Rajasthan’s Third Army Recruitment Rally Concludes Successfully in Kota — Youth Display Patriotism and Determination Despite Adverse Weather

The Indian Army’s massive recruitment drive across Rajasthan reached its concluding stage with the successful completion of the third Army Recruitment Rally held at Maharao Ummed Singh Stadium, Nayapura, Kota, from 30 October to 06 November 2025. Organized by the Army Recruiting Office (ARO), Kota, this rally covered candidates from 18 districts of Rajasthan — Beawar, Bhilwara, Bundi, Banswara, Baran, Chittorgarh, Dungarpur, Dausa, Jhalawar, Karauli, Kota, Pali, Pratapgarh, Rajsamand, Salumbar, Sawai Madhopur, Tonk, and Udaipur.
This event marked the final phase of the Indian Army’s Phase-I Recruitment Rallies for the Recruiting Year 2025–26, following the successful conclusion of earlier rallies in Alwar and Sikar. With thousands of young aspirants participating despite adverse weather conditions, the Kota rally stood as a testament to the indomitable spirit, patriotism, and enthusiasm of Rajasthan’s youth.
Massive Turnout Reflects Unwavering Zeal of Rajasthan’s Youth
Even in the face of heavy rainfall and challenging ground conditions, the youth from the participating districts turned out in remarkable numbers, exhibiting unparalleled dedication to serve the nation. According to official sources, the rally witnessed an above 90 percent turnout, an extraordinary achievement reflecting the deep sense of nationalism that resonates among the youth of Rajasthan.
Candidates displayed high motivation and preparedness across multiple rounds of physical endurance tests, written examinations, and medical evaluations. From the early hours of dawn, long queues of determined candidates could be seen braving the rain and mud to prove their mettle for entry into the world’s finest and most disciplined fighting force — the Indian Army.
An officer from the Headquarters Recruiting Zone, Jaipur, described the atmosphere as “a festival of patriotism where every heartbeat echoed with ‘Jai Hind.’”
Stringent Security and Anti-Touting Measures
In a commendable effort to maintain transparency and integrity, the rally was conducted under strict anti-touting protocols. The Army Recruiting Office, Kota, implemented a zero-tolerance policy against agents, touts, and any form of manipulation or exploitation of aspirants. Security teams and intelligence personnel were deployed to identify and prevent any fraudulent activity during the rally process.
Additionally, for the first time in this phase of recruitment, drug tests were conducted to ensure candidates were not resorting to unfair means to enhance performance during physical assessments. Officials emphasized that this initiative aligns with the Army’s broader campaign for a fit, disciplined, and drug-free force.
“We wanted to ensure that every candidate earns his place through merit, hard work, and honesty — values that are at the core of the Indian Army’s ethos,” a senior recruitment officer remarked.
Civil Administration’s Support and Coordination Lauded
The success of the rally was also attributed to the seamless cooperation and logistical support extended by the civil administration of Kota and other participating districts. The local administration coordinated arrangements for accommodation, water, sanitation, medical aid, and traffic control, ensuring a smooth and safe environment for both candidates and officials.
The Headquarters Recruiting Zone, Jaipur, extended appreciation to the district authorities, police, and health departments for their dedicated efforts in facilitating the rally. The synergy between civil and military organizations once again demonstrated the collaborative spirit that underpins successful national initiatives.
Completion of Phase-I Recruitment Cycle for 2025–26
With the successful conclusion of the recruitment rallies at Alwar, Sikar, and Kota, the Phase-I segment of the Recruiting Year 2025–26 has been officially completed. The Indian Army’s multi-stage selection process continues to maintain the highest standards of evaluation — ensuring that only the most capable and committed youth are selected for training.
Following the final declaration of results for the Phase-I recruitment cycle, the successful candidates will be dispatched to their respective Regimental Centres for training. The dispatch process will commence from 15 December 2025 and 05 January 2026, marking the beginning of a new chapter in the lives of these young soldiers.
These recruits will undergo rigorous basic training focusing on physical conditioning, weapon handling, combat skills, and leadership — transforming them from spirited civilians into disciplined defenders of the nation.
A Symbol of National Pride and Opportunity
For many rural and semi-urban youth of Rajasthan, the Army rally represents not just a recruitment opportunity but a calling — a gateway to dignity, discipline, and service to the motherland. The overwhelming participation across districts underlines the continued trust and aspiration among the youth to join the armed forces and contribute to national defence.
Aspirants from remote villages and tribal regions of southern Rajasthan, including Banswara, Dungarpur, and Pratapgarh, were particularly notable for their resilience and enthusiasm. Many young candidates, some traveling overnight by bus and train, expressed gratitude for the opportunity to serve the nation through the Army’s inclusive recruitment framework.
One participant from Bundi, after clearing his physical test, said,
“It’s not just about a job. It’s about pride, uniform, and the dream to do something for India. No rain, no hardship can stop us.”
Army’s Commitment to Transparency, Merit, and Modernization
The Indian Army’s recruitment system has evolved significantly with digitized registration, biometric verification, and enhanced transparency. These reforms ensure that the process remains fair, impartial, and efficient — upholding the Army’s core value of integrity.
The inclusion of drug testing and anti-touting drives in the Kota rally is part of the Army’s larger modernization effort to ensure the next generation of soldiers reflects fitness, honesty, and professional excellence. Recruitment officials highlighted that the Army continues to adapt its selection standards to meet modern warfare demands, emphasizing technical literacy, physical fitness, and moral discipline.

कोटा में सम्पन्न हुई राजस्थान की तीसरी आर्मी भर्ती रैली — विपरीत मौसम में भी युवाओं ने दिखाया जोश, अनुशासन और देशभक्ति का जज़्बा
जयपुर, गुरुवार, 06 नवम्बर 2025:
भारतीय सेना द्वारा राजस्थान में चलाए जा रहे भव्य भर्ती अभियान का अंतिम चरण आज सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न हो गया। तीसरी एवं अंतिम आर्मी भर्ती रैली का आयोजन कोटा के महाराव उम्मेद सिंह स्टेडियम, नयापुरा में 30 अक्टूबर से 06 नवम्बर 2025 तक किया गया।
यह रैली आर्मी रिक्रूटिंग ऑफिस (ARO), कोटा द्वारा आयोजित की गई थी और इसमें राजस्थान के 18 जिलों — भीलवाड़ा, बूंदी, बारां, बांसवाड़ा, चित्तौड़गढ़, डूंगरपुर, दौसा, झालावाड़, करौली, कोटा, पाली, प्रतापगढ़, राजसमंद, सैलूम्बर, सवाई माधोपुर, टोंक, उदयपुर और बीवर — के अभ्यर्थियों ने हिस्सा लिया।
यह आयोजन भारतीय सेना की भर्ती वर्ष 2025–26 के प्रथम चरण (Phase-I) की अंतिम रैली थी, इससे पहले अलवर और सीकर में दो रैलियाँ सफलतापूर्वक आयोजित हो चुकी थीं। हज़ारों युवाओं ने बारिश और कीचड़ जैसी प्रतिकूल परिस्थितियों में भी पूरी निष्ठा और जोश के साथ हिस्सा लेकर यह साबित किया कि राजस्थान की धरती आज भी वीरता और देशभक्ति की धारा से सिंचित है।
मूसलाधार बारिश में भी उमड़ा जोश — 90 प्रतिशत से अधिक उपस्थिति
लगातार हो रही भारी बारिश और फिसलन भरे मैदान के बावजूद, विभिन्न जिलों से आए युवाओं का उत्साह देखने लायक था। सुबह-सुबह लंबी कतारों में खड़े युवा ‘जय हिन्द’ के नारे लगाते हुए मैदान में पहुंचे। सेना अधिकारियों के अनुसार इस रैली में 90 प्रतिशत से अधिक उपस्थिति दर्ज की गई — जो कि अद्भुत देशभक्ति और समर्पण का उदाहरण है।
भर्ती प्रक्रिया के दौरान उम्मीदवारों को शारीरिक क्षमता परीक्षण, चिकित्सा परीक्षण और लिखित परीक्षा के दौरों से गुजरना पड़ा। अधिकांश उम्मीदवार सुबह चार बजे से मैदान में पहुँचकर अपनी बारी का इंतजार करते रहे। यह दृश्य किसी “देशभक्ति के महोत्सव” जैसा था, जहाँ हर दिल में केवल एक आवाज़ गूँज रही थी — “भारत माता की जय।”
मुख्यालय भर्ती क्षेत्र (Headquarters Recruiting Zone) जयपुर के एक अधिकारी ने बताया —
“यह केवल भर्ती रैली नहीं थी, यह देशभक्ति का उत्सव था। हर उम्मीदवार की धड़कन में ‘जय हिन्द’ की गूंज सुनाई दे रही थी।”
कड़ी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था और ‘जीरो टॉलरेंस’ नीति
कोटा रैली को पूरी पारदर्शिता के साथ संचालित करने के लिए भारतीय सेना ने सुरक्षा और एंटी-टाउटिंग (दलाल विरोधी) उपायों को और भी सख्त किया।
आर्मी रिक्रूटिंग ऑफिस, कोटा ने स्पष्ट कर दिया कि किसी भी प्रकार की धोखाधड़ी, सिफारिश या दलाली बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। इसके लिए गुप्तचर एजेंसियों और सुरक्षा टीमों को भी मैदान और आसपास के इलाकों में तैनात किया गया।
इस बार पहली बार, सभी उम्मीदवारों का ड्रग टेस्ट (मादक पदार्थ परीक्षण) भी किया गया ताकि कोई भी अनुचित साधन का प्रयोग न कर सके। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि यह कदम सेना की “फिट, अनुशासित और ड्रग-फ्री फोर्स” की नीति का हिस्सा है।
एक वरिष्ठ भर्ती अधिकारी ने कहा —
“हम चाहते हैं कि हर उम्मीदवार अपनी मेहनत और ईमानदारी से चयनित हो। भारतीय सेना की पहचान ही सत्यनिष्ठा, अनुशासन और परिश्रम है।”
नागरिक प्रशासन और स्थानीय सहयोग की सराहना
इस रैली की सफलता का श्रेय केवल सेना को नहीं बल्कि स्थानीय प्रशासन, पुलिस और स्वास्थ्य विभाग के समन्वय को भी जाता है।
कोटा जिला प्रशासन ने आवास, जल, स्वच्छता, चिकित्सा सहायता, यातायात नियंत्रण और सुरक्षा व्यवस्थाओं में सेना के साथ पूर्ण सहयोग दिया।
मुख्यालय भर्ती क्षेत्र, जयपुर ने जिला प्रशासन, पुलिस और स्वास्थ्य विभाग को इस सफल आयोजन में योगदान के लिए विशेष धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया।
इसने एक बार फिर दिखाया कि जब नागरिक और सैन्य तंत्र मिलकर काम करते हैं तो राष्ट्रीय अभियानों की सफलता सुनिश्चित होती है।
2025–26 भर्ती वर्ष के प्रथम चरण की पूर्णता
अलवर, सीकर और कोटा में सफल रैलियों के साथ भर्ती वर्ष 2025–26 का Phase-I आधिकारिक रूप से पूर्ण हो गया। सेना की बहु-स्तरीय चयन प्रक्रिया का लक्ष्य केवल उन्हीं युवाओं का चयन करना है जो शारीरिक रूप से सक्षम, मानसिक रूप से दृढ़, और नैतिक रूप से अडिग हैं।
अगले चरण में इन चयनित उम्मीदवारों को उनके संबंधित रेजिमेंटल सेंटर्स में प्रशिक्षण हेतु भेजा जाएगा। यह प्रशिक्षण 15 दिसंबर 2025 और 05 जनवरी 2026 से शुरू होगा।
यह प्रशिक्षण केवल शारीरिक नहीं बल्कि मानसिक और सामरिक क्षमता को भी तराशने वाला होगा — जहाँ हर युवा भारतीय नागरिक “सैनिक” बनकर निकलेगा।
युवाओं के लिए सिर्फ रोजगार नहीं, राष्ट्रसेवा का अवसर
राजस्थान के ग्रामीण और अर्ध-शहरी क्षेत्रों के लिए यह भर्ती केवल रोजगार का अवसर नहीं बल्कि “राष्ट्रसेवा का पुकार” है।
यह युवाओं के लिए एक ऐसा द्वार है जो उन्हें अनुशासन, सम्मान और गौरव के मार्ग पर ले जाता है।
दक्षिण राजस्थान के आदिवासी बहुल जिलों — बांसवाड़ा, डूंगरपुर और प्रतापगढ़ — से आए युवाओं ने अद्भुत उत्साह और दृढ़ता दिखाई।
कई उम्मीदवार रातभर बस और ट्रेन से सफर कर सुबह मैदान में पहुंचे।
एक उम्मीदवार ने बताया —
“यह नौकरी नहीं, यह गौरव है। यह वर्दी का सपना है। बारिश क्या, कोई भी मुश्किल हमें रोक नहीं सकती।”
पारदर्शिता और तकनीकी सुधार की दिशा में बड़ा कदम
भारतीय सेना ने अपने भर्ती तंत्र को डिजिटल और पारदर्शी बनाया है।
अब ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण, बायोमेट्रिक सत्यापन और ई-डेटा रिकॉर्डिंग के माध्यम से पूरी प्रक्रिया निष्पक्ष और भ्रष्टाचारमुक्त की गई है।
इस बार ड्रग टेस्टिंग और एंटी-टाउटिंग पहल को भी आधुनिकता और नैतिकता के संगम के रूप में देखा जा रहा है।
भर्ती अधिकारी बताते हैं कि सेना अब केवल ताकत नहीं बल्कि तकनीकी दक्षता, शारीरिक फिटनेस और नैतिक अनुशासन के संयोजन को प्राथमिकता दे रही है।
निष्कर्ष — राजस्थान की वीरभूमि ने फिर किया गौरव महसूस
बारिश और प्रतिकूल मौसम के बावजूद, कोटा में सम्पन्न यह तीसरी भर्ती रैली राजस्थान और भारतीय सेना दोनों के लिए गर्व का क्षण है।
यह केवल भर्ती प्रक्रिया नहीं थी, बल्कि भारत की अटूट देशभक्ति की झलक थी।
अलवर से लेकर सीकर और अब कोटा — तीनों रैलियों ने एक ही संदेश दिया:
“राजस्थान का युवा हर समय तैयार है — राष्ट्र की रक्षा, बलिदान और सेवा के लिए।”
अब जब Phase-I का समापन हो गया है और नए रंगरूट प्रशिक्षण की ओर बढ़ रहे हैं, भारतीय सेना अपने उस संकल्प को दोहरा रही है —
“हर युवा को इस्पात जैसा मजबूत बनाना — ताकि वह हर मोर्चे पर राष्ट्र की आन-बान-शान की रक्षा कर सके।”
अंततः, यह रैली केवल भर्ती नहीं थी — यह उस भावना का उत्सव थी, जो हर भारतीय के दिल में बसती है —
“बारिश ने मैदान को गीला किया, पर राजस्थान के युवाओं का जज़्बा और भी चमक उठा।”
