Viksit Bharat Youth Parliament 2025: District-Level Event to be Held at Maharani Sudarshan Girls College, Bikaner on March 20-21
Bikaner: The district-level event of Viksit Bharat Youth Parliament 2025 is scheduled to take place on March 20 and 21 at Maharani Sudarshan Girls College, the nodal institution responsible for the smooth execution of this initiative under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India.
A total of 150 selected participants from Bikaner, Sri Ganganagar, and Hanumangarh districts will engage in this competition after successfully clearing the initial selection round. The event aims to provide a platform for young minds to voice their opinions on critical national issues.
Students to Discuss “One Nation, One Election”
Principal of Maharani Sudarshan Girls College and Chairperson of the event, Professor Abhilasha Alha, conducted a meeting with all organizing committees to ensure the seamless execution of the program. She stated that participants aged 18 to 25 from Bikaner, Sri Ganganagar, and Hanumangarh submitted one-minute video entries on the topic, “What do you know about Viksit Bharat?”
A total of 301 young individuals from Bikaner participated by uploading their video submissions, and after a rigorous selection process, 150 candidates were chosen for the district-level competition. During the event, participants will present their thoughts on the topic “One Nation, One Election,” with each speaker being given three minutes to express their views. After the deliberations, ten outstanding participants will be selected for the state-level round.
Jury and Guest Panel Announced
The competition will be judged by a panel of five experts from different fields. The event convener, Dr. Hemendra Arora, informed that an inaugural session will precede the competition. The chief guests for this session include Siddhi Kumari (MLA, Bikaner East), Professor Manoj Dixit (Vice-Chancellor, Maharaja Ganga Singh University), and Bikaner Superintendent of Police, Kavendra Sagar.
Additionally, Professor Digvijay Singh (Former Principal, Rajasthan Dungar College) and Professor Pushpendra Singh (Assistant Director, Regional Office, College Education, Bikaner) will be present as special guests. The event promises to be a thought-provoking experience, fostering the spirit of youth leadership and national development.

बीकानेर: खेल एवं युवा मामलों के मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के तत्वावधान में आयोजित विकसित भारत युवा संसद 2025 का जिला स्तरीय आयोजन 20 और 21 मार्च को महारानी सुदर्शन कन्या महाविद्यालय, बीकानेर में आयोजित किया जाएगा। यह महाविद्यालय इस प्रतियोगिता के सफल संचालन के लिए नोडल संस्थान के रूप में कार्य कर रहा है।
श्रीगंगानगर, हनुमानगढ़ और बीकानेर जिलों से चयनित 150 प्रतिभागी इस प्रतियोगिता में हिस्सा लेंगे। इस आयोजन का उद्देश्य युवाओं को राष्ट्रीय मुद्दों पर विचार व्यक्त करने के लिए एक प्रभावी मंच प्रदान करना है।
“एक राष्ट्र, एक चुनाव” विषय पर युवा रखेंगे विचार
आयोजन अध्यक्ष एवं महाविद्यालय की प्राचार्य प्रोफेसर अभिलाषा आल्हा ने आयोजन समितियों के साथ बैठक कर इसकी सुचारू व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने बताया कि 18 से 25 वर्ष आयु वर्ग के युवाओं ने “विकसित भारत के बारे में आप क्या जानते हैं?” विषय पर एक मिनट का वीडियो बनाकर प्रतियोगिता में भाग लिया था।
बीकानेर जिले से कुल 301 युवाओं ने वीडियो अपलोड कर प्रतियोगिता में सहभागिता की, जिनमें से 150 प्रतिभागियों का जिला स्तरीय कार्यक्रम के लिए चयन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभागी “एक राष्ट्र, एक चुनाव” विषय पर अपने विचार व्यक्त करेंगे। प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी को तीन मिनट का समय दिया जाएगा। प्रतियोगिता के अंत में दस प्रतिभागियों का चयन राज्य स्तर के लिए किया जाएगा।
प्रतियोगिता में 5 विशेषज्ञों की जूरी करेगी मूल्यांकन
इस प्रतियोगिता का मूल्यांकन विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के पांच विशेषज्ञों की जूरी द्वारा किया जाएगा। आयोजन संयोजक डॉ. हेमेंद्र अरोड़ा ने बताया कि प्रतियोगिता से पहले उद्घाटन सत्र आयोजित होगा।
मुख्य अतिथियों में बीकानेर पूर्व की विधायक सुश्री सिद्धि कुमारी, महाराजा गंगा सिंह विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति आचार्य मनोज दीक्षित और बीकानेर के पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री कावेन्द्र सागर शामिल होंगे।
इसके अलावा, राजस्थान डूंगर महाविद्यालय के सेवानिवृत्त प्राचार्य प्रोफेसर दिग्विजय सिंह एवं क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय, कॉलेज शिक्षा, बीकानेर के सहायक निदेशक प्रोफेसर पुष्पेंद्र सिंह विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित रहेंगे।
यह आयोजन युवाओं को राष्ट्र निर्माण और लोकतांत्रिक विचार-विमर्श में भागीदारी के लिए प्रेरित करने वाला एक महत्वपूर्ण मंच साबित होगा।
