बीकानेर में किसान मेले का भव्य आयोजन, कैबिनेट मंत्री किरोड़ी लाल मीणा ने किया उद्घाटन
बीकानेर – बीकानेर के स्वामी केशवानंद कृषि विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में एक भव्य किसान मेले का आयोजन किया गया, जिसका उद्घाटन राजस्थान सरकार के कृषि, बागवानी एवं ग्रामीण विकास विभाग के कैबिनेट मंत्री किरोड़ी लाल मीणा ने किया। इस अवसर पर किसान समुदाय को नवीनतम कृषि तकनीकों, सरकारी योजनाओं और उन्नत कृषि पद्धतियों की जानकारी प्रदान की गई।
मेले के दौरान Mother’s LS Karma Foundation द्वारा एक अनूठी पहल की गई, जिसमें पर्यावरण संरक्षण और महिला सशक्तिकरण को बढ़ावा देने के लिए 4,000 कपड़े से बने बैग वितरित किए गए। इस सराहनीय कार्य के लिए संस्था की अध्यक्ष डॉ. सुमन चौधरी और उनकी टीम की भूरी-भूरी प्रशंसा की गई।
मंत्री किरोड़ी लाल मीणा ने अपने संबोधन में कहा, “प्लास्टिक मुक्त भारत अभियान को सफल बनाना हमारी प्राथमिकता है। हम चाहते हैं कि अधिक से अधिक लोग प्लास्टिक का उपयोग छोड़कर पर्यावरण के अनुकूल उत्पादों को अपनाएं। जिले को प्लास्टिक मुक्त बनाना हमारा संकल्प है और इसके लिए सभी स्तरों पर प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं।”
इस अवसर पर डॉ. सुमन चौधरी ने भी अपने विचार साझा किए और कहा कि उनका संगठन इको-फ्रेंडली बैग्स के उपयोग को बढ़ावा देने और प्लास्टिक प्रदूषण को कम करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।
इस किसान मेले में कई प्रमुख हस्तियां और सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता मौजूद रहे, जिनमें डॉ. विमला डुकवाल, श्रीमती शिवरी चौधरी, श्रीमती चंद्रकला चौधरी, ज्योति चौधरी (पूर्व छात्रसंघ अध्यक्ष, डूंगर कॉलेज, बीकानेर) प्रमुख रूप से शामिल थीं।

Bikaner – A grand Farmers’ Fair was organized at Swami Keshwanand Agricultural University in Bikaner, inaugurated by Kirodi Lal Meena, Cabinet Minister of Agriculture, Horticulture, and Rural Development, Government of Rajasthan. The event aimed to educate the farming community about the latest agricultural technologies, government schemes, and advanced farming practices.
During the event, Mother’s LS Karma Foundation took a remarkable initiative by distributing 4,000 cloth bags to promote environmental conservation and women empowerment. The foundation’s efforts were highly appreciated, and its president, Dr. Suman Chaudhary, along with her team, received recognition for their dedication.
In his address, Minister Kirodi Lal Meena stated, “Making India free from plastic pollution is our priority. We urge people to stop using plastic and adopt eco-friendly alternatives. Our goal is to make the district plastic-free, and we are working at all levels to achieve this.”
Dr. Suman Chaudhary, in her speech, reiterated her commitment to promoting eco-friendly bags and reducing plastic pollution through community-driven initiatives.
Several dignitaries and social activists were present at the event, including Dr. Vimla Dukwal, Mrs. Shivri Chaudhary, Mrs. Chandrakala Chaudhary, and Jyoti Chaudhary (former student union president, Dungar College, Bikaner).
The event successfully highlighted the importance of sustainable practices in agriculture and environmental conservation, encouraging farmers and citizens to actively participate in making the region plastic-free and environmentally sustainable.
