Suspected Balloon-Like Object Found in Agricultural Field Near Surjansar–Jalsar in Bikaner, Markings Include ‘PIA’
Bikaner, September 19, 2026: A suspected balloon-like object was found in an agricultural field in the Rohi area between Surjansar and Jalsar, under Sridungargarh Police Station limits of Bikaner district, on Saturday morning, triggering curiosity among local villagers.
According to information received from local residents, the object was found in the agricultural field of Sahiram Rajuram Dudi. The object is reportedly helicopter-shaped and carries the marking “PIA”, along with some writing in Urdu.
A woman farmer who reportedly came across the object tied it to a Khejri tree and moved out of the field. The incident was subsequently brought to the notice of the police, while local residents shared photographs of the object and requested authorities to examine it and establish its origin.
Some local accounts have suggested that the object could be linked to Pakistan’s meteorological activities; however, this has not been officially established. The origin, purpose and exact nature of the object, as well as the meaning of the markings, remain to be officially ascertained.
Locals have urged the authorities to conduct a detailed verification of the object. According to residents, a similar balloon-like object was reportedly found a few months ago in the Toliasar–Likhmadesar Rohi area.
Police and relevant authorities are expected to verify the object and determine whether it has any connection with weather-monitoring equipment or another source.
The available information does not establish that the object is of Pakistani origin. Further verification is awaited.
बीकानेर में खेत में मिला संदिग्ध गुब्बारेनुमा ऑब्जेक्ट, ‘PIA’ और उर्दू में लिखे शब्द; पुलिस ने शुरू की जांच
बीकानेर, 19 सितंबर 2026: बीकानेर जिले के सुरजनसर-जालबसर के बीच रोही क्षेत्र में शनिवार सुबह एक खेत में संदिग्ध गुब्बारेनुमा ऑब्जेक्ट मिलने से ग्रामीणों में कौतूहल का माहौल बन गया। यह क्षेत्र श्रीडूंगरगढ़ थाना क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत बताया जा रहा है।
स्थानीय ग्रामीणों के अनुसार, यह संदिग्ध ऑब्जेक्ट सहीराम राजूराम डूडी के खेत में मिला। ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि ऑब्जेक्ट हेलिकॉप्टरनुमा आकार का दिखाई देता है और उस पर “PIA” के साथ उर्दू में भी कुछ शब्द लिखे हुए हैं।
खेत में काम कर रही एक महिला किसान की नजर जब इस ऑब्जेक्ट पर पड़ी तो उसने कथित तौर पर उसे खेजड़ी के पेड़ से बांध दिया और खेत से बाहर आ गई। इसके बाद ग्रामीणों ने पुलिस को सूचना दी और ऑब्जेक्ट की तस्वीरें भी साझा कीं।
स्थानीय लोगों ने पुलिस और संबंधित अधिकारियों से इस वस्तु की जांच कर उसके स्रोत और उद्देश्य का पता लगाने की मांग की है। कुछ स्थानीय जानकारों ने इसे पाकिस्तान के मौसम विभाग से संबंधित होने की संभावना जताई है, लेकिन इस दावे की अभी आधिकारिक पुष्टि नहीं हुई है।
ऑब्जेक्ट की वास्तविक उत्पत्ति, इसका उद्देश्य और उस पर लिखे “PIA” तथा उर्दू के शब्दों का अर्थ अभी आधिकारिक रूप से स्पष्ट नहीं हुआ है। इसलिए इसे पाकिस्तानी गुब्बारा बताना फिलहाल केवल एक दावा है और इसकी पुष्टि जांच के बाद ही हो सकेगी।
ग्रामीणों के अनुसार, इससे पहले कुछ महीने पूर्व तोलियासर-लिखमादेसर रोही क्षेत्र में भी इसी तरह का एक गुब्बारेनुमा ऑब्जेक्ट मिलने की बात सामने आई थी।
अब पुलिस और संबंधित एजेंसियों द्वारा ऑब्जेक्ट की प्रकृति और स्रोत का सत्यापन किया जाना है। यह मौसम संबंधी उपकरण है या किसी अन्य उद्देश्य से जुड़ा ऑब्जेक्ट, इसकी स्थिति आधिकारिक जांच पूरी होने के बाद ही स्पष्ट होगी।
