बीकानेर के HP मोदी स्कूल में करियर काउंसलिंग सत्र का भव्य आयोजन, छात्रों को साइकोमेट्रिक टेस्ट के माध्यम से करियर मार्गदर्शन

छात्रों के उज्ज्वल भविष्य को सुनिश्चित करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाते हुए, HP मोदी स्कूल, बीकानेर में शनिवार, 26 अप्रैल 2025 को एक व्यापक करियर काउंसलिंग सत्र का आयोजन किया गया। इस आयोजन का नेतृत्व आईसीजी इंटरनेशनल कॉलेज फॉर गर्ल्स, आईआईएस यूनिवर्सिटी, जयपुर की विशेषज्ञ टीम ने किया, जिसमें प्रमुख भूमिका सुश्री स्मिता राजपुरोहित ने निभाई।

कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत स्वागत भाषण से हुई, जिसमें स्कूल प्रबंधन ने टीम का गर्मजोशी से अभिनंदन किया। इसके बाद सत्र की औपचारिक शुरुआत हुई, जिसमें छात्रों को करियर चयन की जटिलताओं और बदलते वैश्विक परिदृश्य में सही निर्णय लेने के महत्व के बारे में जागरूक किया गया।

साइकोमेट्रिक टेस्ट: छात्रों के आत्म-मूल्यांकन की दिशा में पहला कदम
कार्यशाला का मुख्य आकर्षण साइकोमेट्रिक टेस्ट पर आधारित सत्र रहा। छात्रों को बताया गया कि कैसे साइकोमेट्रिक परीक्षण उनकी व्यक्तिगत रुचियों, क्षमताओं, सोचने के तरीके और व्यवहारिक प्रवृत्तियों का विश्लेषण कर सही करियर विकल्पों की ओर मार्गदर्शन करता है।

टीम ने छात्रों को कई तरह के प्रश्नपत्र और विश्लेषणात्मक गतिविधियाँ करवाईं, जिनके माध्यम से प्रत्येक छात्र ने स्वयं के व्यक्तित्व और क्षमताओं को बेहतर ढंग से समझने का प्रयास किया। इस संवादात्मक सत्र ने छात्रों को आत्मविश्लेषण के लिए प्रेरित किया और उनमें करियर को लेकर गंभीरता तथा स्पष्टता विकसित की।

अधिकारियों की उपस्थिति और प्रेरणादायक संबोधन
इस अवसर पर स्कूल की डायरेक्टर स्वाति पारीक, प्रिंसिपल रितेश अरोड़ा, रीना सिडाना एडमिन हेड , शिक्षिका रश्मि गोदारा समेत समस्त शिक्षकगण उपस्थित रहे। डायरेक्टर स्वाति पारीक ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि,
“आज के युग में केवल अच्छे अंक लाना पर्याप्त नहीं है, बल्कि अपनी वास्तविक रुचि और योग्यता को पहचानते हुए सही करियर का चयन करना अत्यंत आवश्यक है। इस प्रकार के सत्र हमारे छात्रों को अपने भविष्य के प्रति आत्मविश्वास और स्पष्टता प्रदान करते हैं।”

छात्रों की उत्साहजनक प्रतिक्रिया
सत्र के दौरान छात्रों ने भी खुलकर प्रश्न पूछे और अपने संदेहों को स्पष्ट किया। कई छात्रों ने पहली बार साइकोमेट्रिक परीक्षण के माध्यम से अपनी योग्यता और रुझान को समझने का अनुभव किया, जिसे उन्होंने बेहद उपयोगी बताया।

छात्रा ने कहा,
“मुझे पहली बार समझ आया कि करियर सिर्फ एक चलन का अनुसरण करना नहीं है, बल्कि अपनी रुचियों और क्षमताओं के आधार पर निर्णय लेना चाहिए। यह सत्र हमारे लिए आंखें खोलने वाला रहा।”

भविष्य में और सत्र आयोजित करने की योजना
सत्र के समापन पर स्कूल प्रबंधन ने स्मिता राजपुरोहित और उनकी टीम का आभार व्यक्त किया। साथ ही घोषणा की गई कि आने वाले समय में छात्रों की विभिन्न शैक्षणिक और व्यावसायिक आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए और भी इस प्रकार के करियर मार्गदर्शन सत्रों का आयोजन किया जाएगा।

कार्यक्रम के समापन पर सभी छात्रों को एक प्रमाण पत्र भी प्रदान किया गया, जो उनके आत्मविश्वास को बढ़ाने वाला एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम रहा।

Grand Career Counselling Session Organized at HP Modi School, Bikaner: Students Guided Through Psychometric Testing

In a significant initiative aimed at ensuring a bright future for students, HP Modi School, Bikaner organized an extensive career counselling workshop on Saturday, 26th April 2025. The session was conducted by a team of experts from ICG International College for Girls, IIS University, Jaipur, led by Ms. Smita Rajpurohit.

The event commenced with a warm welcome speech from the school management, followed by a formal inauguration of the session. Students were sensitized about the complexities of career choices and the importance of making informed decisions in today’s rapidly changing world.

Psychometric Test: A Gateway to Self-Assessment
The highlight of the session was a detailed briefing on psychometric testing. Students were educated about how psychometric assessments help in analyzing their interests, aptitudes, thinking styles, and behavioural traits, thereby assisting them in selecting the most suitable career paths.

The team conducted various activities and questionnaires, encouraging students to introspect and understand themselves better. The interactive approach fostered self-awareness among the participants and instilled a sense of seriousness about their future.

Presence of Authorities and Motivational Address
The event was graced by School Director Swati Pareek, Principal Ritesh Arora, senior teachers Rashmi Godara and Reena Sidana Admin Head , and the entire teaching staff. Addressing the gathering, Director Swati Pareek stated,
“In today’s era, securing good grades alone is not sufficient. Recognizing one’s true interests and capabilities is critical for making the right career choices. Sessions like these instill confidence and clarity among students regarding their future.”

Enthusiastic Student Participation
Students actively participated, asking questions and clearing their doubts. Many of them experienced the benefits of psychometric testing for the first time and expressed their gratitude.

Student said,
“For the first time, I realized that career selection is not about following trends but understanding personal interests and capabilities. This session was truly eye-opening for us.”

Plans for Future Initiatives
Towards the conclusion, the school management extended heartfelt thanks to Smita Rajpurohit and her team. They also announced plans to organize more such counselling sessions in the future to address various academic and professional needs of the students.

All participants were awarded certificates, marking a memorable and encouraging end to the workshop.
