With the objective of empowering women through skill-based education and promoting self-employment, a 40-day Beautician Training Program conducted with the joint collaboration of Laghu Udyog Bharati, Jan Shikshan Sansthan, and North Western Railway Women Welfare Organization concluded successfully today. महिलाओं को कौशल आधारित प्रशिक्षण के माध्यम से आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के उद्देश्य से लघु उद्योग भारती, जन शिक्षण संस्थान एवं उत्तर पश्चिम रेलवे महिला कल्याण संगठन के संयुक्त सहयोग से संचालित 40 दिवसीय ब्यूटीशियन प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का आज सफलतापूर्वक समापन हुआ। इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में 32 महिलाओं ने भाग लिया, जिन्होंने प्रशिक्षण पूर्ण कर आत्मविश्वास और उत्साह के साथ स्वरोजगार की दिशा में एक मजबूत कदम बढ़ाया।
रोजगारोन्मुख एवं व्यवहारिक प्रशिक्षण पर विशेष जोर
यह प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम पूरी तरह रोजगारपरक एवं व्यवहारिक ज्ञान पर आधारित रहा। प्रतिभागी महिलाओं को ब्यूटी और वेलनेस क्षेत्र से जुड़े आधुनिक तकनीकी कौशल, स्वच्छता मानक, ग्राहक प्रबंधन और प्रारंभिक उद्यमिता की जानकारी दी गई। कार्यक्रम का मुख्य उद्देश्य महिलाओं को स्वरोजगार हेतु सक्षम बनाना तथा उन्हें आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त करना रहा।

समापन अवसर पर सभी सफल प्रशिक्षार्थियों को प्रशिक्षण प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान किए गए। प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त करते समय प्रतिभागियों के चेहरे पर आत्मविश्वास और संतोष स्पष्ट दिखाई दिया। यह प्रमाण पत्र उनके लिए भविष्य में रोजगार एवं स्वयं का व्यवसाय प्रारंभ करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण आधार बनेगा।
