यह 40 घंटे का प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम महिंद्रा प्राइड क्लासरूम के द्वारा संचालित है और विशेष रूप से अंतिम वर्ष की महिला छात्राओं के लिए डिज़ाइन किया गया है। यह कार्यक्रम सॉफ्ट स्किल्स, संचार कौशल, कार्यात्मक अंग्रेजी, जीवन कौशल, और साक्षात्कार की तैयारी पर केंद्रित है, जो छात्राओं को इंजीनियरिंग, पॉलिटेक्निक, आईटीआई, हॉस्पिटैलिटी, और अन्य क्षेत्रों में उद्योग की अपेक्षाओं के अनुरूप तैयार करता है। प्रशिक्षण की प्रभावशीलता को मापने के लिए प्री-एसेसमेंट और पोस्ट-एसेसमेंट आयोजित किए जाएंगे, जिससे यह सुनिश्चित होगा कि छात्राएँ प्रशिक्षण से अधिकतम लाभ प्राप्त करें। प्रत्येक बैच में अधिकतम 50 छात्राएँ शामिल होंगी, और 95% उपस्थिति और अच्छे प्रदर्शन मूल्यांकन स्कोर वाली छात्राओं को महिंद्रा प्राइड क्लासरूम से प्रमाणपत्र प्रदान किया जाएगा। यह प्रशिक्षण प्लेसमेंट ड्राइव शुरू होने से ठीक पहले पूरा होगा ताकि प्रभावी परिणाम प्राप्त किए जा सकें। कार्यक्रम के अंत में ‘जॉब उत्सव’ का आयोजन होगा, जो छात्राओं को उनकी रुचि और कौशल के अनुरूप रोजगार के अवसर प्रदान करेगा।

Training That Gives Wings to Dreams: RNB Global University and Mahindra Group’s Empowering Initiative

Bikaner, 27 July 2025: RNB Global University, Bikaner, in collaboration with the Naandi Foundation, is set to host a special 40-hour free Employment Skill Training Program for final-year female students under the Mahindra Pride Classroom (MPC) initiative. The program will be conducted from 28th July to 1st August 2025, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the university’s seminar hall (Admin Block). Dr. Ashok Prem, Associate Professor, Faculty of Law and Arts, RNB Global University, Bikaner, shared detailed insights about the initiative.

Mahindra Pride Classroom, a flagship CSR initiative of Mahindra & Mahindra Group, aims to empower female students from socially and economically disadvantaged backgrounds. The program provides training in soft skills, communication, life skills, and interview preparation to prepare students for the corporate world. Operated in collaboration with Naandi Foundation, this initiative is part of the university’s commitment to providing skill-enhancing training to boost placement opportunities for its students.

Pre-assessments and post-assessments will be conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the training and ensure maximum benefit to the students. Each batch will include a maximum of 50 students, and those with 95% attendance and high performance scores will be awarded certificates by Mahindra Pride Classroom. A “Job Utsav” will be held at the end of the program to provide students with employment opportunities aligned with their skills and interests.

Naandi Foundation, meaning “new beginnings” in Sanskrit, is a pioneering organization in India’s social development sector. Founded in 1998 as a public charitable trust, it aims to make poverty a thing of the past. With over 350 full-time professionals, 6,000+ front-line development workers, and thousands of field teams recruited from local communities, Naandi Foundation has impacted the lives of more than 8.8 lakh students and 5.7 lakh women across 413 districts in 20 states. The organization focuses on youth skill development, agriculture, and girl/women education. The training will be conducted by Mr. Harshvardhan Saini, an expert from Mahindra Pride Classroom with over 12 years of experience in leadership, team building, soft skills, emotional intelligence, strategy development, and habit formation. His mission is “Learn Continuously, Grow Consistently, and Evolve Purposefully.” His sessions will include interactive modules, practical activities, and real-life scenarios designed to inspire students.
