स्वदेशीकरण, नवाचार और आधुनिक तकनीक से लैस वायुसेना बनाने पर जोर

भारत की रक्षा आत्मनिर्भरता की दिशा में स्वदेशी लड़ाकू विमानों, हथियार प्रणालियों, रडार, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरणों और एयरोस्पेस तकनीक का विकास बेहद महत्वपूर्ण है। भारतीय वायुसेना इस परिवर्तन में एक अहम भूमिका निभा रही है। घरेलू रक्षा उद्योग को प्रोत्साहन और स्वदेशी तकनीक के इस्तेमाल से देश की सामरिक स्वतंत्रता को भी मजबूती मिलती है।
आधुनिक युद्धक्षेत्र में ड्रोन, मानव रहित हवाई प्रणालियां, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वारफेयर, नेटवर्क सेंट्रिक ऑपरेशंस, सटीक मार करने वाले हथियार और एकीकृत वायु रक्षा प्रणालियों का महत्व तेजी से बढ़ रहा है। ऐसे में वायुसेना को भविष्य की आवश्यकताओं के अनुरूप तकनीकी रूप से सक्षम बनाना आवश्यक है।
उनके नेतृत्व में स्वदेशीकरण और तकनीकी आधुनिकीकरण को संगठन के भविष्य के लिए महत्वपूर्ण प्राथमिकताओं के रूप में देखा गया। उन्होंने एक ऐसी वायुसेना की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया, जो तकनीकी रूप से सक्षम होने के साथ-साथ युद्ध के हर क्षेत्र में विश्वसनीय और प्रभावी प्रतिक्रिया देने में सक्षम हो।
भविष्य के युद्धक्षेत्र के लिए भारतीय वायुसेना को तैयार करने की विरासत
दुनिया में सैन्य तकनीक और युद्ध की प्रकृति तेजी से बदल रही है। आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस, ऑटोनॉमस सिस्टम, एडवांस मिसाइल, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वारफेयर, साइबर क्षमताएं और रियल टाइम इंटेलिजेंस आधुनिक युद्ध का महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा बनते जा रहे हैं।
ऐसे समय में भारतीय वायुसेना के सामने अपनी परिचालन क्षमताओं को लगातार मजबूत करने, मौजूदा विमानों का आधुनिकीकरण करने, नए हथियारों और सेंसर का एकीकरण करने तथा तकनीकी रूप से दक्ष मानव संसाधन तैयार करने की बड़ी जिम्मेदारी है।
एयर चीफ मार्शल एपी सिंह ने अपने कार्यकाल में ऑपरेशनल रेडीनेस, स्वदेशीकरण, नवाचार और उभरती तकनीकों को महत्व देकर वायुसेना को भविष्य की आवश्यकताओं के अनुरूप तैयार करने की दिशा में संगठन की प्रतिबद्धता को मजबूत किया।
उनकी नेतृत्व संबंधी सोच का महत्वपूर्ण संदेश यह रहा कि आधुनिक वायुसेना की वास्तविक शक्ति उसके विमानों, हथियारों, तकनीक, प्रशिक्षण, मानव संसाधन और प्रभावी परिचालन योजना के संयुक्त प्रभाव से बनती है।

भारतीय वायुसेना ने एयर चीफ मार्शल एपी सिंह की 42 वर्षों की विशिष्ट सेवाओं को याद करते हुए उन्हें और उनकी पत्नी श्रीमती सरिता सिंह को भविष्य के लिए शुभकामनाएं दी हैं।
वायुसेना की ओर से उनके नेतृत्व, ऑपरेशनल दृढ़ता और एयर वॉरियर्स के साथ उनके गहरे व्यक्तिगत जुड़ाव को ऐसी विरासत बताया गया है, जो आने वाली पीढ़ियों को प्रेरित करती रहेगी। संगठन ने उनके योगदान को सम्मानपूर्वक याद करते हुए यह संदेश दिया कि उनका पेशेवर दृष्टिकोण और सैन्य नेतृत्व लंबे समय तक वायुसेना के अधिकारियों, एयरमैन और भविष्य के सैन्य नेतृत्व के लिए प्रेरणास्रोत बना रहेगा।
42 वर्षों की सेवा के बाद एयर चीफ मार्शल एपी सिंह की सेवानिवृत्ति भारतीय वायुसेना के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण नेतृत्व परिवर्तन है। उनके कार्यकाल की पहचान निर्णायक नेतृत्व, ऑपरेशनल तैयारियों, तकनीकी आधुनिकीकरण, स्वदेशीकरण और सैनिकों के साथ मजबूत मानवीय जुड़ाव के रूप में बनी रहेगी।
