The Department of Women and Child Development has announced a significant opportunity for women in rural areas of Bikaner. Applications have been invited for the vacant posts of Anganwadi Workers and Assistants under the Bikaner (Rural) Integrated Child Development Project. These positions, considered vital for grassroots childcare and nutrition programs, are being filled through a transparent, merit-based, and entirely free application process.

The Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) of Bikaner (Rural), Navrang Lal Meghwal, informed that vacant posts exist in several villages and wards across the rural belt. He clarified that the recruitment is strictly for local women of the concerned revenue villages, and the government aims to empower women by involving them in early childhood development programs.

Eligibility Criteria:

Only women who are permanent residents of the respective revenue villages are eligible to apply. Both married and unmarried women can apply. The minimum educational qualification required is Class 12 (Senior Secondary pass). The age limit for general candidates is 18 to 35 years, while candidates from Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), widows, divorcees, and specially-abled women are eligible to apply up to the age of 40 years.

Application Process:

Eligible and interested women can submit their applications directly to the office of the Child Development Project Officer, Bikaner (Rural). The application process is completely free, and applicants must ensure they attach all necessary documents such as proof of age, educational qualifications, domicile certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), and proof of widowhood or disability (if applicable).

The last date to submit applications is July 10, 2025.

The department has also clarified that the selection will be made based on merit and reservation norms prescribed by the government. No recommendation or financial transaction will influence the recruitment, and strict action will be taken against anyone found indulging in malpractices.

बीकानेर ग्रामीण क्षेत्र की महिलाओं के लिए खुशखबरी है। महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग की ओर से आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों पर रिक्त कार्यकर्ता और सहायिका के पदों पर आवेदन आमंत्रित किए गए हैं। यह पद ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों की महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाने के उद्देश्य से स्थानीय महिलाओं के लिए आरक्षित हैं। आवेदन प्रक्रिया पूरी तरह निःशुल्क है और चयन प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता बरती जाएगी।

आवेदन हेतु आवश्यक योग्यताएं:

• संबंधित गांव की स्थायी निवासी महिला (विवाहित/अविवाहित)
• न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता: 12वीं पास
• सामान्य वर्ग की महिलाओं के लिए आयु सीमा: 18 से 35 वर्ष
• अनुसूचित जाति, जनजाति, विधवा, तलाकशुदा एवं विशेष योग्यजन महिलाओं के लिए अधिकतम आयु: 40 वर्ष

कैसे करें आवेदन:

योग्य इच्छुक महिलाएं अपने सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेजों के साथ बाल विकास परियोजना अधिकारी, बीकानेर (ग्रामीण) कार्यालय में निःशुल्क आवेदन कर सकती हैं। दस्तावेजों में उम्र प्रमाण पत्र, शैक्षणिक योग्यता प्रमाण पत्र, निवास प्रमाण पत्र, जाति प्रमाण पत्र (यदि लागू हो), विधवा अथवा विकलांगता प्रमाण पत्र आदि शामिल करने होंगे।

आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 10 जुलाई 2025 निर्धारित की गई है।

विभाग ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया है कि चयन पूरी तरह से योग्यता, आरक्षण एवं सरकारी नियमों के तहत किया जाएगा। किसी भी प्रकार की सिफारिश या लेन-देन पर विभाग सख्त कार्रवाई करेगा।
