौन लेने वाला था और इसे आगे कहां भेजे जाने की योजना थी।
14 KND का खेत बना जांच का मुख्य केंद्र
रावला के 14 KND क्षेत्र में किसान के खेत से संदिग्ध पैकेट मिलने के बाद यह जगह पूरे ऑपरेशन का केंद्र बन गई। खेत जैसे खुले लेकिन बड़े क्षेत्र तस्करी नेटवर्क के लिए संभावित रूप से अस्थायी ड्रॉप या कलेक्शन प्वाइंट बन सकते हैं। जांच एजेंसियां अब यह पता लगाने की कोशिश कर रही हैं कि क्या कथित तौर पर ड्रोन से खेप इसी स्थान पर गिराई गई थी और क्या इसे बाद में किसी स्थानीय हैंडलर द्वारा उठाया जाना था। खेत के आसपास के रास्तों और संभावित मूवमेंट की भी जांच की जा रही है।

5 किलो 600 ग्राम हेरोइन और 500 ग्राम अफीम की बड़ी बरामदगी
सर्च ऑपरेशन में करीब 5 किलो 600 ग्राम हेरोइन और 500 ग्राम अफीम बरामद होने की जानकारी सामने आई है। इस बरामदगी की अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार में कीमत करीब 30 करोड़ रुपये आंकी जा रही है। इतनी बड़ी मात्रा में नशीले पदार्थों की बरामदगी ने सुरक्षा और जांच एजेंसियों को भी सक्रिय कर दिया है। बरामद माल को कब्जे में लेकर आगे की कानूनी और जांच प्रक्रिया शुरू की जा रही है। जांच एजेंसियां अब खेप के स्रोत, उसके संभावित रिसीवर और उसके आगे के नेटवर्क का पता लगाने में जुटी हैं।
पाकिस्तान से ड्रोन के जरिए खेप आने की आशंका
इस पूरे मामले में पाकिस्तान से ड्रोन के जरिए नशीले पदार्थ भारतीय क्षेत्र में पहुंचाए जाने का एंगल सबसे अहम जांच बिंदुओं में शामिल हो गया है। भारत-पाकिस्तान सीमा पर ड्रोन आधारित तस्करी सुरक्षा एजेंसियों के लिए लगातार बदलती चुनौती है। ड्रोन का इस्तेमाल करके सीमा पार मौजूद नेटवर्क कथित तौर पर भारतीय क्षेत्र में पैकेट गिराने की कोशिश कर सकते हैं और इसके बाद स्थानीय हैंडलर उन्हें उठाकर आगे ले जाने का प्रयास कर सकते हैं। रावला में रस्सी से बंधे पैकेट मिलने के बाद इसी संभावना की जांच की जा रही है।

अब जांच का फोकस है—खेप लेने कौन आने वाला था?

BSF G BRANCH तक पहुंची पुलिस की सूचना
पुलिस के ऑपरेशन के दौरान सामने आई जानकारी बाद में BSF G Branch तक पहुंचाई गई। BSF की G Branch सीमा सुरक्षा बल की इंटेलिजेंस विंग है। पुलिस से मिली सूचना के बाद G Branch ने भी मामले को गंभीरता से लिया और संबंधित सुरक्षा एजेंसियों को अलर्ट किया। इस चरण के बाद ऑपरेशन का दायरा स्थानीय पुलिस कार्रवाई से आगे बढ़कर व्यापक सीमा सुरक्षा कार्रवाई में बदल गया।
BSF G BRANCH ने सुरक्षा एजेंसियों को किया अलर्ट
BSF G Branch की भूमिका ऑपरेशन के बाद के चरण में महत्वपूर्ण रही। पुलिस से मिले इनपुट को आगे बढ़ाते हुए G Branch ने संबंधित सुरक्षा एजेंसियों को अलर्ट किया। ड्रोन के संभावित इस्तेमाल और पाकिस्तान की तरफ से कथित कनेक्शन की आशंका को देखते हुए सीमा क्षेत्र में निगरानी बढ़ाई गई। इस तरह पुलिस की शुरुआती सूचना ने BSF के इंटेलिजेंस नेटवर्क को भी सक्रिय कर दिया।
140 बटालियन BSF की जमीनी भूमिका

हालांकि इस ऑपरेशन की शुरुआत पुलिस के इनपुट से हुई, लेकिन बाद के चरण में BSF की इंटेलिजेंस और ऑपरेशनल व्यवस्था ने भी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई। राजस्थान बॉर्डर पर BSF की “Eagle Eyes” यानी पैनी निगाहें संदिग्ध गतिविधियों पर लगातार बनी हुई हैं। ड्रोन गतिविधि हो, सीमा पार से संभावित तस्करी हो या स्थानीय स्तर पर कोई संदिग्ध मूवमेंट—इन सभी पर नजर रखने के लिए कई स्तरों पर सुरक्षा तंत्र काम करता है। रावला का ऑपरेशन इसी बहुस्तरीय निगरानी व्यवस्था की तस्वीर सामने लाता है।
सीमा पार तस्करी का तरीका बदल रहा है

अब सिर्फ खेप नहीं, पूरे नेटवर्क की तलाश
जांच एजेंसियों के सामने अब सबसे बड़ा लक्ष्य उस पूरे नेटवर्क तक पहुंचना है जिसके जरिए कथित तौर पर यह खेप पाकिस्तान से भारतीय क्षेत्र तक पहुंची। जांच में संभावित पाकिस्तान-side handlers, ड्रोन ऑपरेटर, भारतीय क्षेत्र में मौजूद रिसीवर और आगे की सप्लाई चेन की पहचान महत्वपूर्ण होगी। बरामद पैकेटों से मिलने वाली जानकारी भी जांच को आगे बढ़ाने में मदद कर सकती है।
आसपास के इलाके में सर्च अभियान जारी

POLICE INPUT TRIGGERS MAJOR NARCOTICS OPERATION IN SRI GANGANAGAR
SRIGANGANAGAR, RAJASTHAN: A major suspected cross-border narcotics smuggling attempt has been foiled in the Raoala border area of Sri Ganganagar, after a crucial police input led to a large-scale search operation and the recovery of a suspected drug consignment estimated to be worth around ₹30 crore in the international market.
The operation was launched in the 14 KND area, where police and investigating agencies conducted a detailed search following information received at the local police level. During the operation, a suspected consignment hidden in an agricultural field was recovered, with approximately 5 kilograms 600 grams of heroin and 500 grams of opium seized.
The initial breakthrough reportedly came from Constable Om Prakash, whose information alerted the police to suspected narcotics activity in the area. Acting on the information, Station House Officer Balwant Kumar and his team moved to conduct a search operation.
The subsequent operation expanded with the involvement of CID and other concerned agencies, while information was also passed on to the BSF intelligence network and other security formations.
The suspected packets were reportedly found tied with rope, raising the possibility that the consignment may have been delivered through a drone from across the Pakistan side of the international border. The drone-delivery angle is now an important part of the investigation.

The most important starting point in the operation was the information received by the local police.
According to the information available, Constable Om Prakash provided a crucial input concerning suspected narcotics activity in the border area. The information was treated seriously by the police, leading to immediate action rather than allowing the suspected consignment to potentially disappear from the area.
The police team, under SHO Balwant Kumar, initiated the search in the 14 KND sector.
The development is significant because the entire operation reportedly began at the local policing level. What initially appeared as information regarding suspected narcotics activity subsequently developed into a major border-security and counter-narcotics operation involving multiple agencies.
