Ambassador of Poetry to Oman honoured by The World Poetry International Canada :: AMITA JAYANT SANGHAVI
Amita Sanghvi teaches English at Sultan Qaboos University, Muscat, Oman. She holds MA (Eng Lit from Mumbai University, M.Phil (English) and B.ed and her second MA (English Language Teaching) from Lancaster University, UK. Her literary journey began with her first book of poems, LAVENDER MEMORIES AND OTHER POEMS launched at the Embassy of India, Oman.
The World Poetry International Canada has honoured her as the Ambassador of Poetry to Oman.
She is representative of poetry to Oman as pronounced by Italy Art Movemeny Immages & Poesia. She has published over 40 poems and edited Peaceathon poetry anthology published by World Poetry Canada. Her new book coming soon is ‘Impressions and Expressions’ a collection of contemporary poetry from international poets from USA ,Canada ,Italy ,Greece ,Turkey Japan, Oman ,Austria, Bhutan, India ,Keneya and UAE.
