कोटकासिम (अलवर): राजस्थान के नवगठित खैरथल-तिजारा जिले के कोटकासिम के भगाना गांव से एक बेहद दर्दनाक खबर सामने आई है। देश की सुरक्षा में तैनात मिलिट्री इंटेलिजेंस के जवान अजय कुमार (27) का हार्ट अटैक से आकस्मिक निधन हो गया। अजय हाल ही में छुट्टियों पर अपने गांव आए थे और गुरुवार रात अचानक सीने में तेज दर्द की शिकायत के बाद उन्हें अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया, जहां इलाज के दौरान उनकी मौत हो गई।

परिजनों के अनुसार, अजय कुमार 3 अप्रैल को CL (कैजुअल लीव) पर घर आए थे। गुरुवार 10 अप्रैल को रात करीब 8 बजे उन्हें सीने में तेज दर्द हुआ, जिसके बाद परिजन उन्हें तुरंत हरियाणा के बावल ले गए। वहां से हालत गंभीर देख डॉक्टरों ने रेवाड़ी रेफर किया। रेवाड़ी के निजी अस्पताल में रात 11 बजे डॉक्टरों ने उन्हें मृत घोषित कर दिया। रात को ही उनका पार्थिव शरीर कोटकासिम सीएचसी लाया गया, जहां शव को मॉर्च्यूरी में रखा गया। शुक्रवार को दोपहर 11:30 बजे पुलिस और परिजनों की मौजूदगी में पोस्टमॉर्टम किया गया।

देश को समर्पित था जीवन, परिवार में पसरा मातम

अजय कुमार ने 2016 में देश की सेवा में कदम रखा था। उनकी पहली पोस्टिंग पुणे में हुई, इसके बाद लखनऊ, इंफाल होते हुए वे फिलहाल दिल्ली में मिलिट्री इंटेलिजेंस यूनिट में ‘नायक’ के पद पर तैनात थे। जवान के आकस्मिक निधन से पूरे गांव में शोक की लहर दौड़ गई है। परिवार का रो-रोकर बुरा हाल है। अजय के पिता राजेंद्र शर्मा, माता, पत्नी और दो बच्चे—5 साल की बेटी जोया और 2 साल का बेटा वंश—आज बेसहारा हो गए हैं।

गार्ड ऑफ ऑनर के साथ दी गई अंतिम विदाई

शुक्रवार सुबह मिलिट्री इंटेलिजेंस यूनिट को जैसे ही सूचना मिली, दिल्ली से अफसर और जवान तत्काल भगाना गांव पहुंचे। अलवर से विशेष सलामी यूनिट भी गांव पहुंची और सैन्य सम्मान के साथ अजय को अंतिम विदाई दी गई। गार्ड ऑफ ऑनर के साथ जवान को श्रद्धांजलि दी गई और गांव की मिट्टी में सुपुर्द-ए-खाक किया गया।

मिलिट्री इंटेलिजेंस के लेफ्टिनेंट कर्नल करण खत्री ने बताया कि “अजय कुमार हमारी यूनिट का होनहार और कर्तव्यनिष्ठ जवान था। वो 3 अप्रैल से 20 अप्रैल तक की CL पर घर आया था। आज जब ये दुखद खबर मिली, हम तुरंत उनके गांव पहुंचे हैं।”

राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर चर्चा का विषय बनी घटना

जवान अजय की असामयिक मौत ने एक बार फिर यह सवाल खड़ा कर दिया है कि आखिर बेहद कठिन और संवेदनशील सेवाओं में तैनात जवानों की स्वास्थ्य निगरानी कितनी कारगर है। कम उम्र में हार्ट अटैक जैसी घटनाएं चिंता का विषय हैं। अजय का निधन न सिर्फ परिवार के लिए बल्कि पूरी सैन्य बिरादरी के लिए अपूरणीय क्षति है।

Major Tragedy from Khairthal-Tijara: 27-Year-Old Military Intelligence Soldier Dies of Heart Attack While on Leave

Kotkasim (Alwar, Rajasthan): In a heartbreaking incident, a young soldier serving in Military Intelligence lost his life to a sudden heart attack while on leave at his native village Bhagwana in Kotkasim tehsil of the newly formed Khairthal-Tijara district. The 27-year-old soldier, Ajay Kumar, had returned home on casual leave just eight days ago. His untimely demise has left the village and his unit in deep mourning.

According to local sources and family members, Ajay Kumar experienced severe chest pain around 8 PM on Thursday, April 10. He was initially rushed to Bawal (Haryana) for treatment, but due to the critical nature of his condition, doctors referred him to a private hospital in Rewari. Tragically, despite all efforts, he was declared dead around 11 PM that night.

His mortal remains were brought back to Kotkasim CHC the same night and kept in the mortuary. Post-mortem was conducted on Friday around 11:30 AM in the presence of police officials and family members.

A Life Dedicated to the Nation, a Family Devastated

Ajay Kumar joined the Indian defence services in 2016, with his first posting in Pune. He later served in Lucknow and Imphal before being transferred to the Military Intelligence Unit in Delhi, where he held the post of ‘Naik’.

He leaves behind a grieving family—his parents, wife, five-year-old daughter Zoya, and two-year-old son Vansh. The entire village is in a state of shock, as the news of his death spread like wildfire, drawing hundreds to his home to pay their last respects.

Guard of Honour and Final Salute

As soon as the Military Intelligence Unit received the news on Friday morning, senior officials and fellow soldiers rushed from Delhi to his village. A ceremonial guard of honour was presented to the fallen soldier, with a special salute unit arriving from Alwar. Ajay was given full military honours before being laid to rest in his native soil.

Lieutenant Colonel Karan Khatri of the Military Intelligence Unit stated, “Ajay Kumar was a dedicated and brave soldier. He was on casual leave from April 3 to April 20. His sudden passing is a huge loss to the unit and the nation.”

A National Loss and Wake-up Call

The untimely death of such a young soldier due to cardiac arrest has once again raised serious questions about health monitoring and stress management within high-pressure defence roles. Ajay Kumar’s death is not just a personal loss to his family but a national tragedy.
