STREE SHAKTI-25: AWWA’s Entrepreneurial Exhibition in Jaipur Set to Empower Army Families and ASHA School Children

On Saturday, 27 September 2025, the Sapta Shakti Army Women Welfare Association (AWWA) will inaugurate its flagship entrepreneur exhibition “Stree Shakti-25” at the Jawahar Kala Kendra, a landmark cultural venue that has been the heartbeat of Rajasthan’s art and heritage.
At its core, Stree Shakti-25 is more than a conventional exhibition—it is a celebration of women, families, and specially-abled children connected with the Indian Army. The exhibition is designed to showcase the entrepreneurial ventures of Army wives, Army families, and children of ASHA School (a special school run for differently-abled children). The stalls will exhibit a vibrant range of handcrafted clothing, block prints, home décor, artisanal products, and paintings. A unique attraction will be the Tarot Reader and Healer services, catering to those interested in alternative wellness and holistic experiences.

पिंक सिटी जयपुर इस सप्ताहांत एक ऐसे आयोजन का गवाह बनने जा रहा है, जो केवल कला और उद्यमशीलता का उत्सव नहीं होगा बल्कि सशक्तिकरण, समावेश और दृढ़ता का संदेश भी देगा। शनिवार, 27 सितम्बर 2025 को सप्त शक्ति आर्मी वुमन वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन (AWWA) अपनी प्रमुख उद्यमी प्रदर्शनी ‘स्त्री शक्ति-25’ का उद्घाटन जवाहर कला केंद्र, जयपुर में करेगी। यह आयोजन न केवल आर्मी परिवारों की रचनात्मकता और कौशल को प्रदर्शित करेगा बल्कि आशा स्कूल (विशेष रूप से सक्षम बच्चों के स्कूल) के बच्चों की प्रतिभा को भी समाज के सामने लाएगा।
उद्यमशीलता और आत्मनिर्भरता का मंच
‘स्त्री शक्ति-25’ का उद्देश्य है कि आर्मी पत्नियों, परिवारों और आशा स्कूल के बच्चों द्वारा तैयार किए गए हस्तनिर्मित उत्पाद, कलात्मक वस्तुएँ और इनोवेटिव समाधानों को एक बड़े मंच पर प्रस्तुत किया जाए। वर्षों से आर्मी परिवार स्थानांतरण और चुनौतियों से भरे जीवन को जीते हैं, लेकिन इन परिस्थितियों के बीच भी उनकी रचनात्मकता और आत्मविश्वास कम नहीं होता।
प्रदर्शनी में दर्शक हस्तनिर्मित कपड़े और ब्लॉक प्रिंट, गृह सज्जा सामग्री, सुगंधित मोमबत्तियाँ, पर्यावरण-अनुकूल स्किनकेयर व वेलनेस उत्पाद, पेंटिंग्स, कश्मीरी हस्तशिल्प, नागा आभूषण और आदिवासी परिधान देख सकेंगे। इसके साथ ही टैरो रीडर और हीलर सेवाएँ भी लोगों के लिए आकर्षण का केंद्र रहेंगी।
सबसे खास पहलू रहेगा आशा स्कूल के बच्चों द्वारा बनाए गए उत्पाद और पेंटिंग्स, जो आशा, समावेश और रचनात्मकता की शक्ति का जीवंत प्रतीक होंगी।

आर्मी वाइव्स वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन (AWWA) 1966 से आर्मी परिवारों का सहारा और सहयोगी रही है। ‘भारतीय सेना का अदृश्य हाथ’ कहे जाने वाले AWWA ने शिक्षा, कौशल विकास, व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण और सामाजिक कल्याण में उल्लेखनीय कार्य किया है।
सप्त शक्ति AWWA ने विशेष रूप से राजस्थान क्षेत्र में महिलाओं और बच्चों के लिए स्वरोजगार, सांस्कृतिक गतिविधियों और कलात्मक मंचों के जरिए उल्लेखनीय योगदान दिया है।
