Rotary Club of Jodhpur Sanskar Hosts Menstrual Hygiene Drive for Migrant Community
Jodhpur, – On Menstrual Hygiene Day, the Rotary Club of Jodhpur Sanskar, in collaboration with the Care Club Organization, conducted a crucial menstrual hygiene drive for the Pakistani migrant community residing in tents near Dali Bai Circle since 2012.
The initiative included the installation of a sanitary pad vending machine and the distribution of 1,000 free sanitary pads to the community. To further promote awareness and dispel myths surrounding menstruation, the youth team from the Care Club Organization performed a compelling Nukkad Natak.
This drive aimed to address the significant hygiene needs and break the stigma associated with menstruation, ensuring better health and dignity for the women in this underserved community.
