Social Media Claims Emerge Over Killing of Pulwama Attack Conspirator Hamza Burhan in PoK, Spotlight Returns on Pakistan-Based Terror Networks
A major development linked to the 2019 Pulwama terror attack has surfaced after viral social media posts claimed that Hamza Burhan, accused of involvement in the deadly suicide bombing that killed 40 CRPF personnel, was killed in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).
According to the viral posts, a person identifying himself as Tyson Bishnoi and allegedly linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi Gang claimed responsibility for the killing. The posts quickly spread across social media platforms, triggering intense debate and renewed attention on Pakistan-based terror infrastructure operating across the border.

Tyson Bishnoi and DC Group, along with the support of our elder brother Lawrence Bishnoi and our group members, have taken revenge for the Pulwama attack on our nation.All terrorists and drug smugglers hiding in Pakistan, who send narcotics into India through drones, will be eliminated one by one.I also request the Government of India not to associate my name with drug smugglers under Operation Global Hunt. These allegations are completely false. If anyone proves my involvement in narcotics smuggling, I will personally come to India and surrender myself.We are sons of Mother India and always stand for the nation’s interests. Hamza Burhan’s name had been associated with terror operations connected to the Pulwama attack of 14 February 2019, one of the deadliest terrorist attacks carried out against Indian security forces. In the attack, an explosive-laden vehicle rammed into a CRPF convoy on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district, resulting in the martyrdom of 40 CRPF jawans.
The Pulwama attack had shocked the nation and led to massive diplomatic and military repercussions, including India’s Balakot airstrike targeting terror infrastructure across the border. The incident also intensified global scrutiny over terror groups operating from Pakistani soil and the ecosystem allegedly supporting cross-border terrorism.
The latest claims surrounding Hamza Burhan’s reported killing remain officially unverified. Indian security agencies have not yet issued any formal statement confirming either the killing or the authenticity of the social media posts claiming responsibility.
The development has nevertheless reignited public anger against terrorism and renewed debate over terror safe havens in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.

पुलवामा आतंकी हमले से जुड़े आतंकी हमजा बुरहान को लेकर बड़ा दावा सामने आया है। सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल पोस्ट्स में कहा जा रहा है कि पाकिस्तान के कब्जे वाले कश्मीर (पीओके) में उसकी हत्या कर दी गई है। वायरल पोस्ट्स में टायसन बिश्नोई नाम का एक अकाउंट, जिसे लॉरेंस बिश्नोई गैंग से जुड़ा बताया जा रहा है, इस हत्या की जिम्मेदारी लेने का दावा कर रहा है। वायरल पोस्ट में लिखा हे

हालांकि भारतीय सुरक्षा एजेंसियों की ओर से अभी तक इस दावे की आधिकारिक पुष्टि नहीं की गई है, लेकिन इस खबर के सामने आने के बाद सोशल मीडिया पर तीखी प्रतिक्रियाएं देखने को मिल रही हैं। सुरक्षा एजेंसियां वायरल पोस्ट्स और पूरे घटनाक्रम की जांच में जुटी हुई हैं।
हमजा बुरहान का नाम 14 फरवरी 2019 के पुलवामा आतंकी हमले से जोड़ा जाता रहा है। इस हमले में जम्मू-श्रीनगर राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर सीआरपीएफ के काफिले को विस्फोटकों से भरी गाड़ी के जरिए निशाना बनाया गया था, जिसमें 40 जवान शहीद हो गए थे। इस आतंकी हमले ने पूरे देश को झकझोर कर रख दिया था और भारत ने इसके बाद आतंकवाद के खिलाफ कड़ा रुख अपनाया था।
पुलवामा हमले के बाद भारत ने बालाकोट एयरस्ट्राइक को अंजाम दिया था, जिसमें सीमा पार मौजूद आतंकी ढांचे को निशाना बनाया गया था। इस घटना के बाद पाकिस्तान में पल रहे आतंकी नेटवर्क और सीमा पार आतंकवाद को लेकर अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भी सवाल उठे थे।
अब हमजा बुरहान की कथित हत्या की खबर सामने आने के बाद एक बार फिर पाकिस्तान स्थित आतंकी ढांचे, पीओके में सक्रिय आतंकी नेटवर्क और आतंकवाद के खिलाफ भारत की लड़ाई चर्चा के केंद्र में आ गई है।
