लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल मंजिंदर सिंह ने अपने संबोधन में तकनीक को भविष्य की सैन्य शक्ति का सबसे बड़ा आधार बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि आज के युद्धक्षेत्र में कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता, ड्रोन, रोबोटिक्स, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक युद्ध प्रणाली, निगरानी उपकरण, नेटवर्क आधारित युद्धक क्षमताएं और स्वचालित प्रणालियां निर्णायक भूमिका निभा रही हैं। ऐसे में भारतीय सेना की प्रत्येक यूनिट को इन आधुनिक तकनीकों से सशक्त बनाना समय की आवश्यकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि तकनीक केवल उच्च मुख्यालयों तक सीमित नहीं रहनी चाहिए, बल्कि उसे सैनिक स्तर तक पहुंचाया जाना चाहिए ताकि हर जवान आधुनिक उपकरणों का प्रभावी उपयोग कर सके और युद्धक्षेत्र में अपनी क्षमता को कई गुना बढ़ा सके।
साइबर युद्ध और डिजिटल खतरों से निपटने की क्षमता विकसित करना समय की मांग
आर्मी कमांडर ने विशेष रूप से साइबर सुरक्षा और डिजिटल खतरों पर भी चिंता व्यक्त की। उन्होंने कहा कि आज की दुनिया में युद्ध केवल सीमाओं पर नहीं लड़े जाते बल्कि साइबर स्पेस में भी संघर्ष लगातार बढ़ रहा है। दुश्मन देश और गैर-राज्य तत्व संचार नेटवर्क, डिजिटल अवसंरचना और सूचना प्रणालियों को निशाना बनाने का प्रयास करते हैं। इसलिए प्रत्येक सैनिक और अधिकारी को साइबर सुरक्षा के मूलभूत सिद्धांतों की जानकारी होनी चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि डिजिटल जागरूकता और साइबर सुरक्षा अब केवल विशेषज्ञों का विषय नहीं रह गया है, बल्कि यह प्रत्येक सैनिक की जिम्मेदारी बन चुकी है।
हर सैनिक को बनना होगा ‘फर्स्ट रिस्पॉन्डर’
लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल मंजिंदर सिंह ने कहा कि बदलते सुरक्षा परिदृश्य में प्रत्येक सैनिक को किसी भी खतरे के प्रति प्रथम प्रतिक्रिया देने में सक्षम होना चाहिए। चाहे खतरा भौतिक हो, साइबर हो, ड्रोन आधारित हो या सूचना युद्ध के रूप में सामने आए, प्रत्येक सैनिक को उसकी पहचान करने और तुरंत प्रतिक्रिया देने की क्षमता विकसित करनी होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि भविष्य का युद्ध बहु-आयामी होगा और ऐसे में सैनिकों को पारंपरिक सैन्य कौशल के साथ-साथ तकनीकी और डिजिटल दक्षताओं से भी लैस होना आवश्यक है।
ऑपरेशन सिंदूर के बाद सेना में तकनीकी बदलावों की गति हुई तेज
